Author's Note: Sal-u-tations! We are now into uncharted territory following the ending of Season 3, more like my Season 3. Good to see the feedback is positive about Cinder's death, and neutral to positive about Beacons fall, which was the best I hoped for. We are at 14,429 views and 143 followers, so thank you for helping this story grow. I never knew it would get this big since it's a first timer. I am also very sorry for the amount of time it took to write this chapter. Don't worry the story isn't abandoned, I only really get the weekends off to actually spend proper time writing.

bigbossHayden98 - The eagle was her semblance, which MONDELLI747 got right. However it doesn't do exactly as he says, as it kills everything that is considered humanities enemies in the moment. White Fang, Grimm, Bandits, etc. It will only be used at specific times to not make every battle be like "And you die. And you die. And you die."

Corvus Reborn - You are indeed correct, this means Pyrrha is alive and will be featured in later chapters. Also, Yang still has her arm cause she never fought Adamn in the cafeteria.

Lord Halcyon - I couldn't find anything on the RWBY Wiki that says Remnant has Titanium, which is what Marine BDU is made out of, alongside a mixture of other alloys. There would be no reason to change their already pre-established uniforms with, while superior, armor that lacks the necessary materials to build. I may have something to negate that, but we'll see. For UNSC grade encryption and tech, yes that will be a thing as already outlined with the satellite and its defenses.

Disclaimer - I don't own Halo or RWBY as they belong to Microsoft/343 Industries and Rooster Teeth.

Three weeks.

Three long, grueling weeks.

Six sat in the room assigned to her on one of the remaining Atlas Cruisers, staring out of the window into the dark night. Turning away, she looked at her helmet that she had placed on the desk. Looking at her reflection, it showed a weary face. Bag's fell under her eyes from the lack of sleep, their blue color had begun to dull, and her ears were sagging. Overall, she looked very tired and that she needed rest.

That rest however would need to be put on hold, as General Ironwood's voice came over the ships' intercom. "The Lieutenant to the bridge, I repeat, The Lieutenant to the bridge. I need to discuss some further plans with you." The system cut as the General turned off the intercom, which meant that was her cue to start moving. She had been called to the bridge day in and day out to discuss several matters: her housing, their future plans of building defensive operations, and finally, the SDC situation.

Ironwood had a lot of time on his hands heading home, as, without the necessity of leading an expeditionary force to a foriegn kingdom, he could take a long look at all the files Dot had given him all that time ago.

Getting up and grabbing Dot's chip, she made her way out of her room helmetless. On her way to the bridge, she mostly received salutes and nods as signs of respect that Atlas had accepted her unofficially into their ranks. She usually returned them with a nod, not being bothered to go out of her way to commit to something to everyone who militarily respected her. She received a few stares due to her height, heard a few chirps about her stoic nature, and earned some glares from the tiny minority, but still present, of racist enlisted men who cared little for her.

Making her way to the bridge after passing through several corridors and up a flight of stairs, she walked through the door. She skimmed the room for the General, finding him shortly after with his back turned and speaking to someone, most likely the ship's first officer.

Walking up to him, she said neutrally, "General, you called… again?"

Turning to face her, James saw how tired she looked and replied sorrowfully, "I'm sorry for having called you up here Alice. I can tell by the way you look and how you spoke without either enthusiasm nor negativity that you're tired and done with these meetings, but this will be the last one before we arrive in Atlas tomorrow."

"Just speak and I'll listen to whatever it is you need to tell me sir. The only way I wouldn't listen is if I were dead."

"Bold statement, but knowing you it's true. Anyways, as I said, tomorrow we reach Atlas. For the first week or so, I'll do my best to have you settle in. There are some very important people who I want you to meet who I trust personally. They are Pietro Poledina, Penny's father," he paused for a moment before continuing. "And the Ace Operatives. They are the closest thing we have to be your equal, however, that's stretching the word. Their names are Clover Ebi, Vine Zeki, Elm Ederne, Harriet Bree, and Marrow Amin."

"Sir, I understand why you would want to introduce me, or rather Dot and I, to meet your special forces operatives, but why Penny's father? Is he an officer that works directly under your command or?"

"No, no he is not. He is a civilian, but one of great importance. I would usually send him updates about Penny's behavior, hobbies, and other such activities as a means of him checking up on her. I did that because he and I planned and built her, and she was meant to be the first 'living' person put into a robot body. I won't go into specifics because it doesn't matter anymore with her being destroyed," he said solemnly.

"I see, but how does he fit in with us?"

"During one of our chats, I told him about your AI. My apologies for telling him without your knowledge. I thought -"

"No need. If you say he is a strategic asset of great importance, by all means fill him in on what he needs to know only," she butted in mid-statement.

"Thank you, Six. Well, onto the next topic then. So, you said before we departed that your ship was destroyed by that dragon and will take five months to repair, but the satellite is safe, correct?"

He received a nod as his answer.

"Good, then this will save resources. Our objective once we get back into Atlas is to begin an investigation into the SDC. While the files Dot sent me provide useful, if not critical, information, we cannot do anything until an official investigation is launched. The alternative is breaking down the front door and arresting the man essentially in charge of worldwide Dust distribution to be hauled away. I'm sure you understand the reasoning for the caution involved in this?"

"I understand sir. While I would prefer we get this done here and now, going through a legal process would cause less of a panic amongst the population, and with low numbers, a large Grimm attack would destroy an already crippled Mantle and Atlas. It would also lead to crippling economic instability that may never be recovered from."

"You are right on the ball Lieutenant. Next for this meeting, what your role will be once we reach Atlas. I believe you would be best suited as an intelligence and counter-terrorism operative due to your already established skills in those respective fields. Also, you should do your best to arm my men with as much equipment similar to the UNSC. You are also our trump card, as you are the only one of your kind, alongside your completed maiden powers. And if she decides to attack, we'll be ready this time.

"I believe continuing my previous roles would be a superb idea. With the success we had in, while not preventing disaster, severely limiting its destructive capabilities was something I will gladly take after fighting in a war where victory was rarely ever achieved." She lowered her voice to a whisper. "And might I ask, who is 'she'? Ozpin never clarified before his death after I killed Cinder Fall."

"I suppose you are bound to know sooner or later. Let's head somewhere more private for this matter."

They walked off the bridge, making their way towards what was designated as his office. Stepping in and closing the doors, he faced Six once again before finally filling her in who 'she' is.

"Her name is Salemn, and she's a terrible enemy. Our organization, or what's left of it, was originally created to keep the maidens from the public eye, but more specifically from hers. She wants nothing more than to destroy all life on Remnant and beyond. However, your introduction onto the planet threw a massive wrench in her plans. No doubt everything that happened back at Vale, from your fight at the docks to Beacons fall and Cinders death, had made them go astray. You were the missing variable that we needed in order to finally beat her once and for all. Oz paid for it in his life, and I have no doubt many more will too. That is why we allowed you into our circle of trust, you are the key. And even if she wins here, everything you told us back in his office proves that she cannot win everywhere, no matter how hard she may try," he said with a hint of optimism.

Six listened and took in this information, her senses now heightened to due the ONI type situation she currently found herself in. She concurred that, if this enemy was as terrifying as he was making her out to be, then Six found out she had to give it her all in order to come out on top and save the planet. She had seen many fall, experienced that fall, and she will not allow another to meet the same fate.

"Thank you for finally filling me in sir, it is much appreciated. Now, let's discuss our plan for the SDC. When you said you would need to file an official investigation and search the company, why not just file it in so it's in the records and then just, piece by piece, release the documents that were sent to you?"

"That is… actually a great idea. Why didn't I think of that? No matter, that sounds like the best option to go with, as we don't have to enter the property to obtain data we already know, and showing the public a portion every week or so would mitigate the spread of negative emotions. However, doing this would cause another problem, as in those files, there are several pages of men under my command who have been paid off by Jacques and will need to be court-martialed. This would deplete my already exhausted reserves of manpower… but, it must be done for the sake of the people trapped under the SDC's control."

"If you can't trust your own men, then who can you trust? Trust me, I know the feeling. The ODSTs, a group of Marine special forces that would drop from lower atmosphere in tear-drop shaped metal pods, and we Spartans had an intense rivalry and would typically not agree with each other most of the time. It would occasionally boil over into small, petty fights."

This got a chuckle out of Ironwood. "You guys had the technology and people insane enough to do that? Wow we are behind in every aspect, even in one's I didn't know could be a thing."

"Trust me sir, there's plenty more surprises the UNSC has. Anyways, back on topic, is there anything else you need to discuss with me?"

"There is. I have a request for Dot, if you don't mind."

"Of course not General," Dot said, coming into her holographic form. "I will assist you in any endeavor you may have."

"Good, because I will need you to upgrade Atlas and Mantle's software, firmware, pretty much every electronic system in the kingdom's to make sure that whatever happened at Amity cannot and will not happen here. I'm asking because I saw your firewalls firsthand with the immediate recognition and containment of that virus that subsequently took over my robots in the end. It appears your UNSC has not only used cyber-warfare, but mastered it."

"I will be happy to assist you, General. Once we arrive, I'll connect to the local CCT and begin upgrading the cyber-security," Dot replied.

Nodding, he turned back to Six. "That was everything I needed to touch up and finalize you on. You may head back to your bunk. Get some sleep, you look worse than death," he finished, sending her off.

Leaving the room, she made her way back to her room. Heading inside and looking out of the window, she noticed the sun was going down, giving her the most ample time to get some rest. Grabbing the pillow from her bed, she laid down on the floor, knowing it would be capable of supporting a one-ton super soldier unlike the bed.

"Dot, once we arrive, get yourself connected to Atlas and Mantles CCT. I want you to dig up information on the Ace Operatives Ironwood talked about. I want to have my homework done so I'm prepared, unlike when I was just thrown into my last family at the last minute without much time to prepare."

"You got it Alice. I will have a report ready to go by the time you wake up the next morning, or whenever we arrive in Atlas. I will need to divert most of my processing power to upgrading the cyber-security of the kingdom's CCT, but that should make the entire process take no more than a few minutes longer."

"Good. And prepare a data packet for the Ace Operatives for when we meet them. I don't want to have to explain everything about us in detail for a second time when they can do it for themselves in private."

"You will have it ready by whenever we meet them. It will contain the same video footage I used back at Beacon and provide an in depth explanation across every angle and question they may have."

She gave Dot a green ping as a response before going to sleep.

Waking up the next day, Six looked at the clock hanging above her door. She saw that it was 0630 hours and that sun had barely cracked over the horizon. She then looked towards Dot's chip that she left on the table the day prior. Getting and stretching, she made her way over to it.

"Dot, status update," was all she said.

Coming into her holographic form, Dot gave her a smile before replying. "We are approximately 50 kilometres away from arriving in Atlas. The General sent me a data packet containing its exact location. I triangulated the distance via the ship's current location in relation to the kingdom. As for the report on the Ace Operatives, I have compiled an extensive report about each one's weapon of choice, semblance, and potential faunus traits, of which there is one. I have sent the information to your tacpad."

Pulling out her pad, she took a look at the new file. It was relatively small, but provided an extensive amount of details per subject. She first took a look at Clover, who appeared to be the team leader as his background and operational history were larger than the rest. His weapon appeared to be a fishing pole that could be used as a very long grapple hook called 'Kingfisher'. Taking a look at his semblance next, she saw that it was just simply labeled as 'Good Fortune'. Reading the description, however obvious it sounded on the surface, every bit of information helped, and she saw that it not only gave himself good luck, but to those near him, whether friend or foe. He appeared to be the jack-of-all-trades of the group.

She then took a look at Vine Zeki, who to her looked more like a spiritualist than a soldier. Looking at his weapon named 'Thorn', she read that it was a circular disc with extending blades. When thrown, it would act like a frisbee, heading to the target at high speeds most likely with the objective of slicing through them. She then looked at his semblance, which essentially boiled down to him being able to extend his arms and legs to absurd lengths. She noted him as this 'slow and methodical' one of the Ops.

Moving on to the next operative, she saw the name and face of Elm Ederne. Just by first impressions, she could tell Elm was the loud-mouth of the group, One who wouldn't be afraid to speak her mind, much like that of Emile. Her weapon was, unsurprisingly, a large, in-your-face hammer / rocket launcher hybrid called 'Timber'. She took a moment to note the similarities between her and Nora, however few they were. Moving onto the semblance portion of the file, she saw hers was labeled as 'Roots'. Going further, it seemed to act as a way to implant her feet into the ground to avoid being moved or stop a moving target dead in its tracks. She saw the similarities between it and her magnetic boots, both allowing them to say in place if they desire. She could instantly mark her as the 'Giant Teddy Bear', like Jorge.

Next on the list was one Harriet Bree. At first glance, there wouldn't be much to see, but this was far from the case. Reading over her weapon of choice, which was called 'Fast Knuckles'. The weapon(s) provided her with a pair of exo-skeleton arms that allow her to gain an upper body strength equal to that of a Spartan III in SPI armor. She then looked at her semblance, which was simply labeled 'Super - Speed'.

"Dot, do a quick analysis of Operative Harriet Bree. I want to know how fast she can exactly run using her semblance."

There was a slight pause while Dot's supercomputer processing power was active before she gave a response. "She can run at approximately 160 km/h, or 100 mph. This would make her speed faster than that M12 Scout Warthog."

Six whistled in surprise as a response. "Wow, the only personal equipment I could use to even try to catch up to her would be jetpacks, and even then it would be a struggle."

"Surprised to find someone who can outpace you in a race?" Dot asked smugly.

"Oh haha, very professional Dot," Six said as sarcastically as possible.

That had the unintended result of Dot laughing at the antics of her Spartan. This melted away Six's annoyed stature and soon she began to laugh too. It felt nice to have a release from everything that had happened lately, even if it was just a quick and simple laugh between her and her best friend. Dying down the laughter after a few minutes, they settled down enough to go through the one remaining file.

Opening it, she saw the picture of one Marrow Amin, and that he was a dog faunus via his tail.

A chuckle came from Dot. "You each have what the other doesn't. He's missing your ears and you're missing his tail," she poked.

Six gave no response, not daring to give in to her A.I., and best friend's, poor attempt at being witty. Dot just stood there, a little disappointed, but the day must go on.

Continuing through his file, she saw that his weapon was named 'Fetch', mostly likely a play - on from his dog - faunus trait. It consisted of a rifle that turned into the shape of a boomerang with several sharp blades protruding from every side. His semblance she found rather unique. It was called 'Freeze Command', which would force an opponent to be still and frozen.

If only we had someone like him during the war, we could have fought Covenant armies and not have lost as many lives.

Finishing his file, she saw that his semblance was limited to only one target at a time, which made it less effective, but still practical.

Arriving at Atlas would have looked impressive and majestic to most people, but Six was not most people. After having spent several years across various planets ranging in beauty, she was not all that affected by grand - entrances anymore. She felt the cruiser landing at what she assumed was Atlas' version of a dry - dock.

Making her way down to the loading bay, she met up with General Ironwood. Walking up next to him, she gave him a nod signalling that she was ready to depart from the ship. Walking down the ramp, they were met with several soldiers divided into lines on each side standing at attention. Walking through the center, they soon came upon the end of the line, which held an armored vehicle. Going inside, the driver began towards Atlas Academy.

Six, who was originally going to talk to Dot on her way to their destination, did everything but, allowing her to concentrate on upgrading the CCT network so that no cyber-intrusion could occur. Ironwood was the one to break the silence.

"So, what do you think about the first impression? Must be nothing like the UNSC, but it's what we have on a world that is distinctly unique in its features."

"For a world that is a stretch in every sense of the modern word "civilized", I give it," she thought for a moment, "a 6/10."

"I'll take it, considering everything that just happened doesn't shed the best of light on our planet."

"Good to see that you recognize it."

"A military man always does."

"So where are we going exactly. I would assume it was your headquarters, but which building houses it? It wasn't on any files, public or private, Dot made sure of that."

"We're heading to Atlas Academy. It's our version of Beacon in a way, except it's more of a military academy than a huntsmen one. It gets the job down however, which is what we need, especially now with limited capabilities."

"Good to see that mindset still runs here. It doesn't matter if it looks pretty or flashy because no one is going to care. All that matters is, will it work or be a total bust."

Arriving at the base of the Academy, they stepped out and made their way inside. Ironwood received a slew of salutes on their way to the elevator, to which he just nodded at as he was more busy than ever now. Stepping in and heading up, they completed their journey as they walked into his office.

Inside, they found, as Ironwood expected, five people standing before them, who snapped to a coordinated salute. Six instantly recognized them as the Ace Operatives. Clover walked up to them, offering Ironwood a nod and extended a hand to her.

As she took it, he said, "So you're the one the General's been talking to us about. You're bigger in person than he described."

"That's what happens when you are the only one of your kind. You never have a pre-created image in your mind," she replied casually.

"So it would seem. Let me introduce ourselves to you. We're the Ace Opera-"

"I know who you are. I was able to grab all of your files. You Clover, the group leader." She turned to face the rest of them. "Vine Zeki, you can extend your limbs to get to hard-to-reach areas. Elm Ederne, the strong-arm of the group. Harriet Bree, that one who's light on her feet, literally and metaphorically. And Marrow Amin, the faunus with a rather extremely useful semblance."

The Ops just stared at her dumbfounded. Ironwood then turned to her with a smirk on his face, not even acting like he's shocked. Six just depolarized her visor and gave him an innocent smile. Elm was the one to speak up and ask the million dollar question.

"I assume the General gave you a briefing about who we are and our abilities?"

"No I did not actually, I only gave her your names. She found out about the rest all by herself," Ironwood responded to her question.

"Well how? If you didn't brief her nor give her a data packet, then how did she list of our semblances off the top of her head?"

Muting her external speakers, Six asked Dot, "Hey Dot, do you want to show yourself now or later?"

"Now would probably be the best course of action. It would limit the shock value of my presence down to this room."

"If you believe that's the best thing to do."

Yanking Dot from her helmet, she held up the A.I.'s chip in the palm of her hand, allowing her to formulate into her holographic form. This caused the Ops to jump back in shock.

"Hello, I am Smart AI ADT 6849-9, but you can call me Dot," she said, introducing herself.

"Dot is my eyes, ears, and everything in between when something is either out of my ability to process or obtain. She has taken the liberty of upgrading your CCT's security for counteracting cyber - warfare." She then turned to Ironwood before asking, "Should we fill them in on what type of encryptions you now have?"

"Yes, I believe we should. Operatives, what we're about to tell you does not leave this room. If I, or god forbid she, finds out that you have broken this order, you will be punished for treason against Atlas, against me. Am I understood?."

A chorus of affirmatives and yes sir reached his ears. Satisfied, he gave Six the go - ahead to fill them in.

"Your encryptions have been upgraded to standard UNSC military - grade encryption and firewalls. Now, you may be asking "What is the UNSC?" Well, it is the space faring civilization of humanity that has been traveling the stars for roughly five hundred years. And before any of you ask how that could even be possible, the answer is simple. I am not from this planet. As for Dust, Aura, Semblances, and Grimm, those things are Remnant exclusive. Everything else necessary for you to understand has been files into a data packet that Dot has sent to your scrolls. It would be best that you review the information before going to ask more questions. As for your encryptions, it would either have to take another Smart A.I. or someone that has the access of a supercomputer connected to an ONI supercomputer to crack it."

Finishing her explanation, there was a ping on Ironwoods desk. He walked over to it, pressing the receive button, and was connected to the Major who was the lower floor commanding security officer.

"General sir, Mr. Poledina has arrived as you requested," the officer reported.

"Good, send him up," was all Ironwood said, hanging up the call.

"Six, Mr. Poledina is on his way up. Be ready to give him an explanation too, albeit a less in - depth one about yourself. I want him mainly focusing on possible technologies that you and Dot could help him create in order to better arm the military."

Dot then spoke up to give her input. "The most first and foremost thing we could do in order to help rebuild the military's strength would be to find a chemical compound of similar elemental composites as our gunpowder. It would heavily increase your weapons range, damage output, and fire rates."

"Don't tell me this, tell him," Ironwood said as the elevator dinged and the doors opened. Walking out was an old man on a chair that carries him using four automated legs.

"James! It's so good to see you back in Atlas old friend," he said.

"It's good to see you too Pietro. I would like you to meet someone who has only been here for roughly a year, but has earned such prestige that she's an honorary member of the Atlesian Military," Ironwood responded, smiling.

Turning to face Six, Pietro asked, "And I assume that's her?"

He received a quick nod.

"So, you must be the one James told me about. The one who has the impressive A.I."

"Indeed. Dot?"

Showing herself again, Pietro saw her and instantly became excited to see such an advanced piece of computer technology.

"Hello, I am Smart A.I. ADT 6849-9, but you can call me Dot. I am the A.I. who works personally with Six. I have sent you the same data packet onto your scroll that I had already given the Ace Operatives. Before you ask any questions, it would be best you go through the information Mr. Poledina. I look forward to working with you."

"As do I. Thank you Dot, I'll be sure to ask if something is not fully clear to me."

With introductions and greetings of every party out of the way, Ironwood cleared his throat, gaining the attention of the room.

"Well, with everything out of the way, shall we begin?"

Author's Note: And that is the beginning of my self-written chapters. Again, sorry it took so long. Most of my writing time has been allotted to weekends and with this being my first chapter that had absolutely NO pre-created outlines, it took a little longer to write since everything had to be perfect. Thank you all and bye bye!
