Meliodas didn't know what to think of what he'd just walked in on Merlin doing. Oh of course, he knew about her...tastes in lovers running along the lines of the unconventional. But he'd never in a million years thought that he would actually walk in on her in the middle of making love to someone.

And to make things somewhat worse, he wasn't alone either. Gilthunder, Howzer, and Griamore were right behind him openly gaping at the sight that Merlin and her lover made together on her bed.

He heard a weird sounding squeak from Merlin's pretty little friend mere seconds before the woman turned her head to look at them from over one of her shoulders and gave them a displeased scowl before slowly sighing and removing herself from the bed.

"Captain, I'm guessing that this visit couldn't wait a second longer." It wasn't a question. And the look on Merlin's face was anything but happy at the moment. Not that Meliodas could blame her any. He'd be pretty damned pissed too if he and Elizabeth were in the middle of something and suddenly gained an audience.

"Sorry," He said as he eyed the woman somewhat warily, suddenly feeling a little bit worried about what she might do to him. After all, the last time he'd accidentally interrupted her doing stuff of the naked kind, she'd turned him into a slug for a week. And to be perfectly honest, he was in absolutely no hurry whatsoever to be turned into one again. "I didn't realize that you were...uh...busy."

"Whatever." Merlin said as she rolled her eyes and conjured a nice silk robe for her little friend to put on to cover herself with. "I'm assuming that this has something to do with my disappearance three days ago."

"Uh...yeah." Meliodas said slightly hesitantly as his green eyes continued to stare at the dark haired girl in Merlin's bed as she shrugged on the robe that the woman had conjured for her.

She really was a really pretty little thing. Probably just as gorgeous as Merlin herself though she lacked the air of maturity and confidence that the woman exuded. She was also young, appearing as if she were little more than fourteen or fifteen. However he knew that that couldn't be the case if Merlin was taking her to her bed.

The woman tended to like specific kinds of people. And young children weren't among those number. Sexually at least.

"Who's your friend?" He asked, his curiosity seeming to run away with his mouth before he could filter himself. Behind him, the boys had yet to really pick their jaws up off of the floor. They were too busy eyeing Merlin's young friend like she were a piece of candy.

"Her name is Ichigo." Merlin said as said girl finally finished tying the robe closed and slowly crawled off of the bed to walk over to them and lay a small hand on the woman's arm to get her attention.

"Do you want me to go?" She asked. Meliodas blinked and then frowned a little bit because she was oddly polite and soft spoken. Two things that he'd never really associated with Merlin before.

"Absolutely not, Ichigo." Merlin said firmly as she reached out and wrapped her arms around the girl and pulled her close to her body in a possessive gesture that had a lightbulb going off in Meliodas's head. Which was promptly followed by the slightly shocked thought, Holy shit.

He knew that weirdly possessive gesture. Hell he used it on Elizabeth often enough to recognize it easily. He'd just never really imagined that Merlin would have someone that was his equivalent of her very own Liz.

Watching as the woman pressed her lips against the girl's forehead, he couldn't help the fact that his eyes widened just a little bit in awareness. And oh dear frigging god- he was going to have to have a meeting with the other Sins later to talk about the relevance of this.

After all if the girl was Merlin's 'Liz' then it was definitely something that the rest of them needed to know about. If only to discuss how to keep the girl safe and in one piece from their enemies.

Everyone thought that he was destructive when he was pissed about Liz getting hurt, he could only imagine the sheer amount of destruction and bloodshed that would occur if the girl- Ichigo, got hurt. After all, Merlin was the magical equivalent of a high ranking demon. Possibly even similar in power to one of the Ten Commandments.

So seeing her pissed over the harm that might befall the girl in her arms, was a terrifying thing. Very, very, very terrifying.

Hearing Ichigo mutter something underneath her breath, but not being able to really make out the words despite the fact that Merlin snorted and abruptly released her. He followed the girl with his eyes again as she walked over to a book shelf lining the wall a few feet away from them and pulled a book on necromancy from the shelf.

"Necromancy, Ichigo?" Merlin said, as she arched a brow at her. The girl looked at her and smiled, her glittering eerie colored eyes dancing with mirth as she replied.

"It brings back memories. Remember those ghoulish dolls?"

Merlin didn't snort this time, she practically howled with laughter for several moments. Startling the guys as well as Meliodas since it was an incredibly rare thing for the woman to laugh quite so freely. At least...it had been before now anyways.

"I do." Merlin finally said, her expression one of barely contained hysterical glee. "I also recall you shouting something about evil squeegee dolls and then setting your home on fire in an effort to destroy them while you ran screaming into the night."

"Sounds about right." Ichigo muttered with a scrunch of her nose. Merlin practically chortled at her.

"I still can't quite figure out what you meant when you called them squeegee dolls."

"Pray that you never find out then cause those damned things are frigging evil." Ichigo said as she flipped the book open and then turned and walked back over to the bed and sat down on it so that she could read, effectively ending the conversation.

Feeling a shift in Merlin's attention, Meliodas caught the woman's eye and gave her a small awkward smile and then without another word at all he turned and quickly began to usher the boys out of Merlin's little 'home/lab' before the woman could even say anything. Much less react.

He felt that leaving now would serve him best in the long run since it meant that Merlin would have some extra time to spend with her young friend while he went and had a lengthy talk with the others.
