Chapter 1: When all begin

Smoke and screams are filling the air, the people and Pokemon are in despair. The Legendary Pokemon has gone mad, as they attack the town with their beams and attacks. All the eight regions are now attacked by every Legendary and Mystical Pokemon, from the people's view, they were controlled by people with white cloaks known as Team Alpha. Nobody know how Team Alpha formed and how did they do what the other evil teams could not do?

A boy is standing on the top of the Mt. Silver, watching the view of Kanto and Johto as he shows no expression. A girl wearing a cloak is standing besides him as she asks, "Are you thinking of her again?"

The boy doesn't reply a thing, and then another boy wearing the same cloak walks towards them and he says, "You can't blame him, after all that happened, it is no wonder that he is going to do this. Insey."

"But Mark, as much as I hated them for hurting our brother, but I don't want him to be sad again…"

"That is why the Legendaries are helping us sending judgement to them." A boy walks towards them and Mark says, "Trenor, how is the Alola Region?"

"The Tapus have flooded most of the region, it will only be some time that it will be disappear forever." Trenor replies. "Brother is thinking of her again? Just what is so special about her anyways?"

Another girl walks towards them and she says, "She is the only person that Brother loved and cared the most. How ironic that she just kissed him back at the airport and then go with another person."

The final member also arrives and says, "And it is also the time when our Mother died. Because of those humans that we suffered."

"True." Trenor says to the girl. "But the only problem is that why is he lying to the world that we controlled the Legendaries? Since they helped us voluntarily."

"Isn't that obvious? Brother loved Pokemon that he didn't want them to suffer for him." Golly replies.

Then the boy turns around to the group and then he says, "Mark, Minami, Trenor, Insey, Golly. We should continue our work now."

"Sure, Brother." Minami says as they leave the mountain.

In the refuge camp in the Kalos Region, people and normal Pokemon are helping each other. Some of the people volunteer to battle the evil Team Alpha, but they failed as they were killed in the end.

In the camp there is a group, a group of Ash's former travel companions. They are sad as Ash isn't there with them. Serena has been in a bad shape as she mutters, "It was my fault…"

Dawn hears it and she sits besides her, "Serena, you shouldn't blame yourself. You didn't know anything."

"But I hurt him, I shouldn't be with that pig Calem at the first place…or else Ash wouldn't have to be the hero again…" Serena weeps.

The others frown as they remember that after Ash finishes his journey in the Galar Region, he came back to Kalos only to see that Serena falls in love with the new Champion who won against Alain, Calem Xavier. The action breaks Ash heart and he didn't show up again in front of Serena. It was after 3 days of Ash learning the truth that Calem raped her, but with the help of Bonnie and the other companions, she was freed and Calem was arrested, but since then she hadn't seen Ash again.

After a month, Team Alpha suddenly appears and began their attack, and it was then that Serena found Ash again. But Ash isn't the same Ash she loved and admired, because he is heart-broken and he told the others that he is going to stop Team Alpha itself. And after that day, no one has ever seen him again nor heard him again.

Gary and Alain have gone back to the camp as Professor Sycamore asks, "How is it?"

Gary frowns, "The base in Alola Region has fallen. Right now that the Legendary Pokemon are still as aggressive like now. Just how many of Pokemon they have captured?"

"Well, from what I have found, it seems like the only one who hasn't showed up is Arceus." Alain says. "There is a possibility that they haven't get their hands on it."

"But if that's the case, then where are we going to find Arceus and ask him for help?" Go asks as he walks towards them along with those who have a connection with Ash.

"I don't know. We can't lose another great trainer like Ash for this mission..." Brock says.

"Ash is not dead. I just know it." Bonnie yells as the others frown, Clemont says, "Bonnie, please calm down, you are making a scene."

"But Brother..." Bonnie says.

Serena says, "Then let me go find Arceus." They are shocked as Serena said her request. Sophocles asks, "Are you sure it is a good idea? I mean, what if you are killed?"

"Then so be it." Serena says, "I don't care about living in a misery because of what I have done. I made a mistake and I am going to set it right."

"Then you need someone to come with you." Gary says, "I'll go with you."

Serena nods as the other can only agree to it. And then the two of them set off on their journey to find the Arceus.

With the help of her Delphox, who has somehow been able to learn Teleport, they arrive at the Michina as the ruins was barely intact. Serena and Gary walk around the place and Serena asks, "Are you sure Arceus will be here? Gary?"

Gary says, "From what Dawn and Brock told me, they, along with Ash, had met Arceus here, as he tried to destroy the world like now. But Ash is the one that stopped him, but how? That is still a mystery."

As they find the Azure Flute on the pedastol, Serena says, "Is this?"

Gary takes it and says, "Yes, the Azure Flute that helps summon Arceus from the Hall of Origin. If we blow this, then we will be able to meet Arceus."

"I don't think so." They turn around and see Golly in her cloak leaning against the wall. "Trying to summon Arcues when we are making a good progress, I don't think it is a good idea."

"Who are you and how did you find us here?" Gary asks.

"I am the Vice Leader of Team Alpha, that is all you need to know. Hand over the flute, if you want to live that's all..."

"We won't hand it over." Serena yells, "Arceus can help us free all the Legendaries from control, and we aren't going to let you take our only hope."

"Your hope is already long gone." Golly laughs a little. "Can't you see? What difference will be made if you successfully summoned Arceus?" She takes something out of her pocket, and it is the same flute as the one in Serena's hands.

"What the? How is that even possible? There shouldn't be two Azure Flutes!" Gary yells.

"True, because the one you are holding is fake. I placed it there to fool you guys." Golly says.

"You're lying!" Serena says as she tries to blow it, but there is no music coming out from it. Golly says, "A fake item can't mimic the true power of the lord. We already have Arceus with us, the reason you didn't see him is because he didn't show up as Arceus. That's all."

"What...what do you mean?" Gary asks.

"That's enough, Golly, you have already spoiled too much." They see another person walking towards them. Gary and Serena are gasping as it is the raven haired boy with blue shirt and the red cap just like he wore in the Kalos Region. The only difference is that his eyes are red except of the original brown.

"Ash...you are still alive?" Serena mutters as Ash just glares at her. Golly bows at Ash and asks, "Brother, what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be doing something at Alola?"

"I just came back and I saw you confronting them." Ash says as he looks at them. Gary then yells, "Where were you this whole time, Ash? We thought you were dead..."

"I was dead, but I was reborn." Ash glows a little and then the shock wave slams them into the wall. Serena says, "Ash...why..."

"It is obvious...ever since that day, my life was ruined. My original family...gone...my friends...left...that is why Team Alpha was born."

"So it was you all the time?" Serena asks, "You were the one who formed Team Alpha and then controlled the Legendaries for you biding? How could you do this? You aren't the Ash that I knew!"

"I am not. That weak Ash was dead, and what if I did control the Legendaries?" Ash smirks and he takes out a Master Ball, "Mewtwo, Yveltal, come on out."

As the two Legendary appear, Ash says, "Turn them into stone, Yveltal."

Gary and Serena gasp as Yveltal fires the Oblivion Wing on them, before they even notice anything, they are now stones and Ash says, "Mewtwo, teleport them to our base."

Mewtwo nods and then Golly asks, "What are you going to do with them?"

Ash says, "I am not going to kill them yet. But I am not going to let them tell the others that I am the Leader. We have wasted a lot of time here, let's go back to Mt. Silver."

Golly nods as they both leave the Sinnoh Region.

Here is the first chapter of the story. I want to write something that is very different than other stories, and I thought that what if I made a story that the Legendary Pokemon turn against the humans? And other than that, I got some private messages that wanted me to write an Amourshipping story, so I decided to write this story for their sake. And what will happen to Serena and Gary? Find out in the next chapter.
