Ch 3 The Undeveloped's Mistake

Dumbledore stands before the members of wizardgoment as they wait for the old headmaster to speak. "Now that I got all of your attention we should get to the real topic on the table," he said.

"And what is the topic, Headmaster?" Fudge asked.

"This is about Harry Potter; he has gone missing from his relatives." He said as everyone gasp.

"We must find the Boy-Who-Lived immediately!" a member of the ministry said as everyone agrees with him.

"I have come to you all to send an elite group of Aurors to retrieve the boy," Dumbledore said. "This man might be inflated with He-Must-Not-Be-Named." He said as the chamber agrees with the old man.

"It's crucial to find this kidnapper and place him in Azkaban for kidnapping," Dumbledore suggested to all of them.

"I agree," Molly stood up.

"As do I" Umbridge seconded what the Weasley monarch said.

"Albus Dumbledore, Supreme Mugwump you have permission from wizardgoment to use the Aurors to retrieve The Boy-Who-Lived." Fudge said.

"Thank you, members, of wizardgoment" he bows to the chamber members as he left to inform the Aurors what to search for.

Shiba house

Tatsuya dressed up in a suit and tie as he waits for Harry to come down the stair. Tatsuya looked at his watch as he heard footsteps coming down the stairs. He looks at Harry in a blue flannel shirt and jeans with the stuffed dog he gave him yesterday in his arms.

Harry stopped right in front of him with a bright smile. "Hi Daddy," he said to Tatsuya.

Tatsuya ruffle's Harry's hair as he blushed naturally. "Harry, are you ready?" he asked his son.

Harry nodded "Yes, Daddy." He smiles.

Miyuki walks down the stairs in a green dress as she looks at the two as they turn to look at her. "Is everyone set for today?" she asked the two boys.

"Yes, Miyuki." Harry smiled at her.

Tatsuya opens the door as they went inside the car heading to the courthouse to see the trial of Harry's relatives the Dursley. They got into the car as they drove to the courthouse. As they drove Tatsuya looked at the rear-view mirror as he looked at Harry as he looked at the window.

Harry was awed by the sight of the city of London holding the stuffed dog in his arm. He never allowed going to London when the Dursley went leaving him with Ms. Figg home.

After a while of driving, they arrive at the courthouse. Tatsuya helped Harry out of the car seat as he carried him in his arms.

They walk to the building as Harry looked over his father's shoulders to see his aunt Miyuki following behind them. "Hi, Miyuki." Harry smiles at her.

Miyuki smiles at the young boy as she waved at him. "Hello, Harry." She said as he giggles waving at her.

Tatsuya smiles at his son as he was having fun being carried by him. They arrived at the doors of the courthouse as he put the small boy down on the ground. Tatsuya kneels to his son as he looks at him back. "Harry, remember your relatives can't hurt you behind when they're in court. Police officers will be around to protect the people." He said to him.

Harry nodded as they went inside the courtroom. Once inside Harry saw people familiar to him, the parents of Dudley's gang and them as well. He looks in the front of him was the Dursley and their lawyer and the other side was the prospector.

After a while of each side presenting evidence to the Judge and the Jury, they have a break before they reach their verdict.

Harry and Miyuki waited outside as Tatsuya went to talk with the prosecutor. Harry was enjoying his juice box with Miyuki. "Harry, how do you like your juice?" she asked him.

Harry looks at her still drinking with a big smile. "I like it." He said with bright eyes.

They were enjoying the moment together when someone walks up to them. "Hey, you freak!" Harry look over where the person called him. He saw Dudley's gang walking to him.

Harry has fear in his eyes as they come closer. "Hey, freak! This your fault that Dudley is going to jail!" Piers said.

"Yeah and we're going to make you pay for what you did to him!" Malcolm said.

Miyuki stands up to face the delinquents. "Leave my nephew alone, I have the right to inform your parents about your behavior towards us." She warns them.

The laugh thinking that this girl can just tell them what to do. "Mind your own business bitch, this is between the freak and us," Denis said walking to Harry ready to punch him.

Miyuki stands in front of her nephew protecting him from these bullies.

Denis grips his fist as he decides to go for Miyuki. She remain calms as his fist was caught by a man's hand. "What!?" he said surprised that someone can defy him. He looks up to see a man that shared similar looks to the freak.

Soon police officers reign the boys as they protest that they should take away the freaks. Tatsuya sighs as he looks back at his family. "Are both of you alright?" he asked them.

"I'm fine Big Brother, but I worry about Harry though," Miyuki said looking at the boy whos unresponsive to everything.

Tatsuya walks to Harry as he kneels to his level. "Harry? Are you alright?" he asked his son.

Harry looked up at his father and nodded. "Yes daddy, I'm fine." He said.

Tatsuya can tell that he's still shaken up from the encounter. "Harry, come here." He said to his son as he hugged him. "Ignore them, you are not a freak. You are a normal boy." He said as Harry hug him back.

"I know Daddy." He said.

He lets go and looks at him. "Let's go back inside, alright?" Tatsuya said as he took his son's hand making their way back to the courtroom.

Once back inside everyone was back waiting for the jury and the judge return, "Members of the jury, what's your verdict?" the judge asked the jury.

A member stood up from the stand. Vernon smiles confidently that the jury will be in his favor. "We members of the jury find the Dursley family, guilty for all charges."

Vernon almost choked from his breath from the jury's verdict. "YOU CAN'T DO THIS! WE'RE GOOD WORKING PEOPLE!" he shouts as the jury as Dudley cried hoping they will take pity on him and his family.

"IT ALL THAT FREAK'S FAULT!" Petunia screeched as the court officers take them away.

Harry watches as they took away his family forever never to see them again.

After the trial, they went out for dinner and went home the long way. They decided to take a walk in the park to walk off the food from their system.

Harry was happy as he never been to the park before as he held onto his father's hand and Miyuki's as they walk around the park. "Having fun Harry?" Miyuki asked him.

"Yes, Miyuki." He answers as he looks at the ice cream stand.

Miyuki notices that Tatsuya was looking at the back of them. "Big Brother, I will get Harry some ice cream. Anything you want?" she asked him.

"No, go on ahead." He looks at her. "I need to do something real quick," he said walking off somewhere.

"He's on the move." A wizard said as a group of them went after him with one staying behind watching over Miyuki and Harry.

Tatsuya walks calmly to an empty field where no one can see what he's about to do. he looked back not turning his head as wizards surrounding the weapon.

One came up to him with his wand at the ready. "Tch, so this is the muggle who took the Boy-Who-Lived." He said looking at the young man. "Not impressive." He said.

Many laughs as they took out their wands aiming for Tatsuya. "How can this muggle mange took take down the wards."

"Because I didn't," Tatsuya said as he reaches for his guns.

"His armed with those guns! TAKE HIM OUT!" they fired spells at Tatsuya as he mentally disabled them.

The attack spells that were hurling towards Tatsuya dissolve in thin air. Tatsuya rushes towards the nearest undeveloped and punches his face with a force that causes his head to explode.

The Wizards were stunned at the speed as they cast multiple spells at him. Tatsuya held his guns and use Decomposition at them.

"Wh-" An Auror vanish in thin air along with a couple of them.

"How can-AAAAHH!" Tatsuya jumps as he shot her on her head before moving to the others scattered across the field to confuse him.

"Just how-ARGGGHHH" Tatsuya came behind him and shot at the back of his head as he glared at the Auror captain shaking in fear of him.

The Auror captain steps back at the power he has as Tatsuya shot more of his team, disappearing without a trace.

"Captain, we need to get-"He disappears as well.

"Avada Kedavra!" the Auror shot the killing curse at Tatsuya as he disables the curse as he did with the other spells that were shot at him.

They remain two was shocked to see the Killing curse couldn't land on the monster before them. "I'm getting out of here." He said ready to go back to the ministry when Tatsuya appear before him and shot him between the eyes as he dissolves into nothing.

Tatsuya slowly walks to the remaining Undeveloped with his guns ready to take him out. the Auror raised his wand as he shouts "BOMB-AAAAGGGGGHHHHH!" Tatsuya shot the Auror captain as the wand dropped down on the grass.

Tatsuya took the wand analyzing it as he grips it tight that it snapped in two. "Better get back to Harry and Miyuki." He said walking away from the battle that never took place.

The Auror watch Miyuki as she wipes the ice cream off Harry's face. "Where is the Captain?" he asked still watching the two.

Harry smiles at her as she chuckles at how messy he is now with the ice cream dripping from his hand. "Harry, try to make a mess when eating ice cream, alright?" she said to his nephew as he laughs enjoying himself in her presence.

"Now or never." He said getting up from the ground ready to take the Boy-Who-Lived from the girl's care. As he was about to rush at he heard a gun click behind him sensing a presence that gave him a chill down his spine. He slowly turns around to see that man standing with a silver gun in his hand.

"How are-"Tatsuya pulled the trigger as the Undeveloped disappear without any traces of him.

Tatsuya places his guns away in his pocket as he walks out of the greenery towards his son and sister.

Harry looked at his father and smiles at the sight of him. "Daddy!" he shouts to him.

Tatsuya smiles at his son calling for him. He walks to Harry as he finished with his ice cream, "Harry did you enjoy the park?" he asked him.

The boy nodded before yawning. Tatsuya picks him in his arms as Miyuki gave him a napkin to wipe Harry's face from the ice cream that was smear all over.

"Big Brother, did you take care of the Undeveloped?" Miyuki asked her brother as he carries Harry in his arms.

"Yes, I doubt they won't stop sending more to take Harry." He said as Harry hugged his neck with a satisfied smile on his face. Tatsuya heard him mutter in his sleep as he said those words.

"I love you…daddy." He mutters in his sleep.

Tatsuya and Miyuki smile at Harry as he already accepted that they are his family now. They walk to the car and drove back home where Tatsuya tucked Harry in his bed giving him his stuff toys to sleep with.

Tatsuya saw his son curl into a sleeping ball with the toys he just gave him. He leans forward and places a kiss on his forehead. "Goodnight Harry," he said softly to him as he left the room leaving the door open slightly.

Tatsuya walks down the stairs to the living room where Miyuki was their suitcases on the table. "Miyuki? What are you doing?"' he asked his sister.

She looks up to him with a smile. "I'm just packing our stuff before we head back home the day after tomorrow." She said to him.

"I see," He said walking to the couch as he sat down doing his suitcase. "It's a convent that Harry's passport is arriving tomorrow in the mail." He said as he packs his belongings.

Miyuki sighs as she looks at Harry's luggage with his belongings. "Big Brother, I do worry about Harry." She said, "We're going back to Japan and he doesn't know the language and his social skills when he is attending school. Is he going to attend public school or homeschool?"

"I'm sure that Harry will be just fine," Tatsuya said. "We'll teach him Japanese before he goes to school, and have him tested if his magic is enough to let First High let him join the children program, they have there for children who developed their magic skills," he said to his sister.

Miyuki sighs. "If that's your decision then I support it." She smiles at him. "At least we can meet wit Harry for lunch and breaks." She smiles thinking of the future lunches with her, Tatsuya and Harry.

"We better get some rest, tomorrow we're getting some transfer papers from Harry's school so he can go to school in Japan," Tatsuya said to Miyuki as she nodded as she finished her luggage before going upstairs to prepare for bed. Tatsuya finished his luggage as he places them next to Harry's.

The next day Tatsuya, Miyuki, and Harry arrived at Harry's elementary school as they park in the guest parking lot. Harry looks at Tatsuya and Miyuki feeling a bit scared of going inside his school.

"Are you ready Harry?" Tatsuya asked.

Harry took a deep breath and nodded. "Yes Daddy," he said putting a brave face.

Tatsuya and Miyuki smile at Harry as he is prepared to go back to his old school. Both siblings got out of the car as Tatsuya helped Harry out of his car seat.

Harry looked up at the school feeling a bit anxious as his father took him by the hand. "Don't worry Harry, we're here." He said softly to him.

Harry nodded as they enter the school. Most students stared at the three as they walk to the headmaster's office. Their eyes laid on Harry as he held onto Tatsuya's hand as he continues to put on a brave face.

"Is that Potter?" A student asked his friend.

"I think it is, what happen to the Dursleys'?" a female student asks.

"Last time I heard that they were arrested," a male student said.

"Seriously? On what grounds?" his friend asked him.

"Child abuse, neglection, and all those stuff." He responded.

"Serves them right," he added.

"Who's that man with him?" A female student asked.

"I don't know, but he kind of looks like Potter." Her friend said. "And I think he's cute."

"Same," Agreeing with her friend.

"That girl with them is a hottie." A boy said.

"Yeah, want to ask her out?" his friend asked as Tatsuya glare at them for saying those things to his sister.

Soon they arrived at the headmaster's office as Tatsuya knocked on his door.

The headmaster opens the door and was surprised to see these young people outside his office. "May I help you?" he asked them.

"Yes, I would like to discuss Harry Potter's transfer papers and records here in your school," Tatsuya said to the middle-aged man.

He looks down at Harry with surprised look plaster on his face. He calms down before he let them into his office. "So sorry, let me show inside." He moves out of the way to let the Shiba family in.

"Thank you, Headmaster," Tatsuya said as he and his family walk inside to discuss Harry.
