The Cullen family were enjoying a nice day together at home as it was a rare sunny day and they couldn't be around humans without exposing themselves to the townspeople. The reason for that being is because they're vampires. Their names are Carlisle Cullen, Esme Platt, Edward Mason, Rosalie Hale, Emmett McCarty, Jasper Whitlock, and Mary Alice Branden. But because they are in the same coven they use their coven leaders last name, Cullen.

Jasper was in for one hell of a surprise, though he doesn't know it. He's going to be reading about his soulmate who is almost exactly like him in strength and attitude.

The Cullens were startled when a knock came at the door because they haven't ordered anything nor were they expecting anyone.

"Are you Carlisle Cullen?" a man's voice asked when Carlisle opened the door.

"Yes, may I help you?" he asked curiously when he noticed a package in his hand.

"This is for you," the man stated heading the package over.

"Thank you. Do I need to sign for it?" Carlisle asked.

"No, it's already been taken care of. Have a nice day," the man said as he turned towards his truck.

"Odd," Carlisle muttered closing the door.

"What is it?" Esme asked as Carlisle opened the package.

"It's a journal and it came with a letter," Carlisle said as he read the letter shocked at what he was reading.

"Read it aloud, please," Esme asked.

Dear Cullen Family,

You don't know me but I've been having visions of you for about five years now and I decided you had the right to know what your future entitled. This journal is about Major Jasper Whitlock's soulmate so I figured he would want to know about her. And don't worry, I'm a vampire too so your secret is safe with me.

Sincerely,

S.M

"Are we reading it?" Emmett asked.

"Yes," Jasper stated because he would love to know more about his mate. He didn't care what anyone thought, it was his call.

"Okay, let's read," Carlisle stated as he sat down.

A/N: Thoughts? And don't worry, I'm not writing the books.
