Night Raid's base

The room was ghost-quiet, only the sounds of gasps was heard as the nine of them just stood at the living room, all eyes on Najenda, with piercing glares awaiting for a response.

A moment had passed and Tatsumi decided to break the silence.

"Puberty syndrome? How?"

Najenda then lit a cigarette, with the atmosphere of the living room getting serious each second.

"Maybe, because of Akame's overwhelming desire to not lose you anymore, building up on her ever since the two of you had reunited, that desire has allowed Akame to see Tatsumi's fate in her dream. In other words, Akame, what you were seeing wasn't a dream nor a nightmare, it was a vision, and that vision will not go away as long as that fate has remained unchanged."

The room was in silence once again, everyone was surprised by Najenda's hypothesis but remained silent as they didn't know how to respond. Sayo and Leyasu were more affected than the rest of the members except from Akame, tears were running down on their eyes as they ran up to Tatsumi and gave him a one big group hug.

The others didn't say anything that would ruin the mood and was silent.

Sayo then decided to speak.

"You can't die like that Tatsumi, didn't the three of us agreed that if we fall, we all fall

together?" (I know it's dumb but that's what they said in the Anime \_( '_' )/.)

"Yeah dude, don't bail out on us." Leyasu continued as the three of them broke their hug.

"Don't worry, we'll find a way to change my fate." Tatsumi said with a soft smile trying to comfort the two.

On the other hand, Akame's eyes were covered with her bangs, her hands gripping her black skirt tightly, gritting her teeth trying her best not to let any tears run down her eyes. Akame, who just reunited with her childhood friend after ten years and are now lovers have seen his fate, and other than that, there's one thing she didn't mention.

"Esdeath.." Akame whispered without anyone hearing, she turned around and walked away, walking back to her room.

"Akame? Where are you going?" Tatsumi asked.

"To my room, I'm exhausted after everything that's happened today."

Akame had seen it all, her battle with Esdeath that led to her using her trump card: Little war horn, and killing Esdeath with a downward slice using Murasame to Esdeath's chest, that would have been great except for the fact that before Esdeath was killed by Murasame's poison, she walked up to Tatsumi who's armor was now gone, embraced him and whispered:

"I wish i could've have you fighting by my side my love, it would've been so fun." Before encasing her and Tatsumi with ice and shattered to a million pieces.

'I must prevent that from happening at all costs.' Akame thought to herself before entering her room.

With Tatsumi, Sayo and Leyasu.

After Akame had left, Najenda had ordered the others to go back to their rooms and rest.

Tatsumi, Sayo and Leyasu entered their room and the three sat on the bed.

"So... how are we suppose to change your fate Tatsumi?" Sayo asked breaking the silence.

"By getting stronger of course." Tatsumi said with confidence causing the other two to sweat drop.

"I don't think just getting stronger will be enough though." Said Leyasu.

"What do you mean?"

"I mean, maybe try working on team work? You maybe skilled but your coordination sucks dude." Leyasu said before punching Tatsumi's shoulder playfully.

"Maybe you're right, well let's get to sleep now, I'll ready the mattresses."

Tatsumi prepared the mattresses that Leyasu bought while he and Sayo were under Mein's training and was at the Capital. There were two mattresses laid on the floor that was supposed to be meant for Sayo and Tatsumi, though reality wasn't on Leyasu's side because the other two had decided to play rock-paper-scissors and the two losers has to sleep on the mattress, Sayo won so SHE ended up being the one sleeping on the bed, much to Leyasu's disappointment.

The two boys laid down on the two mattress, five feet apart cause they're not gay. Sayo was already asleep and Leyasu had both of his arms on the back of his head looking up at the wall and decided to break the silence.

"So Tatsumi, you and Akame huh? We're not even here for two weeks and you already have a girlfriend." Leyasu half joked.

"Well we were childhood friends after all, I'm as happy as a man who's won first place on a lottery to have her with me again."

Tatsumi said with a big smile on his face.

"Heh, it's like fate or something, like what are the chances of THAT happening?" Tatsumi just remained silent.

"Say Leyasu?"

"Hm?"

"About Akame's vision.."

The atmosphere then got serious, Leyasu's eyes were covered by his bangs.

"I'm pretty worried myself, how are we suppose to prevent a fate like that?"

"Yeah, how the hell am i suppose to be strong enough to stop something gigantic falling to civilians without dying?"

"Well let's talk about it tomorrow, my brain hurts from too much thinking, I'm still not sleepy so let's talk about something else." Leyasu suggested.

"Well, what about you and Mein? You two have been getting along lately."

Leyasu blushed hearing that.

"W-well we're not exactly close."

"Well do you like her?" Tatsumi asked catching Leyasu off guard.

"N-no! It's not like i like her or anythi- JEEZ why the hell am i acting like a tsundere over this!? I can't even stand her!"

"Tsundere?" Tatsumi tilted his head.

"Nevermind that, it's just that i can't stand her but i also... like having her near me? It's so confusing as hell dude."

"Eh? Sounds complicated, what do you usually feel when you approach Mein?"

"Hmm..." Leyasu touched his chin with two of his fingers trying to think. "I usually feel angry, annoyed, pissed off,"

Tatsumi sweat dropped.

"I also feel... at home? Like it's normal for me to argue with someone, specially with Sayo," Leyasu continued.

"I also feel happy when i talk to her and i find myself looking at her from time to time and... i don't know man, i'm confused as hell."

Tatsumi put two of his fingers to his chin trying to think. "Hmm... i don't know dude, try asking Leo-nee-chan, maybe she's familiar with this tsundere act that your talking about." Tatsumi suggested.

Leyasu raised an eyebrow. "Ask Leo-nee-chan for advice? That can either turn very well or very, very bad."

"Hehe, well i think it's worth a try."

"Alright, i'll give it a shot."

Tatsumi smiled, then felt his stomach grumble.

"U-um sorry Leyasu, i need to go to the restroom." Tatsumi said before standing up and walking to the door.

"Don't worry, tell me how big your poop is when you get back, you still haven't beat my record."

"Whatever, gross." Tatsumi said before getting out of the room.

Tatsumi's POV

After i exited our room, i walked down the stairs and into the bathroom.

"If my Gluttonness's vision is true, then i have to get stronger than ever before. And that armor Akame described, how the hell am i suppose to find something like that?"

After i took a dump, i went to the kitchen to get some mid night snacks and found Akame sitting on the table in deep thought while eating meat.

"Hey, my Gluttonness." I said and sat on the table next to her.

"You seem to be deep in thought, what's the matter?"

"Well, Tatsumi, remember when i told you how you died?"

"Yeah?"

"Well, that wasn't the only thing that happened."

I looked at her confused, what does she mean that wasn't the only thing that's happened? Didn't i die there already?

"What else happened?"

Akame seemed hesitant, she breath in and out and began to speak.

"Esdeath, the strongest in the empire... After you died, Esdeath and I fought, i was loosing at first but i used my trump card: Little war horn and slashed Esdeath at her chest."

What Akame said caught me off guard, Esdeath? Akame's trump card? And if she managed to kill this Esdeath person, then why does she looked troubled before?

"If that's the case, then why are you upset?" I questioned.

"Before she died, she went up to your dead body, embraced it and said: "I wish i could've had you fighting by my side, my love, it would've been so much fun." Before encasing the both of you with ice and shattered it to pieces."

I had alot of questions going on my head but before i could speak, Akame spoke first.

"Say, Tatsumi."

"Yes?"

"Can we sleep together?" Akame told me with a straight face. My face grew red and hot.

"S-sleep together!? isn't it too early for that?"

Akame just tilted her head.

"What do you mean? We always do that back then."

After hearing that, realization struct me.

Of course, when she said 'Sleep together', she literally meant we only sleep and not do anything. Well that's Akame for you, innocent at romance but a killing machine on the battlefield.

"It's okay if you don't want to-."

"No, it's okay, we can sleep together." I cut her off. She smiled and nodded.

We arrived and opened the door to her room. We went inside and my jaw dropped.

"Wow..." Was the only thing i could say. Akame's room was simple, a square room like ours, a small window on the middle of the wall that lets you see the crescent moon, a bed to the left side, a chair and table to the right side with a candle on top of it, a mirror and a drawer besides it for her clothes. It was a normal room, but what separated it from the others was it was completely clean without a dirt in sight, the wood of the chair and table was somehow reflecting light coming from the moon and the bed was well tidied up with three pillows; one on the side of the wall, two for the head and one blanket. I've been to her room to wake her up when she was oversleeping a couple of times but i've never seen it as clean as this. The two pillows was odd though, was she actually planning to invite me here? Nah.

"What's wrong?" Said Akame, i could swear i saw a glint of smile on her face, it was a prideful smile.

"Nothing, how did you even managed to clean this room so much that even the wood sparkles?" And that smell, it reminds me of Akame so much.

"I just clean it normally and it always end up like this." I sweat dropped at her answer, clearly she isn't aware that even professional maids won't be able to clean as better as she is.

"Well, let's go to bed shall we?" I nodded and the two of us laid down on the bed, facing the celling.

Seeing her this close to me always made my heart go doki-doki real fast. A minute had passed and both of us still couldn't sleep, the room was dead-silent and the atmosphere was awkward. Another minute has passed and i decided to break the silence.

"Akame, you're hurt aren't you?" She turned to me with wide eyes.

"How did you know?" She asked. I guess i was right, knowing that what she saw in her vision was possibly true she's hurt that she'll see me die in her arms again tonight.

"Well, since what you saw in that vision was possibly true... are you perhaps not sleeping on purpose?" As i said that tears started to come out of Akame's eyes.

"Yes, knowing that what i'm about to see in my dream is possibly true," She took a deep breath. "then it will feel like losing you again for real, i don't want to see it, your face half covered in blood, your whole body bleeding out in front of me and your final words..." She gripped my shirt with both hands. "Why? Why do you have to die like that!? Hasn't this world separated us for long enough?"

At this point tears was falling down my cheeks as well, she's really hurt and i can't do anything about it... NO!

I punched myself in the cheeks surprising Akame.

"Tatsumi! Why did you do that for?"

"I'm sorry, just wanted to punch myself for having dumb thoughts." Akame looked at me confused.

"I was thinking that you're suffering from all this and i can't do anything to help you, but i can, if I'm strong enough, i can survive what you saw in your vision, and... I'll stay here by your side so your vision won't be as painful. That's what you thought too right?"

Akame didn't speak but nodded, i smiled and spoke.

"Hey, My Gluttonness."

"Yes?"

"Good night and... i love you." She smiled and hugged me.

"Good night, i love you too, my meat servant." I hugged her back and we escaped to the world of dreams.

Somewhere in the North

"I can't believe this is all they have to offer." Said a blue haired girl wearing a white general outfit sitting on an ice throne.

The North is known for it's freezing temperatures, but this time, it wasn't just snow, ice spikes impaled thousands of people, giant chunks of ice squashed everything in it's path including buildings and hundreds of thousands of bodies scattered dead around the snowy field. There could only be one reason for this disaster: War.

And not just any war.

Its The Northerners versus the Empire.

Thousands of soldiers from the Empire gathered around waiting for orders from the blue haired girl as they watch a man lick said girl's boot.

"Is there someone out there who can satisfy my hunger for battles?" She said before kicking the man that was licking her boots causing his neck to twist from the amount of force, blood spilled out form the man's head as he bled out and died. Not long after, one of the blue haired girl's soldiers arrived carrying a piece of paper.

"General Esdeath," Said the man as she approach the now named: Esdeath, second to Great general Budo and one of the generals of the Empire. "The Minister and Emperor has ordered you to come back to the Empire. It seems that they want you to take care of the revolutionary army's assassins called Night Raid as they have been killing more and more nobles and high ranking officers such as yourself each night."

"Heh," Esdeath laughed before standing up from her ice throne. "Night Raid huh? Sounds like a jolly good bunch, i can't wait to test out my new torturing techniques."

Next morning. Back with Night Raid.

It's 6:04 in the morning and the sunlight coming from the window woke Tatsumi up. Tatsumi slowly opened his eyes and rubbed it, he yawned and recalled what happened last night; from the puberty Syndrome to sleeping with Akame. He then turned to said girl and found himself being hugged by her tightly as he did the same, just less tight.

Tatsumi observed the sleeping beauty's sleeping face and smiled. Akame's sleeping face was normal, it didn't look like she was having nightmares at all. The fact that while Akame is having visions of the possibly future Tatsumi's death, she was also hugging the current Tatsumi in her sleep, so the mixed emotions of sadness and joy caused her to remain calm as a result. (AU: yeah i know that's not how it works but just pretend it does ;D.)

Tatsumi slowly got up trying not to wake up the red eyed assassin.

'I should get a quick warm up for training, and I'll have to go back to our room before Sayo and Leyasu starts worrying.' The young brown haired assassin thought to himself before doing some stretching, he then turned to Akame and kissed her on her cheeks resulting in Akame having a small smile in her sleep. Tatsumi exited the room and headed towards his room with Sayo and Leyasu.

Tatsumi arrived at said room and opened the door revealing Sayo tearing up while reading a book that Sheele have her as a recommendation called: Kimi No Nawa. A real tear jerker i would say. (AU: Just pretend that Taki lived in the capital instead of Tokyo and Mitsuha lived in some village far from the capital.)

And Leyasu was doing some early morning stretches.

The two spotted Tatsumi enter as he laid down on his matress.

"Yo Tatsumi, you said you were going to the toilet but didn't come back, where were you?" Leyasu questioned. Sayo also stopped reading and stared at Tatsumi with a questioning look.

"I had a stomach ache and became friends with the toilet." Replied Tatsumi earning a sweat drop from the two.

"Gross, but really, where did you go?" Sayo questioned."

"I slept with Akame." Tatsumi said with a straight face looking up at the celling and two arms at the back of his head.

The room went silent for a few seconds with the other two had their jaws dropped to the ground.

Tatsumi looked at them confused but then realized what he just said.

"I mea-"

"YOU WHAT!?" Tatsumi was about to clear up the misunderstanding but the two cut him off.

"Tatsumi, i know you two are already dating but isn't it too early for that!?" Sayo question and Leyasu was muttering words.

"Wait! You guys got it all wrong!" Yelled Tatsumi. "We literally just slept together because of her nightmares, we didn't do anything like that i promise!"

"Really?" The two said in unison.

"Really."

Hearing that, the two calmed down and unknown to Tatsumi, Sayo let out a sigh of relief.

"Well that makes sense, i thought you went to the path of adulthood without me." Said Leyasu.

"Yeah whatever, I'm gonna go outside and train, you guys want to come with?" Tatsumi asked earning a nod from the two.

They exited the room and went to the training field.

Tatsumi's POV

I back stepped in attempt to dodge a swing from Leyasu's wooden axe.

After arriving at the training field, the three of us decided to do a two versus one; me versus Leyasu and Sayo.

I dodged to the right avoiding an arrow from a distance shot by Sayo. I then blocked Leyasu's wooden axe with my wooden katana, i was about to attack but had to side step again to avoid another arrow from Sayo. I guess if i want some progress done, i have to take care of Sayo first. I threw my sword high in the air which surprised Sayo and Leyasu, taking advantage of that, i leaped over Leyasu while his guard was down, surprising him again, after i landed, i caught my sword and charged over to Sayo.

Sayo did not expected this and was stunned of a second or two, i was able to take advantage of that and leaped over the archer and slashed her back with my sword causing her to stumble. Of course it didn't wound her since i was just using a wooden sword but it still counted as a "Kill" since if i were to slash her with a real katana, Sayo would have been dead.

"You're "Killed" now Sayo." I said a little teasingly.

"That was quick, you've improved alot since we joined Night Raid Tatsumi." Sayo praised me. That was true, my trainings with Akame and Bro helped me reach new heights faster than ever before.

Sayo went to a nearby bench and watched Leyasu and I resume our fight.

I turned to Leyasu and saw him running to me at full speed, i could use Constant flux right now but we agreed to not use it since it brings them to a total disadvantage. I ran to him as well preparing one last strike to end this training but as Leyasu and I was about to clash, Bulat appeared and tried to punch us both in the face, i managed to duck and avoid his fist but Leyasu was hit causing him to get knocked down to the ground.

"Nice reflexes Tatsumi!" Bulat said giving me a thumbs up.

"What the hell was that for bro!?" Yelled Leyasu as he stood up.

"That was for teaching you two a lesson, always be aware of your surroundings, even if this is just a spar you should always take it seriously." Bro said.

"Bro's right, we may never know if there's someone planning a sneak attack when we least expect it." I agreed.

"Well anyways, i also came here to tell you to make breakfast Tatsumi, better go quickly before Akame eats most of the food again." I nodded and quickly went to the kitchen.

I arrived and saw Akame wearing a plain pink apron with a bunny on the middle and her hair is tied to a ponytail.

"Good morning my Gluttonness. How do you feel?" I greeted. Akame saw me coming and smiled.

"Good morning. I feel fine," Akame said before handing me an plain blue apron. "thank you for sleeping with me last night."

"No problem!" I said and went to the fridge and took out our breakfast for today: Meat, as usual.

Ever since Sayo, Leyasu and I joined Night Raid, they asked us to cook with Akame since apparently, Akame always cook meat, plain meat, so they thought we could spice it up a little, pun intended.

And now i basically became the second chef, the only reason they didn't ask Sayo and Leyasu to cook as well was because the kitchen will get too crowded.

I went to the stove, put the stake next to me to avoid a certain glutton from eating it. I turned on the stove, put the pan on top of it, put some oil on the pan, smacked Akame's hand away from the meat with my spatula, put the meat on the pan and sprinkled it with some spices like salt and pepper.

I waited for each side of the stake for three minutes and flipped it over. Once it was finished, i took out the steak from the pan, i looked over to Akame and saw that she was busy cooking rice. I carefully put the now cooked stake on a plate.

Alright! Time to repeat the same process eight more times!.. Ugh..

Several meat cooking and hand smacking later, i have finished making breakfast.

Luckily, all of the meat survived from being eaten by a certain someone, now all that's left is to add the rice and vegetables.

Finally i finished cooking, after eating, I'll train with Akame and maybe Bro.

Unless Akame asks for seconds... and thirds... and... ugh.

After Akame and I prepared the dishes, we went to the table and placed their foods.

"Alright, time to eat. We have alot of training to do after, right my Gluttonness?"

Akame nodded. "Yep, can't work on an empty stomach."

We sat down and began to eat, the others arrived shortly after but Sheele and Mein still hasn't arrived, seeing this opportunity, Akame took Sheele and Mein's plate and ate it all in seconds.

I felt bad for them but i also felt good as well, bad because Sheele and Mein missed their breakfast and good because Akame won't ask for seconds this ti-

"Meat servant, seconds please." I cursed myself, i just HAD to jinx it. My annoyance was seen all over my face causing the others to laugh.

"Excuse me." I said before standing up and walking back to the kitchen.

After eating breakfast, Akame and i started our training. We went out and did a ten kilometer run around the base while wearing armor which was ONE HELL of a training although that was my idea, i looked over to Akame and she was also sweating, a few gasps here and there, she drank a bottle of water and she looked like she could run another. I just stood there petrified. That was a TEN WHOLE kilometer run while wearing armor as well!

After that we went to Mount Fake to hunt danger beasts, this place is really flooded with aggressive mimicking danger beasts such as Tree beasts which hunt in packs.

(AU: Aggressive mimicking is real and is used by predators that evolved to disguise themselves as something harmless and defensive mimicking is used by preys that evolved to disguise themselves as predators or something harmful. A little education for y'all.) This was a good place to train our reaction time so we can hold our own against sneaky enemies.

After four hours of training non stop, Akame and i decided to take a break and eat lunch. After we arrived back at base and ate lunch, Boss called us out for an emergency meeting.

All of us gathered in the meeting room, on Boss's hand, a certain green eyeball caught our attentions. Spectator.

"Alright" Boss spoke. "Now that you're all here, i have good and bad news for you all, I'll start with the good news, Akame and Tatsumi, after successfully killing Zanku and taking his Teigu: Spectator." Boss looked at me. "Tatsumi, i give you the honor of trying Spectator, if it's compatible with you, you can have it, if it's not, we'll try it on Sayo and Leyasu, and if the two of you is also incompatible with it, I'll send it to the revolutionary HQ."

My eyes glittered and a huge smile formed on my face. "Really!? What about you guys?" I looked at everyone but they shook their heads. "You can only use a single Teigu, if you use two, the strain will kill you." Said Akame causing me to gulp, Boss handed me Spectator and i put it on my forehead. It may not look cool but it's abilities are pretty overpowered.

"Spectator can read minds right?" Akame said, i nodded. "Try using it on me."

I nodded again, i looked at her and focused really hard. "What your thinking is... I can't wait to eat meat again!"

"That's amazing!"

"No, he hasn't even activated the damn thing." Mein said. It suppose to have five different abilities right? Then just try one and get this over with."

"Okay then." I closed my eyes.

Alright, a random ability I don't know about... activate now!

The eyes of Spectator opened and what i saw before me made my face turn deep red.

"What's the matter?" Mein asked.

"U-um.." I saw Mein, Sheele, Akame and Sayo wearing nothing but underwears.

Who ever made this, I can tell you... was a freaking genius!

My eyes widen when I then suddenly felt my head ache, it wasn't a normal one, it was twenty times more painful and i gripped my head with two of my hands tight.

"It's rejecting him!" Lubbock said in alert, he quickly approached me and took it off Spectator. I suddenly felt the pain vanish. "What was that?"

"It rejected you, they say your first thoughts with a Teigu will affect your relationship with it, you probably thought it looked bad or something." Mein answered. "Well, what about you two?" She said looking at Sayo and Leyasu.

"M-my first impression of it was that it looked weird so... I'll pass." Leyasu said, looking terrified, i guess he knows it'll reject him and knowing how i looked like before, i guess he doesn't want to find out.

"What about you Sayo?" Mein asked.

Sayo thought for a moment but nodded.

"Alright, I'll try it out." She said before taking Spectator from Lubbock and putting it on her forehead.

After a while, Sayo looked at me and her face suddenly turned red as she quickly took Spectator off. What was that about?

"I-i don't want it..." Sayo said, her face still red and steaming, she gave the Teigu back to Boss. But seriously though, what did she see...? Wait a second... nah.

"Well too bad, i guess I'll have to send it back to HQ after all." Boss said but paused for a second. "Wait a sec... I still don't have a Teigu." The rest of us were surprised when Boss put on Spectator.

"Oh, looks like it's compatible! I'll test it out." Boss said before activating Spectator. After that me eyes widen, i couldn't believe what i was witnessing, and so did the others. Boss, the Ex-General of the empire, survived against Esdeath (Based on what Akame told me.) and led hundreds of thousands of men. IS BLUSHING!

Boss quickly took it off her forehead. "On second thought, I'll just send it back to HQ, my skills alone is already off the charts, I'm not in need of such abilities." She said, everyone including me sweat dropped, Boss is not hiding her embarrassment pretty well.

"Now that that's over with, time for the bad news." Boss said. "Our spies have reported of General Esdeath's return, she will arrive at the Capital in less than twenty four hours."

The mood instantly changed and all of us were surprised at the sudden news but didn't say a word. So this Esdeath person is coming back? I didn't even knew she left the Capital.

"Apparently, Esdeath has already taken over the Northern tribe." Boss continued.

I gave boss a questioning look. "The Northern tribe?"

"The Northern tribe is led by a warrior named Numa Seika, he leads a powerful army, he's never lost a battle with a spear in hand and naturally, they're a threat to the Empire. The Northeners were planning on taking over the Empire but in order to prevent that, the Empire sent out Esdeath to deal with them." Boss explained. "To think she already conquered the North in a short amount of time is terrifying, because of this, we will have to carry out our assassinations more carefully so we don't risk getting caught by Esdeath."

Boss then lit a cigarette. "Since Esdeath hasn't arrive yet, we have another mission on our hands."

Leyasu's POV

After receiving the mission from Boss, everyone went back to what they were doing, Tatsumi and Akame-senpai went training like there's no tomorrow, Bro went to the training field to train as well, Sayo went back to our room to finish that book she was reading, Mein also went to the training field to practice her aim and Lubbock asked me to come with him to read another Manga, though i had to refuse since i had other plans. I walked towards the living room expecting to see a certain blond and busty assassin.

"Hey Leo-nee-chan!" I approached her, she was sitting on the couch thinking about something.

"Oh, hey Leyasu" She greeted. "need something?"

"Well..."

Leo-nee-chan laughed out loud after i explained to her about my strange feelings for Mein-senpai.

"Oh Leyasu, that just means that you like her!" Leone said patting me on the back. My face blushed heavily.

"Wha!? That can't be it! We argue all the time!" I said but Leo-nee-chan's grin grew wider. "If that's not it then what are you so flustered about?~" Leone teased as my face grew redder each second.

"Alright, alright, then that means i do like her!" I confessed. "Happy!?"

Leo-nee-chan didn't respond but looked behind me.

"Oh hey Mein, didn't see you there." I jumped in surprise and looked behind me but saw no one there. Leo-nee-chan laughed out loud.

"SIKE! Oh you're too easy Leyasu!"

My eyebrow twitched but Leo-nee-chan just let out a happy sigh.

"Ah, thank you for making me laugh Leyasu, i had alot on my mind lately. In return I'll help you out with Mein!" Leo-nee-chan said, my anger was replaced with joy. "Thank you so much Leo-nee-chan!"

At the training field.

"Umm... why are you here Sayo?" Questioned Leyasu.

Flashback. A couple of minutes ago.

"Alright lover boy," Said Leone. "if you want to win over Mein, you have to stop being a shitty dumb pervert, trust me, it's for the both of our sakes. You also need to impress her so you should ask her to train you and try not to start any argument and get on her good side already, she already accepted Tatsumi and Sayo, you're the only one left thanks to your perverted behaviors."

I saluted. "Yes ma'am! Peeping Leyasu is no more!"

"Good, that's one pervert eliminated, i wonder if i could do the same to Lubbock.." Leo-nee-chan said putting two on her chin trying to think but shrugged her shoulders. "Nah, i think he's already too far gone. Anyways go get her Leyasu! Be a new ma- boy for her!" Leo-nee-chan cheered pushing me to the direction of the training field.

End of Flashback.

"Because i already finished the book Sheele gave me and train with Mein-senpai. What about you? What are YOU doing here?" Questioned Sayo before drinking a glass of water.

After receiving Leone's advice, Leyasu quickly went to the training field to find Mein and train with her hoping to get some alone time together and try to impress her like Leone instructed. But what he forgot about was that Sayo was also training with the pink haired sniper.

"Oh... because i was kinda wondering if Mein-senpai can train me too." This caused Sayo to spit out the water she was drinking on Leyasu.

"What the hell Sayo!? Gross!"

"Wha?! Since when did you took interest in archery?"

Leyasu thought for a moment. "A few minutes ago?" Leyasu responded while wiping his face off with a towel. Causing Sayo to spit the water she was drinking again. "A few minutes ago!?"

"Hey Sayo!" The two heared a voice called and stopped talking, they looked over and saw Mein approaching them. This caused Leyasu to freak out mentally but maintained his composure... barely.

"Huh?" Mein looked at Leyasu. "What's this pervert doing here?"

The pink haired assassin was surprised when Leyasu suddenly bowed down to her. "Please train me the art of sniping Mein-senpai!"

Mein was still surprised by Leyasu's sudden request but put two fingers in her chin trying to think. Suddenly, Mein had a grin on her face. "Hmm, okay I'll train you as well, but on three conditions."

Leyasu raised an eyebrow. "I'm listening."

Hearing that, Mein's grin grew wider which caused Leyasu to gulp.

"Alright, number one: You'll have to stop peeping on us with Lubbock, if me or anyone of us catches you peeping while were taking a bath, I'm not training you anymore and I'll also gauge your eyes out."

Leyasu gulped once again but nodded in agreement.

"Good, now number two:" Mein continued. "You must do as i say and not complain while I'm teaching you."

Leyasu nodded.

"And lastly: You must refer to me as Ojou Sama from now on." Mein was expecting him to argue and straight out refuse, but she was surprised when Leyasu saluted. "Very well, i shall call you whatever you want, Ojou Sama." Leyasu said, Mein had a small faint of blush from embarrassment, Mein wasn't really used to someone calling her that as she grew up being looked down on by everyone and she had expected the pervert to refuse due to 'Men's pride'.

Sayo was laughing at how cute her teacher looks like when embarrassed and thought of something.

'Why is Leyasu acting different?' Sayo thought to herself. 'Did something happened? I think i should talk to him about it.'

A moment passed and Mein had regained her composure and threw Leyasu a wooden bow.

"Alright, let's begin then."

With Akame and Tatsumi.

After the emergency meeting ended, the two partners went outside of the base and went deep into the forest.

It was two days ago when Akame and Tatsumi started a new training session, where one will hide and blend in with the surroundings and try to attack the other, while other try to defend him or herself while trying to find a chance to strike back and win. This training was meant to increase both stealth and reaction time of the both of them so they can hold their own better with sneaky enemies and since the forest was loaded with trees, (AU: Duh, obviously, stupid self) this was the perfect place for the two since it's easier to hide and prepare for a sneak attack.

After a while, Tatsumi and Akame stopped walking.

"So, who's going to be the attacker this time?" Asked Akame. Tatsumi smiled.

"Me." He said in response before attempting to use his wooden katana they brought as a training gear and do a downward slash. Akame blocked it with her sword and swung it horizontally aiming for his chest. Tatsumi back stepped and retreated to the woods jumping form tree to tree as he hide his presence in order to escape faster. Akame used her eyes to scanned her surroundings trying to spot the green eyed assassin but failed to do so.

'Looks like he's already out of sight, his speed improved since last the last time we did this.' The red eyed killer thought to herself as she walked deeper into the woods where she last saw Tatsumi in an attempt to find him.

With Tatsumi

'As expected of you My Gluttonness.' Tatsumi thought to himself as he jump from tree to tree following Akame by a distance. And why was Tatsumi the one following Akame and not the other way around? Well that's because after Akame went deeper into the woods trying to find Tatsumi where she thought he would be but Tatsumi predicted this and went the opposite way and now he's the one following her.

'Alright, time for the next step.' He thought before reaching to his pockets. Why you ask? Because after He and Akame was done eating lunch, Tatsumi made sure that Akame wasn't looking and quickly took something from his plate and put it in his pockets.

Tatsumi took out four sausages from his pockets and a grin formed on his face.

'Knowing Akame, i don't call her 'My Gluttonness' for nothing, even though this is an obvious trap, she won't be able to resist this taste, i put an extreme amount of effort making these sausages. Prepare for my ultimate trap, My Gluttonness.' He thought to himself before unleashing his master plan.

With Akame.

Akame has been walking for a while now and still couldn't find Tatsumi who was unknown to her, has already set up his plan.

'Where is that stupid meat servant?' Akame thought to herself. She then immediately stopped when something caught her eyes.

A single sausage was lying on top of a bush.

'Really?' Akame thought to herself, she sweat dropped at Tatsumi's attempt to lure her before picking up the sausage and smelling it. 'I don't smell any poison on it.' She thought. She then saw three more sausages a few feet apart from each other leading to a oddly familiar place. 'Did my meat servant actually thought i would fall for this?'

She then ate the sausage whole and her eyes widen. 'This sausage is good.'

Akame knew that most people will think that this is a stupid trap and avoid it, but Akame isn't most people, Akame is Akame, and Akame will eat any meat as long as it's safe and delicious even if it IS a trap, especially if the one who made the food was her precious meat servant, she'll destroy the trap too.

So Akame being the Akame she is, followed the sausage path eating all the sausages that came her way. And after eating all four sausages Akame heared a rustling noise and quickly turned to the source of the sound and saw a tall bush rustling. Akame took a stance as she awaits the possibly incoming Tatsumi.

The possible attacker came out of the bush and Akame was surprised to see a white bunny, Akame dropped her stance and approached the animal and patted the bunny's head.

"You're so cute and fluffy." Said Akame. Bunnies are Akame's favorite animal since they're so cute and small but never got to keep one since pets weren't allowed when she was still working for the Empire, but who says she can't keep one now?

As Akame was about to pick up the bunny, Tatsumi suddenly jumped out of the bush and used the wooden swords they brought to attack. Akame was surprised but quickly blocked an downward slash to the chest by Tatsumi, Akame quickly leaped over Tatsumi and attempted to slash him downwards at the back but Tatsumi quickly turned around and clashed his sword with hers. Akame then threw her sword up in the air, Tatsumi looked up which he realised was a mistake a split second later because Akame ducked and swung her leg across his causing Tatsumi to fall down, Akame then caught her sword and pointed it on Tatsumi's neck.

"Surrender?" Akame asked, Tatsumi had an surprised expression on his face but nodded and stood back up.

"That was..." Tatsumi said and Akame nodded in response.

"Yes, the same battle style you use on strong opponents. As you can see, I as well learn from how you fight."

"Heh, i guess that makes the score 3-0 now huh?" Akame nodded in agreement.

Tatsumi sighed. "I can never beat you can't i? The only times i won was on our first spar, you adapt way too fast."

Akame patted his shoulder. "It's okay, in an assassination, there aren't any second rounds like sparing so they won't be able to adapt to your fighting style. So in terms of first combat, you're better than me." Tatsumi smiled hearing that. "Thank you My Gluttonness, that means alot coming from you."

Akame smiled and realized something. "Hey Meat servant, did you plan on using the white bunny before to drop my guard?" She asked. Tatsumi nodded in response. "It was part of my plan to let your guard down. Though i still failed." Tatsumi said while scratching the back of his head.

"Why a white bunny specifically?" Akame asked, Tatsumi smiled. "Well you like them right? I spent a lot of time trying to find one because they're rather rare to see around this area because of danger beasts." He explained. "Oh and speaking of bunnies, do you want to take care of it?" Akame eyes glittered and nodded repeatedly, the two of them walked back to the bush but the bunny was already gone. Tatsumi saw Akame's face, sadness and disappointment could be seen all over and he felt guilty.

"I-i'm sorry My Gluttonness, i may have startled it when i attacked you and it...ran

..away." Hearing that, Akame turned to him, she had a menacing aura and her face looked familiarly terrifying.

'Th-This is the same feeling i got when i took her food away from her!' Tatsumi thought to himself.

"Tatsumi." Akame said in the most terrifying voice Tatsumi has ever heard.

"P-please forgive me! I promise to find you another one so please spare me!" Tatsumi said bowing down.

"Really?" Akame asked.

"Really! So please forgive me!" Tatsumi said. Akame then sighed. "Okay, I'll forgive you, but you have two days to give me a pet bunny or else."

Tatsumi let out a sigh of relief and stood back up. "Thank you My Gluttonness."

Akame blushed and pouted. "But still, that bunny was really adorable."

Tatsumi smiled at her. "You're more adorable, My Gluttonness." This caused Akame's blush to get redder and looked away to hide it, as she examined the place more, it looked familiar to her. "Hey Meat servant, doesn't this place look familiar to you?" She asked, Tatsumi examined the place and blushed heavily, he recognized that tree branch sticking out of the ground and that land mark where they fell. "Yeah... this is the place where we had our first...kiss."

A moment of silence for these two as they both looked down on the ground, their faces blushing as they recalled the time they accidentally fell down a tree and kissed each other.

After a while, Akame regained her composure and decided to break the awkward silence. "Let's head back, you need to save your energy for the next mission." Tatsumi nodded and the two went back to base.

Tatsumi's POV

After heading home and take a break from all that training Akame and I have done, we relaxed a for a an hour util it was afternoon. An hour passed and it was time to initiate the assassination plan. Now i am in the slums inside the capital with Leo-nee-chan as she showed me around the place to memorize the map.

"Hey Leone!" A shop owner greeted from his store as we walk on the middle of the street. "Want to have a beer!?" He said. Leo-nee-chan smiled apologetically and waved her hand as a sign of rejection.

"Hey Leone!" I heared an old lady said. "Can you give me that famous back rub of yours!?"

"Sorry grandma, I'm busy at the moment!" Leo-nee-chan said catching me by surprise. "She's your grandma!?" She looked at me and laughed. "Of course not Tatsumi, this is the place where i grew up actually, i never knew my family so these people became my family figure."

I frowned and then smiled, it's sad to hear that Leo-nee-chan didn't knew her real family but I'm glad that she found one even if they aren't related by blood. "That's explains why you're so popular around he-" I was cutted off when i heared screaming from up ahead.

"That's Leone!" One of the many screamed as they ran to us in full speed. "You're gonna pay for scamming me you busty blonde!" Another screamed.

"Ehehe... See ya!" Leone yelled and signaled me to follow her as we ran at the opposite direction. "So do you like this place Tatsumi?" Leo-nee-chan asked.

"Yeah i like it it's really great!" I said sarcastically but she just laughed.

After a few minutes of running i stopped.

"Looks like we lost them Leo-nee-chan." I said but i heared no response, i looked around me and realized that Leo-nee-chan and i have separated.

Crap! I don't know this part of the slums yet!

I panicked and looked for any signs that would tell me where to go.

"Ahoy there young citizen!" I heared someone call out to me, i turned around and saw a girl with a brown hair tied to a ponytail, wearing an armoured breast plate, leggings, gloves and shoulder parts and a green uniform underneath the armor. She was also dragging a strange dog with her on a leash, i think that's one of the Teigu Boss showed us on a notebook. Hekatonkheires was it? It had white fur, two black dots for the eyes and small hands and feet with no fingers or claws and it's about the size of a three year old.

"What seems to be the problem citizen?" She asked.

"I just got lost, nothing big, who are you miss?" I asked.

"It's Seryu! Seryu Ubiquitous, a soldier for justice! I'm an imperial guard who's in charge of patrolling this area! What's your name?"

"It's Tatsumi, Miss Seryu!" I saluted, Seryu smiled widely. "Alright Tatsumi, where do you need to go?"

"Near Brando's bar actually (Shop name.). I need to meet someone there." I hope she doesn't get suspicious. I was surprised when Seryu grabbed my hand.

"I see! Come, I'll lead you there, don't let go of my hand okay?" She said, i nodded.

After a while of walking, we finally arrived and stopped by the bar.

"Alright, this is it." Seryu said before letting go of my hand. "Be careful not to get lost again okay?" I smiled and nodded. She smiled as well and ran off while waving her hands in the air, dragging Coro, the name she gave him, on the ground causing me to giggle a little. Seryu taught me some of the locations so i wouldn't get lost again, my only complaint was that she wouldn't stop talking about justice and taking revenge for killing her master, i asked her who her master is but she didn't answer, guess i asked something bad.

I went inside the bar and saw Leo-nee-chan sitting on a chair of an table ordering beer, just as i thought, Leo-nee-chan is really alcoholic and loves to tease like Leyasu. "Hey, Leo-nee-chan chan!" I greeted before approaching she turned to me and handed me a glass of beer.

"C'mon Tatsumi, drink up!" She said, i sighed. "Leo-nee-chan, we have stuff to do, let's go." I was confused when she laughed nervously. "Ehehe, hey Tatsumi... i think i forgot my pouch somewhere at the base... would you mind paying for me?" I sweat dropped. "Did you really left it?" She nodded repeatedly. "Yep! Now treat your big sister!" Unknown to me, she had her fingers crossed.

I sighed. "Alright, how much was it?"

"200 gold coins!"

"Hehehe~."

"200 GOLD COINS!?" I screamed, everyone at the bar looked at me and i instantly regretted what i did. "S-sorry everyone." Leo-nee-chan laughed out loud causing me to gain a tick mark.

"HAHAHA I'm just kidding Tatsumi! It's just 10 gold coins!" My eyebrows twitched but i let a out a sigh of stress and relief. "Alright, but you better pay me back Leo-nee-chan."

"Yep!" Again, I didn't notice she crossed her fingers. I paid for her drinks and we prepared for our mission: Eliminate drug dealers.

The moon was out and the capital was ghost quiet, Leo-nee-chan and i ran on top of houses jumping from roof to roof until we've made our way to the enemy's location, it was a mansion but it wasn't as nearly as big as the one Aria and her family had. I gotta say, those stamina trainings with Akame abd Sheele really paid off, i didn't even let out a swet from all those running.

We silently killed the two guards that was guarding the entrance and went to the attic where we're undetected by the enemy. Leo-nee-chan and I peaked trough a hole and saw a WHOLE lot of mess, the room was full of drugged up women and the atmosphere was filled with drug particles. What caught most of our attentions was the three mens gathered around a table surrounded by ten armored guards discussing about deals. It seems that those drugs were meant to brainwash or do something terrible to those women as they were acting purely on the Id and their lust without having a sense of thought. One of them, a red head, was alproaching one of the three mens and held his leg which the man responded by punching the girl in the head multiple times causing her to pass out, she'll die if not taken care of quickly.

"She's broken already, we'll find replacements shortly after." I heared one of them said while smoking a cigarette. I had to indure the rage that was building up inside of me so i wouldn't act careless and mess up the mission. I looked over to Leo-nee-chan and she seemed really pissed off. "That girl he just punched." Leo-nee-chan whispered, her bangs shadowing her eyes. "That girl was a friend of mine...Tatsumi, attack now!"

I nodded, Leo-nee-chan activated Leonele and destroyed the celling surprised all of them.

"You three and the rest of your gaurds will now die by the hands of Night Raid!" I screamed, they seemed surprised but the gaurds charged nonetheless.

"Yeah, what he said!" Leo-nee-chan screamed before punching one of the gaurds on the gut shattering his armor in the process and killing him instantly. I looked away from Leo-nee-chan and looked forward and saw five guards charging at me. I quickly unsheated my Katana, sidestepped to dodge a sword from one of them aimed at my head and decapitated him.

Looks like those armors aren't that sturdy after all, i don't even gave to use Constant flux on this fight.

I charged at them and beheaded every single one giving them no time to react. After i finished, i looked over to Leo-nee-chan and she already killed the three men. That was quick.

"You sure are fast, Leo-nee-chan." I complimented, she smiled widely.

"Well of course, since i have Leonele on, my speed, power and senses improves drastically, i can even heal myself thanks to my truml card!"

"That's amazing Leo-nee-chan! But we should head back to base now before any other enemies arrive." I suggested, she nodded and we went out of the mansion.

After we got out from the mansion, we just walked our way to our base since we didn't had any wanted poster. While we were walking down a street, Leo-nee-chan spoke. "Hey, Tatsumi."

"Yes?"

Akame's POV

It's already seven p.m. when will they get back? I went to the kitchen to grab any leftovers from our dinner and came across Leone, Mein, Sheele and Tatsumi's un eaten plates, we already ate dinner so these were reserved since the four of them were on a mission. I wish i could've went with Tatsumi though. I quickly ate Leone, Mein and Sheels food but noticed a little note on Tatsumi's plate, it said:

'Hands of the plate My Gluttonness.

-Tatsumi.'

I shrugged my shoulders and threw the note to the trash bin and ate Tatsumi's food as well. I hope they don't mind.

"Hey Akame!" I heard behind me, i turned around and saw Boss approaching me. She looked over the plate and facepalmed. "As expected, anyways, i need to talk to you about Tatsumi."

Tatsumi's POV

"How's my relationship with My Gluttonness?" I repeated her question, she nodded. "Well, our situation is great! We did a lot of training and other stuff together and enjoyed it! Specially with our training, My Gluttonness and I can connect trough our swords!"

Leo-nee-chan sweat dropped. "Right, i should've known from the two training maniacs, seriously, a trip to Mt. Fake after doing a ten kilometer run while wearing armor!? You two are extreme!" I smiled with pride. "Yep! Sooner or later My Gluttonness won't be having those dreams anymore!" I was confused when the atmosphere suddenly changed, it felt rather serious.

"Tatsumi, last question: Aren't the two of you kinda rushing this a little bit?"

Akame's POV

I raised my eyebrows. "What about my meat servant?" I sat down on the table.

Boss lit a cigarette. "Well, I have two things to say, first, i reaserched further on Puberty Syndrome and it looks like that is all there is to it. Although I'm curious, why does Tatsumi have a dragon armor?"

"I think he'll probably come across such a Teigu in the future." I said.

"And the giant teigu?"

"I... don't know..."

Boss sighed. "Well second, about your relationship with him." I raised my eyebrows again. "Aren't you two kinda rushing it a little?"

Tatsumi's POV

I can understand why Leo-nee-chan would ask that, it's only been two weeks since Leyasu, Sayo and I joined after all, and two weeks when we reunited.

"I understand your point Leo-nee-chan. But you see," I turned to her with a smile on my face. "I never told My Gluttonness this before... because the truth is:"

Akame's POV

I was surprised with Boss's sudden question but i see her point, we've only reunited for two weeks after all.

"I understand Boss, it's only been two weeks since we've reunited and we're already dating." I then smiled which caused Boss to get confused. "But you see, i never got to tell my meat servant this before but.."

"I was already in love with her before we even separated."

"I was already in love with him before we even separated."

Hey Guys! Finally done with this chapter, it's the longets one I've ever written. (Since technically, this is my first story/fanfiction.)I deeply apologize for not updating, i was suppose to finish this chapter daaaaays ago but well... shit happens. Sorry bout' that.Aaanyways, i also apologize for the Mine x Tatsumi shippers out there, you guys are probably gonna hate me for this.Also, considering if Tatsumi ever gets a harem... well... no. Sorry but I've already planned the rest of Night Raid's love interest, but who's with who is a secret ;).Buuuuuuuut, i could make an exception for Chelsea, i really felt bad for her for dying the way she did, she never got to tell Tatsumi her small but growing feelings for him and died shortly after a couple of chapters and episodes. I'll consider making Akame and Chelsea share Tatsumi but THAT'S IT. No more others in the mix.Alright... i think that's all i have left to say, Bye bye! Until we meet again on the next chapter.
