King Kimi: I do not own any other official media featured in this Fanfiction, but this is only for fun so don't take it too seriously. I only own the OCs such as the Baby Bear characters and the World of Twilight mythos and lore (Not to be confused with Stephenie Meyer's crappy, vampire-themed, fantasy romance novels). This is part of the Baby Bear / House of Infinite Suns Fanfiction Universe (BB / HōIS).

"Good is positive. Evil is merely privative, not absolute: it is like cold, which is the privation of heat. All evil is so much death or nonentity. Benevolence is absolute and real. So much benevolence as a man hath, so much life hath he."

The Allpower

.

The Creator of All Existence. Regarded as an Omni-Embodiment, They are such a powerful force, rather than a power, They are the Totality, since there are no names that define. They are the embodiment of everything imaginable, unimaginable, possible, impossible, existent, non-existent, known, unknown, thinkable, unthinkable, created, uncreated, discovered, undiscovered, fictional, nonfictional, perceived, unperceived, etc. In short, the Allpower embodies everything, anything, and nothing in between. Pure Infinity. When this omnipotent and omniscient, sentient energy created the Infinite Universes, it created an equal number of objects known as the Infinite Items.

One who collects at least one hundred of these powerful artifacts will have the power to forge the Key to All Infinity and inflict their will on the Infinite Universes. The ultimate power universally agreed no one should have, but one malevolent being madly seeks. However, in her first attempt to obtain an Item to begin her conquest for All Infinity, the Heart of Benevolence sensed her sinister nature and protected itself, launching itself into the vast reaches of the stars. Seeking a host that would wield its powers properly.

Two Days After Birth

.

Doctor Mizu Seikatsu didn't simply need to PERFORM a miracle. She simply NEEDED a miracle. Mizu stared out into the rain with tears in her eyes as she sat under the tree where she first met her best friend, Yuna Naegi. It was here within the misty underbrush that Mizu and Yuna found sisterhood within each other. Years later to her present, Mizu found herself the obstetrician of her best friend.

Yuna married Miyagi, an astrophysicist, peace activist, academic and Time Asian Hero. He was known for his work with Kimi Orü, a billionaire industrialist, inventor, scientist, engineer, businessman, and the founder of San Ryūki. Miyagi and Yuna had been married for six years before finally having a child. His name… was Makoto Naegi, a baby boy who looked just like his mother. Thus, Mizu had no doubt in her mind that this boy could easily crossdress as a girl and no one would be the wiser, especially with how inhumanly cute he was.

However, what was different from a new born different from his parents was his personality. As the former Super High School Level Doctor, Mizu could tell a lot about a newborn's traits by certain quirks the child display, especially the face. The moment Makoto opened his small eyes, they were as bright as the dawn and accompanied by a smile as sweet as spring's first song heard in the grove's retreat. The moment Mizu was able to hold her godson, she almost thought spring came early. At that very moment, Mizu knew that this was the happiest moment in her life.

Anything and anyone involving her best friend made her happy while she hates everything else in the world. The joy she felt in that moment with Yuna and Miyagi, who followed the father initiation ritual of passing out during the labor, rivaled by her hatred for her time at Hope's Peak Academy. Unfortunately, there was one problem with the merry affair.

… Life was terribly cruel and most unfair.

Poor baby Makoto, by some sick will of God, was born with cardiac primary tumors. Heart Cancer.

You could feel the dread in the air. Far too young for chemo and the cancer was so bad, Mizu only had until the tenth to figure out how to. Usually, a heart transplant would be the most valuable solution, but as was said, life had a sick way of making good things because of a major problem. When he should have been born with Type A blood as she predicted, little Makoto was born with a different type of blood. One which was very hard to match. Rh Null phenotype.

The Golden Blood is making it extremely difficult to find a suitable donor. Golden Blood is the Rarest Blood Type on Earth, thus there were fewer donors. Mizu was miserable, frustrated, and desperate. None of what was should be scientifically possible. A baby should not be able to get cancer while just being born, let alone in the womb.

A baby shouldn't even be able to get cancer at all. Makoto's parents are of the ABO blood group system, so his chances of being born in the Rh blood group system were supposed to be incredibly low. Worst of all, his chances of getting a heart transplant were so low at this point that Mizu was getting desperate, which wouldn't be so important or funny… if it wasn't for the fact that she was an atheist. Mizu was the former SHSL Doctor and scientist. She was a woman of logic, so she refuses to acknowledge the existence of metaphysical entities such as a God and Devil.

But that's the thing about desperation. You find yourself doing things you wouldn't normally do. Mizu looked to the sky… and began to pray for a miracle.

"Please…" Mizu begged. "If anyone, anything can hear me… please… save this innocent baby who has done nothing wrong but existed. I beg of you… do something to save this poor child's life."
Star was shooting across the sky, causing Mizu to switch from prayer to wishing. "Please…" A woman named Alice Hoffman once said, 'Be careful what you wish for. I know that for a fact. Wishes are brutal, unforgiving things. They burn your tongue the moment they're spoken and you can never take them back.'

Have you ever closed your eyes in a dark place to find that if you turn to the same direction of light, the darkness begins to slightly fade. Mizu, eyes still closed, start to feel the phenomenon, the light in her vision growing brighter. Mizu opened her eyes to the star she wished upon to grow closer, moving straight towards her. Once again, Mizu was a woman of logic and, as any good woman of logic, there was only a good solution to oncoming unidentified falling objects hurtling towards the SHSL Doctor of the 65th Class. Mizu noped out of the way as fast as she could, just in time for the unidentified falling object to crater into the base of the tree.

Mizu was on the ground with her hands on her head as the wind raged around and a glow explosion of light ripped through the underbrush of the stormy forest. The explosion only drowned out the fury of the thunderstorm. Then, it finally died, yet only the light remained. Mizu turned around to see the tree miraculously still standing and a pale, blue light shining from the crater left behind. Let it be known that though Mizu is a woman of logic, she is not a woman of reason.

It is believed everyone has one hamartia, or 'Fatal Flaw' in the Greek tongue, however her class would argue that Mizu has many. During times of great stress and frustration, Mizu could become very short-tempered and intolerant of those whom she considered her intellectual inferiors for delaying a solution to the problem, either mocking them, berating them or ignoring them entirely. She also had a strong fear of being unable to protect the ones she loves, which induced him to become paranoid and full of anxiety. Despite good intentions, Mizu's plans to help people tend to cause problems at times. Thus, the direction of this moment will lead the latter.

Mizu slowly moved towards the crater, practically crawling to glowing anomalies. Peaking over the edge, Mizu's breath was caught in her throat as she found it utterly impossible to believe what she was seeing. Lying within the center, roughly the size of a large fist… was a heart. The muscular organ appeared to be crystalline with blue energy gleaming through its core. But what freaked her out the most WASN'T the unbelievable pressure of energy the heart gave off or the presence she also felt… but instead was the fact that the heart was beating… On. It's. Own.

HEART OF BENEVOLENCE

.

The Biggest, Most Awful, Most Tragic Event in Human History has been described by various people as being an extraordinary form of social unrest, which quickly escalated into uncontrolled, meaningless chaos, violence, and death. This incident was caused by Junko Enoshima and the Ultimate Despair. Facing financial ruin, Hope's Peak Academy decided to allow students without exceptional abilities to attend the Academy for an immensely high tuition fee in the hopes of continuing its search for extremely talented individuals. These regular students were placed in the 'Reserve Course'. Despite having paid immense sums of money and participating in hotly-contested examinations, they were viewed as nothing more than second-class students by the main faculty and main course students.

Hajime Hinata, in an attempt to become part of the main course he long admired, applied for an experiment for artificial augmentation, being renamed Izuru Kamukura and gaining the title of Ultimate Hope in the process; however, his existence was kept a secret from even the main course students. Junko, in her desire to spread despair, forced the Student Council of Hope's Peak Academy into the first known mutual killing game; all the participants were killed, save for Izuru and the heavily-wounded student council president Sōshun Murasame. The events were broadcast to the Reserve Course, greatly upsetting them - in their view, the academy had apparently spent the exorbitant fees they had paid to create murderers. In response, the Reserve Course students rebelled and protested, not realizing that they were being manipulated from the shadows by Junko and her organization, Ultimate Despair. During what would come to be known as 'The Parade' - an attempt by the Steering Committee to downplay the true scale of the protests - Junko was confronted by Jūzō Sakakura, who was investigating her possible role in recent events on orders of Kyōsuke Munakata.

Junko admitted to her role as the mastermind, but blackmailed Jūzō with his secret crush on Kyōsuke, forcing him to claim that she had no connection to the burgeoning chaos in Hope's Peak. As Hope's Peak Academy struggled to control the Parade, Junko turned her attention to Class 77-B, seeking to turn them into her pawns. She lured them into an underground complex and forced them to watch helplessly as she executed their class representative, Chiaki Nanami; coupled with advanced editing techniques she had learned from Ryōta, the video effectively brainwashed most of Class 77-B into agents of Ultimate Despair. The Reserve Course eventually overwhelmed the defenders of Hope's Peak and began destroying the academy, only stopping when Junko sent a second brainwashing video that drove them to commit mass suicide. The incident prompted widespread social unrest outside the academy's walls, with people everywhere protesting against the wealthy and talented.

It was originally spread through the Internet, but eventually evolved to the point where it was part of the public consciousness, reaching people of all races, cultures, and social standings. With Ultimate Despair working to fuel the flames of discontent, the 'anti-talent' movement rapidly engulfed the world, becoming more violent by the day; chaos and death quickly became a normal part of society, and the original motives for the protests were lost. Soon, the better portion of the population had fallen into despair and anarchy, and the major worldwide phenomenon known as The Tragedy was born. In response to these dire developments, Hope's Peak Academy decided to cease operations as an educational facility, effectively transforming the school into a shelter for the remaining students. Unfortunately, Junko hijacked the plan from within the locked-down facility by killing headmaster Jin Kirigiri and erasing the memories of the other survivors, except those of her fellow conspirator and twin sister, Mukuro Ikusaba.

With that done, Junko plotted to use the Ultimate students as a means to finally erase the last shreds of hope in the ravaged world, setting into motion the events of the first game. In the end, the plan backfired. Although many students died - including Mukuro - Junko was unable to drag the survivors into despair, largely through the efforts and encouragement of Makoto Naegi. His defiance led to him gaining the title of 'Ultimate Hope' and driving Junko into executing herself, simultaneously giving the world a new champion and depriving Ultimate Despair of its founder and mastermind. At an unknown point after the Tragedy began, an organization called the Future Foundation arose with hopes of reverting the world to the state it was in before the incident.

It's mentioned that after the death of Junko, Ultimate Despair's influence grew weaker and Future Foundation gained more power. The world finally started to show signs of recovery. Shortly after Junko's death, the Future Foundation saved the few survivors of the Mutual Killing Incident of Class 78-A and restored their memories. Makoto, Kyōko Kirigiri, Byakuya Togami, Aoi Asahina and Yasuhiro Hagakure joined the Future Foundation to help with their work. Tōko and Syō Fukawa were not allowed to become an official member due to her murderous split personality, but it seems Future Foundation allowed her to reside with them as an intern.

Some time after saving what was left of Class 78th, the Future Foundation also found what was left of Ultimate Despair, left in utter disarray after the failure of the Mutual Killing Incident. Makoto, now the Branch Head of the 14th Division in the Future Foundation, had hoped to reform the members of Ultimate Despair by using the Neo World Program to replace the memories of their time in Hope's Peak Academy; by erasing the memories of their heinous deeds, he thought that the Remnants of Despair could return to their original selves. However, the higher-ups of the Future Foundation did not share Makoto's sentiments, wanting to immediately dispose of the Remnants at the first opportunity; at one point, they ordered Makoto to return the survivors to them when they realized that they were in the 14th Division's custody. However, Makoto and other sympathetic members of the Future Foundation were so eager that, against their superiors wishes, they brought the members of Ultimate Despair into the Program while it was still in its testing phase. This, unfortunately, proved to play directly into the Remnants' hands - or rather, Izuru's, who sought to determine whether hope or despair was stronger.

After convincing the Remnants of Despair to give themselves up to the Future Foundation, he uploaded an AI patterned of Junko into the Neo World Program via a memory device, allowing her to run amok and cause catastrophic changes to the system. Makoto, Kyōko, and Byakuya had to go to Jabberwock Island and enter the Program themselves to save the remaining students by activating Forced Shutdown (which required at least eight people to activate, a number that they were short of because there were only five survivors left). Despite AI Junko's efforts to stop them, the Forced Shutdown was successfully activated, erasing the viral AI and allowing the survivors to escape the program with their new memories at least partially intact. However, the rest of the former Remnants of Despair were still comatose due to 'dying' in the simulation; the survivors decided to remain on Jabberwock Island and wait for their friends to awaken while Makoto, Kyōko, and Byakuya returned to the Future Foundation. As the Future Foundation's long fight against Ultimate Despair continued, it became clear that there was dissension in the ranks of its upper management.

Kazuo Tengan originally supported Kyōsuke Munakata's belief that every trace of despair must be annihilated in order to save the world; over time, however, he began questioning the effectiveness of this approach, realizing that meeting despair with violence actually births more despair in humanity's heart. Kyōsuke, on the other hand, only wished for the active battle against despair to go further, as continued suggestion and emotional manipulation by Chisa Yukizome - who had, unbeknownst to him, been brainwashed into despair ever since the fall of Hope's Peak Academy - strengthened his belief that humanity can only be saved if all despair is uprooted, meaning that the battle must only grow more fierce. Kazuo and Kyōsuke's conflicting beliefs regarding the Foundation's future activities worried Kazuo; should knowledge of internal struggle between the two most important figures in the Foundation were to leak out, the public would fall into more despair. Moreover, Kazuo was also aware that, since the division heads are all Hope's Peak Academy alumni and thus symbols of hope to the people, any form of intrigue, betrayal, and killing between any of them, should it become public, would send the masses into despair. As he grew more hopeless thinking about the future of the Foundation and the world at large, Kazuo was approached by Chisa, who handed him flash drives with Junko's despair video and 'Monokuma's Gloomy Sunday' - the video who brainwashes whoever watches it into committing suicide.

Inspired by Chisa's suggestion of using Ryōta's skills to undo The Tragedy, Kazuo hatched a plan; knowing that Ryōta had never given up making animation and privately made the Hope Video that could theoretically brainwash people 'out of despair', he intended to force Ryōta to use it, while dealing with his other 'problems' at the same time. Kazuo plotted to place all of the Foundation's division heads, save Ryōta, in an isolated location and subject them to an inescapable 'Killing Game'; instead of a murderer, the division heads would be forced to kill themselves by watching the Suicide Video. By claiming that the Final Killing Game was being broadcast worldwide and having Ryōta watch the events transpire from the outside, Kazuo hoped to create a situation where the division heads would reveal their underlying tensions and be 'finished off' away from the public eye, while simultaneously pressuring Ryōta to use the facility's global broadcasting station to expose humanity worldwide to his Hope Video - thus putting an absolute end to despair by brainwashing it out of everyone. Despite Ryōta, Makoto, Aoi, and Kyosuke surviving the Final Killing Game, Kazuo's ultimate objective is achieved; driven to desperation by the latest tragedy, Ryōta decided to brainwash the entire world, leading to the other three survivors, along with the 14th Division, on a desperate chase to prevent the entire world brainwashed forcibly into such 'hope'. Fortunately, Ryōta is finally persuaded to cancel his broadcast by his former classmates, now awakened from the Neo World Program by Hajime/Izuru.

In order to preserve the Future Foundation's credibility and power to rebuild the world, Class 77-B decided to make a broadcast as the Remnants of Despair, claiming to have orchestrated the Final Killing Game before returning to Jabberwock Island. With the last supporters of despair neutralized by Ryōta's brief global broadcast, the Future Foundation was able to rebuild and capitalize on the opportunity to restore order to the world. Soon, the sky cleared up and Hope's Peak Academy was reopened with Makoto as the Headmaster, marking the end of the Tragedy at long last.

Or so Junko allowed him to dream.

Year 2044

Hope's Peak Academy

.

A humming of electricity was heard from a large machine with lit screens hooked up to a rectangular pod which was upright to show through the glass window a young 15 year old Makoto Naegi slept peacefully in frozen ice. After awhile, steam breathed from the hatch before the pod opened and showed Makoto fully. After so long asleep, his appearance was no longer what it once was. He was revealed to be androgynous, pale-skinned man who was the owner of an unbelievable beauty. He was so lovely to see, he could easily be mistaken for a girl.

He has fluffy, white feminine hair with a prominent ahoge which replaced his once spiky, desaturated brown. He is notably shorter than almost all of his classmates. He wore a zipped-up dull green hoodie with a red stripe along the zipper, an open black jacket with gold buttons over the hoodie, black jeans, and red sneakers with white toes. Makoto's hoodie had a logo of a red gas mask in a circle printed on the back of the hood, and the zipper goes all the way up to the top of the hood. He wears a pin shaped like a four-pointed star overlaid on a crescent moon; this is pinned to the lapel of his jacket.

After a few seconds, he woke up and searched his surroundings, but even in the dimness of the large dark, empty room, what he saw was not familiar to his now gem-like, pale blue eyes. Yes, gone were his washed-out hazel eyes, now exchanged for pale blue gems that would make the Fashionista green with envy. All around the room were broken pieces of the wall and darkness. He looked around in confusion and disbelief before looking hesitantly down at his feet. He uneasily swallowed before taking a hesitant step and collapsing to the floor.

The SHSL Lucky Student hissed and grunted as he forced himself onto his hands. He looked at his legs in disbelief as he asked himself, "H-How…? How l-long have I been there?" Looking up, he was able to spot the monitors on the machine's right side. For a moment he looked up at them with distress before the expression quickly adopted into a determined tone.

Slowly with struggle, Makoto forced himself to his feet and began limping over to the monitors. He was gazing wide-eyed at the screen with shock and horror as he read the words on the monitor.

[CRYOSTASIS]

Apparently, the machine was a Cryostasis Chamber, a machine designed to place Makoto into suspended animation by lowering his entire body temperature to absolute zero (-273.15 ˚C, or 0 Kelvin). As Makoto kept reading, cold despair caused him pain as he saw a program he wished he didn't.

[NEO WORLD PROGRAM]

Upon reading this, he fell to his knees in despair. The Neo World Program is a program designed to place the user in a virtual world by synchronizing directly with the user's brain. It's built with the most recent technology and administrative software, with input and research of the prominent collaborators: Ultimate Programmer, the Ultimate Neurologist and the Ultimate Therapist, leading other talented individuals.

By mounting a device to the cranium, the program allows its subjects to experience a 'synthetic virtual world'. It can replace memories formed in the real world with information contained in the virtual world. The user of the Neo World Program generates an Avatar, an existence created in the game as a copy of the user's real body. The real body of the user remains in a sleep-like state, as if they're dreaming. The avatars are constructed from specific memories of the user; thus, their physical appearance and other traits can be very different from what the person is currently like in the real world.

For example, the avatars of the Remnants of Despair were constructed by removing their school memories, so they look and act exactly as they did before they entered Hope's Peak Academy. Since they had two or three years of school memories erased, their avatars look notably younger than their real bodies. This is especially evident in Hiyoko Saionji's avatar, as she was reverted back into her younger, childlike appearance. Since the Neo World Program is a next-gen software containing the ultimate reality, it tricks the user's brain into thinking that it's all real as their consciousness is uploaded into the virtual world. When a person enters the Neo World Program, their real life body will go into a sleep-like state, and their mind will connect to their virtual avatar.

Makoto was feeling so much despair that it was agonizing. He wanted the pain to go away, but he couldn't stop himself from panicking. How long had he been there? When did he go in? There were so many questions, it was impossible for him to think clearly.

Then, Makoto clenched his fists, curled his arms to his body, and then suddenly flung his arms out to the sides. He gasped as his eyes, hair, and heart glowed. As this happened, Makoto felt a wave pass over him, vanquishing his inner turmoil and calming him down to think. Unfortunately, he wouldn't get much time to do so.

After he calmed, a larger monitor in the room suddenly turned on behind him, revealing static. But soon, something through that static formed. A silhouette. A very familiar silhouette. [Ahem! Ahem, testing! Mike check, one two! This is a test of the school broadcast system!]

Makoto's eyes widened in panic as he recognized the figure and its voice. The Lucky Student breathed, "No…" The figure who was on the screen was a bear whose whole face and body were divided by the center into two parts. It resembles the Yin-Yang symbol, of which there is a balance between two opposites in a way similar to a 'flow'. Its right side is white and has the classic expression of teddy bear; While its left side shows a more sinister appearance.

It is black, has a red horizontal stripe for an eye and an evil smile. Although it is completely divided into two opposite sides, the only parts of the bear that are not affected by the division in its area are the snout and the belly, since both remain white. He also has a large, obvious belly button on the underside of his belly. His protruding navel has an 'X' shaped mark on it. The Bear spoke up, [Am I on? Can everyone hear me? Okay, well then…!]

"M-Monokuma…" said a fearful Makoto.

[Ahh, attention Makoto Naegi!] Monokuma continued. [Please make your way to the gymnasium at your earliest convenience. The Headmistress would like to be the first to greet you now that you're awake. Upupu! That's all. We'll be waiting!]

With that, the broadcast ended. Makoto looked around to see that he's in the same classroom as the NWP. It even had metal plates on the windows like the virtual world. The boy walked out of the classroom, and into the hallway. The hallway has purple lighting, making the area seemingly more… dark.

'Junko still has terrible taste in decor,' the Second SHSL Lucky Student snarkily thought.

Memory served him right as he went off to the direction of the gym. It didn't take him long to get there, and he entered the trophy room, which was before the gym. He took a gulp before he entered into the gym, despite the uneasy dread he was feeling. When he entered, everything was dark with the exception of a light shining down in the center of the court, showing the shield of Hope's Peak. Taking a deep breath, Makoto entered the light and a second turned on to the stage.

Makoto cringed and said the name of the one he feared: "Junko." Sitting high and mighty upon a throne on the stage was Junko Enoshima, the Super High School Level Despair herself. However, she was different. Her long, thick, bleached strawberry blonde twin pigtails were now a silky smooth black. Her large, round eyes no longer had their light blue contacts and Junko, instead, had her natural eyes of a Despairful bloody red locked on to the poor lucky student, lustfully gazing into his soul.

The tall Fashionista with the hourglass figure wore heavy makeup along with (possibly fake) long red nails, but she now had a tattoo of Monokuma's red horizontal stripe of an eye under her left eye. Junko's new outfit included a cardigan that was white on the right side and black on the left side. It was over a white dress shirt, with both left open to the third button to expose the top of her black-and-red bra, a red pleated mini skirt, and mid-sized boots with platform heels and red laces. Like the cardigan, her boots were white on the right side and black on the left side. Her cardigan was accented with white symbols of Ultimate Despair.

She accessorized with a long tie that hung loosely around her neck with a design white with a prohibition sign on it that hangs loosely around her neck, a thin black choker, a red bow above her left breast, and two buttons on her right side. Her most notable accessory is her signature twin bear hair clips that are based on Monokuma's two sides. The right clip is a completely white bear with dot eyes and a neutral expression, while the left is a black bear with a white muzzle, jagged red eyes, and a wicked smile. Due to her constantly-shifting personalities, Junko's appearance shifts slightly with her mood. Her 'royal' personality dons a small gold and red crown with encrusted jewels, her 'intellectual' personality wears glasses and styles her hair in a ponytail, her 'depressed' personality sports a few multi colored mushrooms on top of her head, and her 'cute' personality simplifies her entire appearance to appear more cartoonish, including smoother pigtails, large, bright eyes, and a small smile.

It was as if she had reconstructed herself to contrast Makoto angelic white and blue color scheme, with his hair and eyes. She was looking at Makoto with a sinister grin that sent shivers crawling around his pale skin. Junko licked her lips in a lustful manner, eyeing Makoto like a predator stalks her prey. Finally, after a showdown of eyes, Junko finally spoke.

"… You could not live in your own Despair," she told him. "And where did that bring you, Naegi? Back to me."

"Wh-What did you do to me?" Makoto asked. Junko smiled at the sight before. Everything about Makoto drove the Queen of Despair crazy with love and hate, but this timid bunny he occasionally did when truly scared was downright delicious. She also liked what the Cryostasis World Chamber (CWC) did to his Appearance; Makoto hadn't physically aged a day since he went under. He still looked like the same fifteen year old she met in sophomore year.

His white and blue color theme also made it seem like they were a match made in heaven, Junko the darkness and Makoto the light. It made Junko feel so hot. What made it better was what she planned to be the Lucky Student. After All, if Makoto taught her anything in his sleep is that killing people is an act of mercy - an act of Hope - and there are actually far worse fates than death.

"J-Junko, what did you do to me!?" Makoto cried, steeling himself.

"How long have I been asleep!? What have you done!? T -"

"Whoa, Whoa, one question at a time please!" Junko stopped Makoto ranting. She then rose from her throne, jumped off the stage and started walking slowly to Makoto. "You see, cutie, it wasn't actually Tsumiki who I practiced my Despair Video prototype on. I didn't even kill the Student Council to make it."

Junko stopped at Makoto's left side in front of him and slowly wrapped herself around him in a sensual lover's embrace, much to Makoto's extreme discomfort and fear. She even took a moment to lick upward along the side of his neck, savoring the sugar, sweet taste of him that she missed for so long, before she spoke, "It was you… Makoto darling. You were the one I first tried to brainwash. Want to know why? Well, simply put… you complete me."

Makoto's tear filled eyes were unfocused, filled with discomfort. The poor thing could only respond to Junko by barely pushing out, "Wh-Wha…?"

"It's your hope that drew me to you, ironically. The thing I hate the most… is what I love the most about you." Junko continued to basically molest Makoto from being behind, running her hands all across his petite, doll-like figure as the Lucky Student continued to gasp in discomfort. Junko continued, "… So I thought I could transform it into despair. And then, you would become the perfect candidate… my King of Despair!"

Makoto's eyes grew wide with panic and he began to squirm, trying with all his might to escape her clutches. "Unfortunately, my darling… I'm afraid that I am forced to face the sad fact of that never happening." Makoto stopped squirming when Junko said that. "You see, none of my brainwashing techniques seemed to work on you. Every time I thought I had you pulled in…"

Junko poked a small of his back and Makoto's face contorted into one of utter despair. But just as fast as it appeared, the Despair melted into a blank look one would see on a person reaching enlightenment. His pale blue eyes glowed angelically as his body stiffened and an aura of white-blue washed over. After that, Makoto collapsed back into Junko's embrace, his eyes barely open as he felt a calming bliss return. The Queen of Despair had his head resting against her bosom as she lovingly stroked his soft, fluffy white hair.

"… something inside you forcefully pulls you back out of the abyss of Despair. When that happens, you are once again wearing that hopeful smile." She kissed his cheek and he snapped, jumping out of her grasp and slapping her across the face. Makoto's face had morphed in the look of defiant disgust, a look one normally sees on a woman offended by a man's aggressive flirtation. But Junko slowly smiled at him and continued, "… Or that look of defiant determination you are wearing now."

Like a snake snatching up it's prey, Junko easily grabbed him again and held Makoto close in another lover's embrace.

"But you see, my sweet," she hissed with Despairful desiring as she pressed her cheek against Makoto's, "even though I can't corrupt you, like any other person, you still have your moments of despair just like everyone else. Sure, your hope seems to erase it the moment it pops up, but your Despair still comes and goes. Kind of like Christmas, it's beautiful and well worth the wait. Those brief moments of Despair I patiently wait for is better than no Despair at all.

"That is why I have decided to dedicate my life to find other ways to cause you Despair… until death do we part, Makoto my love. For example, what I have done to you the past four years." Makoto's eyes grew a drop of despair.

"Wha…? What are you…?" Monitors turned on to display that, just like in the suspended nightmare of a simulation, the world was in Despair, an apocalyptic battle ground destruction and suffering.

Junko's literally hell on Earth. Pandora's Box was opened once again. "N-No…!"

"How does it feel?" Junko asked, "Knowing you are partially to blame for all of this Despair?" Junko grinned evilly.

"You see, unlike the Neo World Program in your simulation, the CWC analyzed the personal information from people all around in order to create the perfect digital clone. An exact, detailed, digital map of our whole past, present and future that you taught me to read. Their bank records, medical histories, voting patterns, e-mails, phone calls, your damn SAT scores… The CWC evaluates people's past to predict the future.

"Using you as a subject for the simulation, I was able to see things would exactly play out. It then assesses and analyzes your choices and the choices of everyone else to create the perfect, foolproof plan for Ultimate Despair." With that, Makoto fell to his knees and began to cry, tears falling as he sobbed miserably. "Thanks to you, Makoto, I created the perfect army for Ultimate Despair," she boasted as she walked back to her throne and took a seat, "and I, Junko Enoshima, the human Goddess of Despair, rule this world that I created! No dreams. No HOPE." She laughed and said, "But I guess with sixty-two generals at your command, that's easy to do."

The mind of Makoto Naegi came to an immediate, yet staggering halt.

It didn't move…

… and it didn't want to.

Every single one of his trains of thought were ordered to shut down because the Second Lucky Student no longer wanted to comprehend what was going on. He couldn't bear the thought of any other horrid nightmare being true. He just wanted to surrender to his internal denial.

Call Junko a liar, try to escape. But the miserable truth almost all heroes must face… is the honesty of the villain. If this crazy, evil witch was being honest with her number of brainwashed pawns…

"Wha… ? What are you saying?" He cried, "Wh-What did you do to my friends!"

"Oh, nothing, Makoto. In fact… she just helped us become better." He froze. It couldn't… It couldn't be true… could it…? It just couldn't be true! Makoto turned around to watch in horror as his first crush, Sayaka Maizono the SHSL Idol stepped out of the darkness, her eyes, the once beautiful cerulean pools that glistened with hope, now a bloody crimson maelstrom of Despair.

She wore a vicious, seductive smile to match her doll-like beauty. Complementing her features, she wore a blue top that matches her hair with white ruffles that extended to her knees on the left side. She wore a short, black lace skirt with a blue belt, and knee-high brown boots. She had black ribbons on her upper arms, blue glovelets held on by black straps and a pair of dangling skull earrings.

"S-Sayaka!?" Makoto said, almost in disbelief.

"Aw! What's the matter, Cutie?" She licked her lips hungrily. "You look like you've seen a ghost." With those words, his flight briefly won out. Dashing for the nearest existence, Makoto heard the taunting laughter of Junko Enoshima and the brainwashed Sayaka.

"Come on, don't be scared, Makoto!" Junko called out, "After all, now's not the time. The party is just getting started!" A long chain linked to a shackle closed itself around Makoto's neck from behind before it quickly dragged him back to the lovesick Ultimate Despairs, laughing like hyenas.

.

.

Cut to Makoto, looking nervous, in the elevator with the two Ultimate Despairs ensuring no escape. He looked at Junko and Sayaka as if they were going to eat him alive while a steady beeping signaled each floor passed. Apprehensively, Makoto asked, "Where are you taking me?"

"Your high school reunion, of course!" Junko laughed, "One that has been long overdue."

The elevator continued downward through the vertical tunnel until it opened its doors and the Lucky Student stepped out. Makoto's vision absorbed a large octagonal arena in the center of darkness. The elevator doors closed behind him and Junko and Sayaka left him alone in the darkness. Shaking, Makoto slowly fell into the light. The floor around him opened up, with a ring of spotlights rising up to automatically fix their lights on him.

Then, a center platform Makoto was standing on began to rise as he looked up to see the ceiling split open… allowing the horrified Makoto finally hear the cheers of Despair. It was here that Makoto found himself on a floating platform in the middle of a coliseum. The seating area had an incredibly large capacity, filled to the brim with the large crowds of Ultimate Despair. Surrounding his platform, were a collection of thrones, one seat for each of his brainwashed friends. Their eyes were all red to show their loyalty to Despair.

In the highest throne, Junko took a seat and proclaimed, "Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the Ultimate Class Trial!" The cheers grew with her announcement. Makoto looked up to see that above the seating area were huge holographic screens, which displayed people, brainwashed and non-brainwashed, watching the events in progress all around the world.

"Well, would you look at that!" Daisaku Bandai spoke first, much to Makoto's distress.

He never would have imagined the soft and cutesy voiced man to fall so easily to Despair like this.

"It seems like the last seed has finally reached his evolution!" Makoto then heard a soft and broken voice of a once stronger man. Kyōsuke Munakata said, "Makoto Naegi… I'm sorry. For what happened… and for what is going to happen."

"Mr. Munakata…" Makoto said with tears.

"Oh, don't be like that, Kyōsuke!" The Ultimate Despair infected Chisa Yukizome mocked, "You're just jealous it's not going to be you instead!"

"No, no! It's not supposed to be like this! It-" Makoto yelped, this time in a mixture of pain and relief, as his body glowed again and forced the Despair to leave his body. After it was done, he collapsed to his hands and knees in what could only be described as emotional exhaustion.

Nagisa Shingetsu placed a hand on his chin in thought before he hummed, "Hmm… It seems like Aniki's despair disappeared just as soon as it appeared." He grinned cruelly, "Quite interesting…" Makoto sat there panting as he mysteriously regained a bit of composure, yet tears still fell from his. He then regained enough will to give a defiant glare to the Ultimate Despair with tears to show how much they were hurting someone they once called their friend.

Shinobu Togami, Byakuya's older sister, raised an eyebrow and said, "It would appear so." She licked her lips with cruel lust and desire in her eyes and said, "Such a wonderful ability for a king."

"Yes," said Karen Kisaragi who pushed up her glasses with a lovesick smile on her face. "To stand his ground until the end… that is really… REALLY exciting to see."

"More like turning on to see…" Kotomi Ikuta moaned in pleasure. "I know I am."

"You girls really are hopeless perverts." Suzuko Kashiki sighed before madly giggling, "Then again… I am no better." She gave Makoto a thirsty look before he defiantly cryed, "Don't talk about me as if I'm not here or as if I'm some sex object! I'm not your property!"

"You're right, you're not," were the words of Kirko Nishizawa. "Well, not at the moment, that is."

"Huh?"

"Hey, you should feel lucky, man." Daiki Kubo encouraged, "Something good will happen to you for once!"

"Indeed! I think you're really going to like what's gonna happen next!" Tsubasa Kamii said, smiling in a way that sent chills down his spine. Tomohiko Gōryoku joined in and told him, "And just so you know, no is not an answer at this point."

"Wh-What do you mean by that?" Makoto whimpered.

"Now girls, patience is a virtue!" Junko sang. "If we can wait four years, we can wait a little longer." She looked at Makoto and, "How does it feel, Makoto dear, knowing that all of your time and effort has been for nothing? That your friends have failed you?

"That everything you've worked for has been torn down before your very eyes? Your faith in mankind was not misplaced. When banded together, unified by a common enemy, hope is a noticeable threat. But divide them, place doubt into their minds, and any semblance of power they once had will wash away."

"Th-Then… I'll just fight to save them again!" Makoto declared.

{Ah, as expected from you, Makoto-kun!} Miaya Gekkogahara said via Monomi, {You really are amazing like that!}

"Oh, you think so?" Monaca Tōwa asked the former SHSL Therapist before she said, "Because Monaca thinks he would be even better on our side!"

"I-I would like to have onii-san with us, yeah… even if I'm ugly…" As Jatarō Kemuri said, Makoto started to calm down enough to realize something about his emotions.

He was originally under the impression that what he was feeling was the hurt of betrayal. But now he seemed to feel like this feeling was a bit too familiar, something he felt before.

"That's right!" Masaru Daimon aggressively cheered, "You wouldn't leave us, right! You promised!"

"Yeah! It's something you can't take back, Makoto-nii," said Kotoko Utsugi, "so might as well join us! Like a big, happy family!"

Makoto looked at her in a way that made her flinch. It was a look of disappointment.

"This isn't a happy family," he said. "You can't even call this a real family." In response, Angie Yonaga, the SHSL Artist giggled with sinister delight before she spoke to Makoto as well.

"Is that so? Well, luckily we can fix that together, hubby." Angie said, much to Makoto's creeped out confusion.

"Huh!? 'Hubby'!? We're-"

"Yeah," the Lucky Student found himself interrupted by Himiko Yumeno, "if it's not perfect now… then we can make it magical to you and all of us."

Makoto finally realized why the girls' hungry gazes looked so familiar. Despite being infected Despair, it was still the same exact look he has received from fellow hormonal teenagers all his life. He may have been ignorant feeling such emotions himself, but he was not dense. He had received far more love letters from boys and girls to the point he knew some of them were from other schools beside his own. He took an uneasy step back, one that Junko noticed, with a grin, as a look of panic gracing Makoto adorable features.

"Finally pieced it together, Pumpkin Pie?" She asked. "For the first two of the four years, you have been such a tease to all of these sexy girls here who have shown you their affections. You even rejected us like a cute little Rabbit. You rejected me, too, back then. Failing to remember one important thing, my sweet, innocent, herbivore man!"

Junko smiled evil. "… No one says no to Junko Enoshima." Desperate to escape, Makoto turned to run only to be tackled to the ground by an unseen force. When he opened his eyes again, horror engulfed every fiber of his being as he stared into his own eyes, corrupted by Despair. Makoto was face to face with a terrifyingly familiar teenage girl around high school age, who Makoto knew to be only a year younger than he was.

She has short, dark brown hair with a tint of green, and desaturated green eyes. She also sports an ahoge, similar to that of her brother's, which developed as she grew. Her outfit was a replica of Junko original fashion statement, which made Makoto's heart ache more, as it consisted of a black cardigan over a white dress shirt, with both left open to the third button to expose the top of her black-and-red bra, a red pleated miniskirt, and mid-sized black boots with platform heels and red laces. She accessorized with a long tie with a black and white design with a prohibition sign on it that hung loosely around her neck, a thin black choker, a red bow above her left breast, and two buttons on her right side.

It caused Makoto's heart to burn painfully, working double time to dispel the Despair from his soul. But how was he supposed to react to this? Junko had stolen one of the most important people in his life. The girl licked her lips with the same hunger as the rest of the female Despair, lust that was extremely taboo for her relationship with Makoto. She then bent down to Despairfully and seductively whispering into his ear.

"Good morning, Onii-chan," Komaru whispered. "Did you miss me?" With his little sister straddling him, Makoto wanted nothing more than to scream as his little sister forcefully stole his first kiss. He could feel her tongue exacting dominance over his mouth as he squirmed from underneath her, wanting to be free from this. Komaru finally broke the kiss, a bit of drool on the side of her chin.

She cupped her own cheeks and chirped, "Oh, Onii-chan! I've been longing to do that for as long as I can remember!" Komaru licked the tears from the side of Makoto's face as she held him down with strength she never knew she had. "So salty! It compliments the sweetness of your kiss perfectly." Makoto writhed and thrashed as his sister pulled on his clothes, desperate to keep his clothes on.

"No! Not like this! I-I don't want to-" Komaru silenced her brother by stuffing her wet panties in his mouth as she fought to keep Makoto still.

"Of course you don't," she purred, "but no one's listening." As she was having a hard time with Makoto, all of the other women in Ultimate Despair were beginning to grow restless. They all want to join in on the fun Komaru was having. Mukuro Ikusaba, Junko's older twin sister, looked at Junko desperately and asked, "Now, Junko?"

Junko laughed at her sister's eagerness before standing up herself.

"It would be cruel to force ourselves to wait any longer… " With that said, Junko and the other girls went to the stage. Makoto finally spat out the panties that were gagging him and was about to push Komaru when he felt someone grabbing his arms. His eyes grew as he saw his arms now being held down, Chihiro Fujisaki holding his left side while Tenko Chabashira captured his right.

"You didn't expect me to be this strong, did you?" Chihiro purred, "I'm quite proud of what I did… especially now."

"Please, let me go!" Makoto cried desperately.

"Where do you think you're going?" Tenko smiled as she held her right arm tightly. "We need a proper example of how a man should not become a degenerate… and you're a perfect example of that."

"Someone help me! Please-" Makoto was once again gagged by two more women's underwear. Celestia Ludenberg caressed the left side of his face while Hiyoko Saionji was lying next to him on the opposite side.

"What's wrong, B-Rank?" Celestia told him, "You have nothing to cry about."

"That's right, servant!" Hiyoko hissed, "You've got beautiful people to serve and please, me included! So stop whining and get to work already!" Makoto squirmed in vain as all the girls gathered around like vultures and began to tug at his clothes, muffled screams coming from the poor, unfortunate soul. Tears fell from his eyes as he heard the slow tearing sounds of his clothes.

Kirumi Tōjō fell to her knees to join the other girls and said, "Do not worry, Young Master. I shall make the fear go away."

"Come on, fuckboy!" Miu Iruma added with a crazed grin of carnal lust, "This genius needs some serious checkup from her favorite assistant!" Makoto only replied with muffled cries.

Junko looked at Monaca and ordered, "Monaca, be a dear and remove the panties please! I want to hear his tortured cries and screams."

"Okies!" Monaca chirped, walked over to Makoto, and removed the panties from his mouth.

"P-Please…!" he sobbed and begged. "I don't want this!"

"What's this? Fear in your voice?" Tenko laughed, "There is absolutely no reason for you to react this way."

"Yeah," said Tsumugi Shirogane pulled on his pants with Tenko. "All we are about to do is have a little fun, our love!"

"Come on, little buddy!" Akane Owari said as he tugged on his clothes. "It's not that bad to be naked! But if you insist… I might want to help you with that." All the while Makoto was crying.

He could believe this was happening to him. All he wanted to get away from these girls, but was being overpowered by them easily. Mahiru Koizumi pulled her camera and Makoto clenched his teary eyes close out of embarrassment. However, Celestia and Hiyoko lovingly caressed his face and forced him to look back at the camera as Mahiru said with a cruel smile, "Come on, Makoto! You're a man, so act like one!

"Besides, you'll totally be cute like this! The photos are going to be great!"

"Don't worry, my love," said Mikan Tsumiki as she straddled Makoto with Komaru. "I'm going to check if everything is okay… And if not… I'll make everything better, just you wait."

"Do not worry, my King," said Sonia Nevermind. "Your Queen has arrived to claim her prize."

"Come on, Makoto! This is the perfect occasion for me to become… girlier." Aoi Asahina moaned as she squeezed in a bit to caress Makoto's chest.

"You said you would love me for who I am, Makoto." Chihiro reminded him as he nibbled on Makoto's ear, "So I'm about to show you… right now…" Kyōko Kirigiri squeezed a whisper into Makoto's ear, "I wish to know more about you, Makoto… and I wish you can do the same with me. So… let's do it together. All the way…" Makoto could hear his clothes slowly giving way, the thread of each stitch starting to break.

Sounds of the tears began to grow louder as Mukuro hissed, "You really are the only one I want to do it with… and I can't wait anymore… my love."

"So do I," added Sayaka. "You are my idol, you know… and I want us to be so… so much closer…" Makoto's tear -dressed eyes looked in horror as Komaru's face was joined by Kotoko's.

"Oh, Makoto-nii," Kotoko cooed, "you are so cute, as always!

"It's going to be alright… Makoto-nii is just sooo sweet… Everyone will be gentle with you… Very, very… gentle…" Makoto gave out a blood-curdling scream as his clothes were torn off before the whole world.

.

After the scene had cut to black, the darkness gave way to reveal the words:

ATTENTION

THIS SCENE HAS BEEN REMOVED FOR GRAPHIC CONTENT THAT IS DISTURBING FOR MOST READERS.

A 'young' man walked onto the scene with his hands behind his back. He was actually a 36 year old man in the body of an eighteen year old. His appearance is that of a tall, lanky, young man with dark brown, shoulder-length, curly hair and dark tanned skin. The irises of his eyes are about the same color as his hair.

He wore a white sweater with green outlines, black pants and white shoes.

"Hello, readers! Kimi Orü here," he said. His head gestured behind him. "Sorry for the interruption but the scene was getting way too out of hand so we need to cut it out. However, I'm sure with where the scene was left off, your imagination was able to piece together what was about to happen and is making you all feel extremely uncomfortable.

"So, here is a funny story to make you all feel better." Kimi had a shit-eating grin on his face and he pulled out a script.

"'According to all known laws of aviation," he began to read, "there is no way that a bee should be able to-'" Kimi was suddenly kicked in the face by his son, Ryan. Ryan Orü is a tall young man with a rather narrow but muscular build.

Unlike the rest of his family, his dark tanned skin was far more pale than the rest of his family because of his vampire half, making his skin a zorba tan. He has dark brown, shoulder-length, curly hair and he wore a black, leather, blazer-like hoodie and a black aviators. He also wore loose black jeans and combat boots. He only wears the aviators to hide his eyes because his irises glow blood red, shining brighter when he's agitated… like right now, for example. He was holding a jar to his dad's face, Kimi himself still wearing his shit-eating grin.

"BAD JOKE JAR! NOW, DAD!" Ryan yelled. Kimi pulled a dollar and, with pride, placed it in the 'Bad Joke Jar'.

"Lol! Worth it," he said.

"I hope it was!" Ryan yelled.

Io Orü, Kimi's eldest daughter, walked out onto the scene, looking at her father and brother curiously. She has a humanoid figure with dark tanned skin and an hourglass-shaped figure. Her curly, dark brown hair was cut and styled into a gorgeous A-line bob that framed her face. Her eyes remind people of a Jedi's lightsaber from Star Wars, pupil a pure white light before gradating into a sapphire blue glow to form her irises, surrounded by pearly white sclerae. Her face maintained her normal perpetually neutral expression regardless of the situation, including this moment.

When prompted to speak, she does so in a very concise manner, and always in a monotone. Tilting her head in confusion, she asked, "Brother, I do not believe I follow. Is the Bee Movie considered to be some kind of bad joke?"

"Worse," he replied. "It's the embodiment of bee puns."

A short and big-boned skeleton soon joined the group. He was wearing a blue hoodie jacket, unzipped at all times, with a white turtleneck underneath, black shorts and sneakers. He is seen with a grin at all times, and hardly moves the corners of his mouth. He has white pupils, which tend to disappear when he is serious.

Joining the conversation, he said, "well, of course it is. that's why it's called the BEE movie!"

"Thank you, Captain Obvious!" Ryan strained a smile to hide his frustration.

He pointed the jar at him and said, "I hope you have money to pay the Bad Joke Jar yourself, Sans!" The skeleton pulled out some money and put it in the jar.

"no regrets," said Sans. Ryan sighed in irritation.

"Does no one here understand that for every bad joke, the Fanfiction Author docks are paid?" He asked, "We can afford to tell bad jokes or God awful puns!"

"Well, you do have a point," said Kimi, whom Ryan was still standing on. "Baby Bear is supposed to be the next Mickey Mouse or Bugs Bunny-" Just as it was mentioned, the Cartoon Kings themselves walked across the scene.

Mickey laughed, "Haha, keep dreaming!"

"Oh, yeah! Why don't you go hang out with Baby Bear and see for yourselves!"

"Eh, ain't like we got anything better to, doc." Bugs told the mouse.

"Sure, sounds like it could be amusing." Mickey replied as the duo disappeared off the scene.

Sans watched before looking back to the Orü Family.

"sooo… why are you guys doing this little 'commercial break'," he asked. "did something happen or what?" Kimi used his finger to motion for the skeleton. The skeleton bent down to allow Kimi to whisper to the area where Sans' ears would be.

When he heard about the current, a bright, blue iris appeared in his left eye as his right iris vanished.

"Where are you going?" Io asked.

"to find junko enoshima," he answered, "and KILL HER."

"Oookay," said Ryan. As Kimi was finally able to get up, BlackOut walked onto the scene with a metal mug, a blush, and a disturbed face that resembled someone who hadn't slept in weeks.

He is a stuffed panda bear that stood at a height of 1'3". He wore a white dinner jacket, white slacks, and white dress shoes. He also wore gold aviators from where his brown eyes hid behind. Kimi's eye twitched with irritation as he called out, "Really, BlackOut? You're going to drink beer this early in the-"

"It's not beer," the panda bear corrected.

"Oh, I'm sorry!" Kimi apologized sarcastically. "Are you drinking a margarita or something out of your obvious beer m-"

"Whiskey, neat."

… Now BlackOut was famous for many things. Particularly as an alcoholic, womanizing, whore-mongering, perverted panda bear who almost receives no 'karmic justice' for his actions. 'Almost' being a keyword as he is usually punished by Kimi who uses his mace to beat him to near death for his occasional peeping or general habit of enraging the family head. He is a heavy alcoholic to the point where he ends up getting wasted, going wherever and doing whatever he wants and costing thousands of dollars of damage. However, despite that fact, BlackOut has always steered clear of hard liquor… until…

"Since when do you drink hard liquor?" Kimi asked in disbelief.

"Since I just watched the scene of a cinnamon roll getting dunked into cherry pop." Kimi, Ryan, and Io became very uncomfortable as they understood that dark joke at our protagonist's expense. "And not in a fun way.

"Say whatever you want about me, at least I'M aware of that blood red line between consent and 'I'm going to jail!'" Kimi pinched the bridge of his nose in response to BlackOut's answer since it was unfortunately true as explosions could be heard in the background along with screams and two people, a boy and a girl respectively, yelling something about Hope and donuts. After a few more sounds of explosions and gunfire, Mukuro walked in carrying Sans by the hood of his jacket.

"Please keep this asshole out of our dressing room," she said as she gently put the skeleton down. "I'm pretty sure this guy was trying to kill Junko."

"Your point?" Ryan asked with the true meaning of his words being, 'Does it look like anyone cares.' Instead of answering, the SHSL Soldier simply walked away. Io bent down and started to poke Sans' head.

"Are you okay?" Io asked.

"i wish i could say i was," he answered. "However, seeing as i failed to kill Junko and her ultimate despair, I'm actually having a pretty bad time." Once again, out of randomness, Mickey and Bugs returned, this with Baby Bear himself walking in between them. He is a petite and smiling teddy bear, 1'0" in height and white, thus a polar bear. The inside of his ears are yellow, and he has blue eyes, and a pink nose.

He wore a green baby jumper suit with white spots, yellow sleeves, and a hood. He also wore a black leather jacket with silver accents and a smile that was kind, supportive, and hopeful. He was laughing happily with his two predecessors who were also enjoying the anthropomorphic teddy bear's company.

"Ha ha! Gosh, Kimi was right!" Mickey said. "You really are fun to hang out with, Baby Bear!"

"Really?" Baby Bear asked happily. "Do you really mean it?"

"Eh, come on doc!" Bugs knelt down a bit to pat Baby Bear on the back. "Would we lie to - Whoa! What happened to Sansy here?"

"don't really want to talk about," was Skeleton's answer.

"Okay, this is getting really obnoxious." Ryan said, "Io, could you close us out please?"

"Of course, brother." Io pulled out a script and began to read it.

"'A glooming peace this morning with it brings." Io began, "The sun, for sorrow, will not show his head. Go hence, to have more talk of these sad things. Some shall be-'"

"Io…"

"Yes, brother?"

"Why are you reading the end of Romeo & Juliet?" Ryan found himself asked.

"You told me to close out the respite." Io answered.

"Not with Shakespeare!" Ryan scolded me. "Especially not with a tragedy that is going to remind everyone that this fanfiction is a tad bit in the Dark Fantasy genre, if not dramatically with slight melancholy. The whole R word innuendo is making the audience not want the audience to read this story enough already. Please… just… enough with the dark humor already.

"I'm starting to question whether or not King Kimi is actually a Lovecraftian Elder God or something with all these crappy jokes and pranks he sets us up for."

(King Kimi: Worse… I'm a Fanfiction Author. 😈)

Ryan's his older sister a different script and said, "Here! This is the one you need to read." Io stared at a piece of paper on top of the script that Ryan had forgotten was there.

"Ten Substitutions for Blood: A Healthy Vampire Diet?"

Io read its title before Ryan finally realized his 'Oh, crap!' moment quickly ripped the paper from her grasp.

"Ignore that and read that!" Ryan begged. Io blinked and read, "'Ladies and gentlemen, thank you so much for joining us. We would like to give it up for our wonderful wonderful guests, Canon Nagito Komaeda, Canon Mukuro Ikusaba, Mickey Mouse, Canon Aoi Asahina, Sans the Skeleton, Canon Junko Enoshima (*hurl*), and Bugs Bunny (Space Jam Bugs: Thank you! Thank you!). We love you all; we hope you've had fun.

"And we'll see you in the next chapter. Thank you, now back to your regularly scheduled program.'" The screen cut to a television test pattern before it returned to the story.

.

.

"Tonight… is easily the BEST night of my entire life." Tōko Fukawa sighed happily as she fell back on her throne, filled with satisfaction. The girls of Ultimate Despair were all returned to their throne after… doing unmentionable things to Makoto. The Lucky Student himself, on the other hand, laid sprawled on the ground twitching, yet unmoving. His clothes, now destroyed, were replaced by a boy's yukata which emphasized Makoto's feminine appearance despite, unwillingly, proving to the whole world he was very much male.

His eyes were glowing a mighty blue as something within him was working double time to burn away the Despair of what just happened, but even his glowing eyes could hide how dead they looked although light still lived. Tears streamed down his face as he felt so exhausted, weak, and violated. His very emotions were leaving him shattered as he felt scared, ashamed, and dirty. His judgment, his self-worth, his sanity. He felt himself questioning them.

Because, for some reason, there is one thing he didn't feel. A feeling that should have popped up. Blame. He couldn't find it in himself to blame anyone for what just happened. Not Junko, not Ultimate Despair, not even himself. He felt the trauma and, perhaps, the PTSD of what just happened slowly dying out.

Like how a scar fades; though it's still there, the pain goes away and you find yourself no longer noticing it. Anger, sadness, shame; it all gone and replaced with…

"I almost my treacherous sister Syō was here to enjoy it with me to enjoy this," Tōko continued, "instead of being off God knows where with that hopeful pianist and those Remnants of Hope that call themselves 'Pandora's Box.'"

"Ah, Makoto, you lucky bastard," Kaito Momota said. "All that attention on you… I'm kinda jealous of you, ya know!"

"Yeah. At least you're gonna develop a big family for yourself… lucky indeed, kid." Ryōma Hoshi said.

"I'm curious about why he seemed so… desperate about the fact, though." Shūichi Saihara wondered. Makoto slowly rose to his knees as the Ultimate Despair were distracted speaking amongst themselves. The only one noticed this slowly, yet unsuspicious movement was the Togami Family butler, Aloysius Pennyworth, who saw the blank face of Makoto as a sign of heartbreak.

"Poor boy…" Aloysius sighed with guilt, wishing he could help the boy. However…

"Something wrong, Aloysius?" The brainwashed Byakuya Togami asked his aged buttler. Remaining steadfastly loyal to the Togami House as always, he replied to his master, "No, of course not, Master Byakuya." Byakuya accepted this and returned to his conversation with everyone else.

"That was amazing!" Reika Maizono sighed with content, "I got to do it with Makoto Nii-san, and I also did it with Big Sis Sayaka as a bonus! Isn't that great!?" Sayaka giggled with demented pride at the despairful lust of her fourteen year old sister. Junko, with her trademark smile, looked down on Makoto who knelt before her.

She knew that, even though this stubborn boy could never be given into despair, he could still suffer the way everyone else does.

"Did you hear that, Makoto?" Junko asked him in seduction, like a viper readied with venom. "Every girl in here enjoyed being one with you that way! How does it feel, uh? To have your virginity taken away like this?

"It must be quiet… despairful, don't you think?" All of the Ultimate Despair in the amphitheater began to laugh as the Monokuma laughed as they waited for him. They had won, after four long years, they were finally going to snuff Hope out for good. Slowly their laughter began to fade as they began to take notice.

.

Silence…

.

Everything had gone silent after Junko spoke and the laughter was gone, still waiting for the Unlucky Student's hopefully defiant retort with anticipation.

Slowly, Makoto looked up to the Despairs with a look - not of hatred, defiance, or sorrow - but of…

'I remember now,' he thought. 'This is what I felt when I helped the crane…' He was looking at them with THAT emotion. The one emotion people have when watching the miserable ASPCA Commercials. This surprised the Ultimate Despairs because of all the emotions they expected, the expression Makoto made was not one of them.

To be honest, they didn't appreciate the look he was giving. And what he said… made it worse.

"… I have no Despair. No joy, anger, fear, or disgust for you to feed on. I have nothing left to give you all… but the sadness of my pity.

"Where I should feel guilt in my failures, rage at your betrayal, grief in my defeat, I feel nothing but pity for all of you. You most of all, Enoshima. You must have lived a terrible life, alone with no one to love or care for you. It wasn't your Analytical Prowess alone that left you bored with the world, I can tell. Genetic factors and environmental factors, such as child abuse, are believed to contribute to the development of this condition.

"That's why you're so bored, because with your talent and ASPD, it is easy to become indifferent and lack emotion. It's why you crave Despair and wish to force down everyone's throats. But… Despair is not your only reason for doing, is it? If it was, you would have only focused on yourself. According to Christian tradition, there are seven deadly sins that plague humanity: the sins of pride…"

"Stop it!" Togami hissed as he stood there shaking in an attempt to ignore the Hope.

"… avarice…"

"That's enough, Makoto…" Celestia growled, gripping her armrests tight.

"… lust…"

"Silence…" Teruteru said in rare anger.

"… wrath…"

"Shut up…" Tenko said, tears in her eyes with a face of anger. At who, no one could say.

"… gluttony…"

"Shut. Up!" Akane warned as she was in a similar emotional state of tranquil rage like Tenko.

"... sloth."

Chiaki shook violently as Makoto simply continued, "The final one is what has consumed you, Miss Enoshima. Why it was so easy to brainwash everyone into Despair, with or without the video Mitarai-senpai made."

"Shut up shut up shut up shut up SHUT UP!" Junko raged, "Lame lame lame lame LAME! Despair into tomorrow! Despair into your memories! Despair into-"

"Envy…" With that single word, Makoto Naegi silenced Junko Enoshima. "… You're jealous of me, Enoshima. And you're jealous of everyone in this world who was happier than you were or might ever be." There was an energy in the air now as Junko into her Eerily Stoic persona, her face so blank, it was dangerous. Everyone could feel it.

The dread in the air as Junko stood in her spot. They waited for her to speak, in the same way one waits for a bomb to explode. Junko's steps returned and her rail opened, allowing her to descend back down to Makoto, each step agonizingly slow to emphasize the dormant volcano within slowly cracking open. Makoto continued his speech as she drew closer. "You're jealous because people like me had everything.

"Everything you never had. Parents who loved you, a happy home to come to, the freedom to live as yourself without being trapped by formalities of someone on a pedestal. That's why it was so easy for you to drag our friends into despair. They're all jealous like you. You prayed on their hidden desires, made them act on it.

"Everyone in this coliseum is jealous of everyone who had hope in their lives. Because we were happy, while you were all miserable. That's why you can't read me Junko - why you can't drag me into Despair. I have nothing to be jealous of. I had everything I could ever want. Family, friends, a simple, peaceful."

Junko stopped walking as she stood directly in front of Makoto, his eyes hidden from view. Izuru looked at his younger half-brother with invisible panic. He analyzed what Junko was going to do and it made him want to jump in her way.

"Makoto…" he whispered, "please stop…"

"Sonia is a princess, trapped by all the duties and expectations of Royalty which prevents her from enjoying the life of a normal girl." Makoto said.

"Masuru, Jatarō, Nagisa, Kotoko, and Monaca. Each one was abused by their parents. So, they never knew what it was like to have loving parents or a happy home. Togami is actually a very lonely person, as it's hard for a person of his status to make friends with anyone. They can never know whether someone is only interested in the status of his name or not."

He went quiet again, forcing his words to sink in around the world. Then he spoke once more. "All of you had been cursed with incredible talents and opportunities. You were all constantly surrounded by love and praise, but when you're placed on a pedestal like that for so long, you become separated from the people that put you there in the first place. Everyone assumed you were too good for them.

"That you were on a level they simply can't attain. It's become impossible to form any sort of meaningful relationship with people." His eyes turned back to Junko who, if you were to crack an egg, you'd realize she was actually fuming behind that blank face. "Despite your jealousy, that was what you all also love about me, isn't it? Someone who just saw you for you.

"I treated all of you just like anyone else. We made friendships that would have lasted a lifetime… Friendships you all tore down." Everyone gripped their armrests as they fought against waves of emotions. "Every single one of you stands before in an attempt to force me to give you the same love that you took from me, along with everything else I have.

"Love, I can no longer give any of you." Junko clenched her fist.

.

"You cannot love - that is your curse, Junko. And a curse you have casted upon our friends."

.

There was a pause… Then, Junko spun around and kicked Makoto in the side of his head. As he fell to the ground without a sound, he stoically looked up at the furiously raging Junko who was stepping on his head.

"The same can be said for you," growled the true Ultimate Despair. "If we don't know anything about it… then how can you know about us? About ME!?"

Makoto, struggling under Junko's boot, looked up at her with that same look of pity that was enraging her further.

"… If I recall correctly," said the Lucky Student, secretly changing the subject, "didn't Mukuro say that you two were homeless in your life?" Stomp!

"Shut up!"

"Is this how you thank us, Makoto?" Yuta Asahina hissed, "Mocking us for not having the life you gotta have? Rude, man. So not cool."

"Now I understand where you got your analytical prowess. Make sense - in order to survive on the streets without your deadbeat sister to protect you, you needed to learn by being smart." Stomp!

"I said shut up, asshole!"

"Who the hell does he think he's calling deadbeat?" Mukuro growled, really not like the blunt truth of Makoto's pity.

Kanon Nakajima looked down at Makoto, glaring with tears falling down her eyes as she barked, "Just look at you, insulting us, asshole!"

"We do all of this for you, and this is how you thank us!?" Yui Samidare said with fury. But alas, she was ignored all the same.

"As far as I can tell," Makoto continued, "you're just throwing a temper tantrum, cursing the unfairness of your lives." Stomp!

"Shut up!"

"You're just pissinf everyone off, dumbasa," Fuyuhiko Kuzuryū scolded. "Shut up already."

"Yeah," cheered his sister, Natsumi. "What the fuck gives you the right to talk to us that way!?"

"What gives you the right to toy with people's lives this way?" Makoto argued. "You think the world owes you something because of the hands you were all dealt, but it doesn't. Because of that, you were all dissatisfied with your lives that, even when you made it better, writing books, modeling, singing - it wasn't enough. Lust, gluttony, greed, sloth, wrath, pride, and envy." Stomp!

"Shut up, damn you!"

"You keep telling me to shut up… but you have yet to deny anything I've just said, Junko." Junko's eyes went wide as he got closer to the truth. "You're no different Celestia, wearing a mask of lies to hide the crying, scared little girl you truly are. The one you locked away because no one came to save her, no one understood her.

"The one who is behind this whole bratty temper tantrum you have sucked the world into! No one saw the REAL JUNKO ENOSHIMA! TELL ME I'M WRONG! I DARE YOU!"

"SHUT UUUUUP!" Junko launched her kick and sent Makoto rolling to the center of the platform.

Junko gripped the sides of her head as tears fell from her eyes. She clenched her teeth in rage as she struggled to contain the fear within her that she tried to hide for so long. "You… You don't understand shit. This… This is the real me. The one who brought the fucking world to its knees, for god's sake!

"THE ULTIMATE DESPAIR, JUNKO ENOSHIMA!"

"I see through you, Junko." Makoto said, "Who are you even trying to convince - me or yourself?" Junko looked up with rage and got on top of him. Her hand rested on his shoulders as the shadows covered her eyes.

She then giggled. Giggling that slowly became laughter. Junko graced Makoto with a crazed and toothy grin, tears still falling from her eyes. As her crimson eyes of tears glowed with Despair, she said, "So what, eh? So, what if you're right?

"It's too late anyway, Makoto. We won…! I won!

"Of course, we were fucking jealous! Why wouldn't any of us be jealous of you, the Ultimate Perfection!" Junko laughed as Makoto's eyes enlarged at the new title. "Oh? You don't remember? You weren't accepted into the real Hope's Peak Academy by some dumb lottery - you were actually scouted!

"Your real title was Ultimate Perfection because you actually had the perfect life. Perfect family, perfect grades, perfect personality, perfect body - you could make real, life-long friends in your sleep! You are perfect because you are content with so, fucking little!"

"Oh? So the angel was perfect to begin with?" Gundham Tanaka. "No wonder why everything felt at peace around him."

"You mean… every girl falls for him because of that!?" Kazuichi Sōda cried, "That's so unfair, you cheater!"

"Don't forget that guys confessed their undying love to him, too!" Chihiro chirped. "Just as much as girls - you would believe all of the male suitors I had to compete with each other for his attention."

"… Okay, I'm gonna sit around the corner." Kazuichi stood from his throne and left, to which Tsumugi just shook her head.

"Well… at least now we know why we could rely on him." Mahiru said, scratching her cheek.

"Yep…! We got ourselves a big fish." Satō agreed before she added, "Too bad he's got a nasty tongue."

"Ah, such a wonderful hope," sighed Nagito Komaeda, "but what a despairful situation. I wonder what shall come out of this."

"Tch! Of course you would think about that first," Nekomaru Nidai groaned. "Not about his shitty rant right now!"

"Fine. You know what, yeah!" The Ultimate Despairs returned their attention to their Queen as she confessed. "I'm fucking jealous; of you and every other person went about their lives without knowing the pain and hardship I faced! I never wanted my Analytical Prowess! Quickly analyzing my surroundings with near superhuman speed, detailed thinking and memorization was never my intention.

"This ability also allows me to learn and understand new skills and talents by just seeing or studying it once. And sure, it's useful, but it makes everything just sooo… predictable. A girl can only be this smart for so long before ennui sets in; that's the curse of being bright, my sweet. As children, Mukuro-nē and I, had lived in abject conditions and were even homeless at some point. I regretted the moment of my own birth, feeling that my birth into the world was a mistake.

"Due to my analytical skills allowing me to predict the outcome of events, I became bored with the world. Because of that, I took an interest in despair, which is unpredictable and exciting, at a very young age. Even Mukuro-nē and Yasuke could do nothing to satisfy my boredom. But, during our time here, I almost gave up a strong desire to paint this cruel world in despair… because of you, Makoto." Makoto stared up at Junko with that same look of pity.

"You were the first thing in a long time to bring color back into my life. You were a mystery; I couldn't predict you like everyone else. I hate you, but I can't help but be in love with you. However, as I said, you are unpredictable, like I how I didn't predict that you would have it in you to reject me, just as you did to every other girl in the whole fucking school. I have never been humiliated in my life.

"I, the SHSL Fashionista, friendzoned by a guy who no one outside your town had ever heard of! Like I was no different than every other skank at Hope's Peak!"

"Hmm! That sounds despairful indeed," a grin grew on the face of Ryōta Mitarai.

"Yes, only this time…" said Ultimate Imposter, "she doesn't seem to like it." Sonia huffed and muttered, "I can definitely relate to that right now."

"I refuse to let you go, Makoto Naegi!" Junko growled, "You, Me, and everyone here will be one big happy family -"

"Or what, Junko?" Makoto asked, almost coldly. "You'll kill me…?" Before Makoto could continue, Junko started to laugh again.

A haunting laugh as if he had told the most hilarious joke in the world. A lustful look of despair was plastered on her face as she giggled, "Ma-Makoto - Ha! - don't you think that I already tried that? I told you that I used you to create the Despair Video. Did you think I was exaggerating?" Makoto's eyes slowly grew wide as he tried to comprehend the Despair Queen's words.

"I forced you into a dungeon maze full of dangerous traps. Forced to escape to reunite with our friends, you kept moving through the halls but had activated a hidden switch on the floor, allowing a spike to impale foot. Not giving up on hope, you were then fired with metal balls that injured your right eye and arm. As I, Junko Enoshima, who watched through cameras in the dungeon, starting a countdown, you desperately tried to limp to safety only to be speared in the knee. At the end of the maze was a large door marked 'GOAL', behind which stood all of your friends.

"Upon opening the door, everyone was happily waiting for you. But it was all an illusion; instead a spear fired and went through your body. Simultaneously a bed of spikes appear around you, catching you as you feel." Makoto was filled with pure horror as she described his death. He didn't believe it.

How could he? If he died, then how… It dawned on him as Despair plagued his very soul. "Your wounds healed right before my eyes and you began to breathe again. It was then that I realized the truth. Whatever the hell that thing that is inside of you - keeping you from feeling Despair - also cockblocked you from the death door.

.

"Makoto... You. Can't. Die."

.

"There is no choice for you; you are mine, whether you like it or not." Makoto was silent. He could feel his Despair fighting fiercely against the pain inside trying to destroy.

"You're… You're lying… You must be… I-It can't be true!" Makoto cried, "Immortality is impossible…! Isn't it!?"

"Oh, I can hear it. Finally!" Mikan cheered.

"Indeed," Teruteru Hanamura grinned evilly. "It is quite satisfying after the rant he pulled on us!" However, they began to slowly die out as they noticed something… unnatural. The area where his heart should be… was beginning to glow with each beat.

It was slowly gaining speed as his heart began to race because of the Despair he was feeling. It was like the light of an emergency alarm, only it was a pale winter blue and the sound of a thumping heart had replaced the annoyance that was the screeching of a siren. Makoto's eyes were wide with agonizing pain, frightening panic, and sickening despair.

"Hmm? Another secret he's been hiding?" Kazuo Tengan asked as Makoto writhed around on his knees, clutching his heart which still glowed brightly.

'This... This shouldn't be happening…' Izuru thought with wide eyes. Slowly, Makoto began to rise from the floor, literally floating off the ground, writhing and screaming.

"Okay, this is seriously beginning to freak me out!" Aoi cried out in a panic she never thought she could feel again.

"Someone, stop this now!" Togami ordered.

However, it was too late. In midair, Makoto curled into a ball, his heart all but stopped. Then, he looked up with blue energy pouring from his eyes. The winds and light erupted from Makoto, swirling around and making his enemies cover their faces from the force, when he continued to hover off the ground with his arms spread to a T-pose.

"Wh-What is this…!?" Celestia cried out, "What the fuck is going on!?"

"Wh-What is that light!" Chihiro cried, "I can barely see anything…!"

{WARNING.} Everyone looked at the source of the new, feminine voice that came out of nowhere. Or so they thought. Makoto(?) continued, {WORLDWIDE NEGATIVITY LEVELS HAVE REACHED DANGEROUS LEVELS OF 85.99%. THIS WORLD HAS NOW BEEN DETERMINED TO BE AN UNFIT HOUSING LOCATION.}

"Wha-What's wrong with Makoto!?" Kiyotaka Ishimaru tried to yell over the thunderous winds roaring from Makoto.

"He's speaking like a robot now!" Kyōko yelled.

"Oi, what does he mean 'unfit housing location!?'" Mondo yelled.

"The world…" said Mukuro, "The world is ours because we plunged it into despair…!" Sakura's eyes grew wide after hearing Mukuro's deduction. She then asked, "So, does that mean… !?"

{CONCLUSION:} Makoto(?) continued, {THIS INFINITE ITEM 7207453269 - HEART OF BENEVOLENCE - HAS DECIDED THAT THE BEST COURSE OF ACTION IS TO RELOCATE TO A SAFER HOUSING LOCATION WITHIN THIS MULTIVERSE.} Makoto(?) raised his hand and a small Universe appeared before him, stunning everyone around the world into a state of shock and awe. {NOW SCANNING MULTIVERSE FOR NEW HOUSING LOCATION. SCANNING…}

"M-Multiverse!?" Sayaka gasped.

"N-No! Th-This can't be…!" Komaru cried out. "This can't be happening! Someone, stop him!" The one to respond to the command was Akane as she jumped from her throne onto Makoto(?)'s back, locking him in a choke hold. Joining the Gymnast in her attempt to stop Makoto, Tenko desperately leapt at him from the front before trying to use her weight to pull him back down to the ground.

{SCAN OF THE MULTIVERSE HAS FAILED,} Makoto stated. {OUTSIDE INTERFERENCE HAS BEEN DETECTED.}

"Oh no, you're not getting away!" Akane growled.

"M-Makoto! What is going on here!?" Tenko demanded. In response, Makoto(?) complied, {KEYWORD - MAKOTO - HAS FAILED.}

"Huh!?" The girls said.

{INTERFERENCE HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED.} With a blast of energy, Makoto(?) sent Akane and Tenko flying away before doing something else. Giant spikes of crystal began to form in midair, pointing in every direction around Makoto(?), targeting the Ultimate Despairs surrounding him. {SELF-DEFENSE PROTOCOL IS NOW ENGAGED. FIRING WARNING SHOTS.}

Without further warning, the glowing crystals were sent flying in every direction, causing explosion and destruction in the stands, sending the lesser Despairs into panic.

"Fucking Christ!" Fuyuhiko barked, "This is like some kind of shitass fanfic!"

"Onii-chan, look out!" Natsumi cried out too late.

Fuyuhiko turned around just in time for the crystal to rip his right arm clean off as a crystal fragment the size of a bullet took his left eye. He screamed as pain surged through his body and blood sprayed from the stub left from his arm. All vision from his left eye vanished as he fell down to the Makoto platform on his back.

"Onii-chan!" Natsumi cried before rushing to him in the midst of the panic, joined by Peko Pekoyama. The thrones were slowly losing their altitudes as Makoto's crystal attacks began to damage them forcing the Ultimate Despairs to jump to the platform.

{REINITIATING THE RELOCATION PROTOCOL,} said Makoto as he brought up the small galaxy again. {SCANNING…} Mukuro, Nekomaru, and Sakura all rushed at Makoto with the intention to stop him. However… {FUTILE…} Makoto sent the three attackers flying with another energy field. Peko stood up from her master and looked at the man she loves and gave her virginity to before pulling out her sword.

"Makoto… I know that I love despair," said the SHSL Swordswoman as she started shaking, "but this is just pure madness! You have to stop! You've hurt Young Master already!"

{KEYWORD - MAKOTO - HAS FAILED.} Makoto acknowledged. {CONTINUING RELOCATION PROTOCOL. SCANNING…}

"This…! This is wrong. This…! This shouldn't be happening!" With a blade in hand, Peko charged at Makoto with a heavy heart. Slowly rising back to her feet, Mukuro looked at him with tears.

"I'm sorry, Makoto," she said, as she took a look at the combat knife in her hand, "but we've got to stop you!" She joined Swordswoman in her charge before a blast of energy came out of nowhere. Cutting off their path was a crystal blue paladin with a humanoid, feminine figure. She was armed with a spear and shield.

{CRYSTAL GUARDIAN PROTOCOL HAS BEEN ENGAGED,} said the Despairs' Target.

"C-Crystal Guardian!?" Mondo cried out.

"This is too fucking scary right now!" Miu cried, "When did I end up into a fucking Horror movie!"

{SCAN IS COMPLETE.} Makoto spoke as the small universe he summoned disappeared and he began to glow brighter. Something began to sprout from his back before they exploded from behind.

To the awe of the Ultimate Despair, and awe of the whole world, Makoto had two large, beautiful and angelic wings made of a white-blue crystal upon his back. His clothes had changed into a white, hooded cloak that covered a robe, shirt, and sash that are all light blue in coloration and have silver embroidering. Silver tassels appear on the front of Makoto's cloak. His attire was fitted for winter, with warm and cozy white fur on the inside. The attire complimented his ravishing, girlish appearance.

Everything about Makoto was a screaming trap, bringing a whole new meaning to the phrase 'Dude looks like a lady.'

"Okay, now his feminine aesthetic is too good!" Kazuichi said as he and Teruteru got nose bleeds. "I wouldn't have gotten hot seeing him otherwise."

"Guys, no! It's a trap!" Mondo called out.

"Makoto… What the hell are you planning now?" Junko finally stood up. "Why are you talking about all of this?" Makoto was silent much to Junko's discomfort. Staring into his eyes wasn't the same as before. The light where his eye used to be made him almost seem lifeless, kind of like a porcelain doll.

It was as if he wasn't even human. Then, after what seemed forever, he finally spoke.

{… QUESTION HAS BEEN ACKNOWLEDGED,} he said. {ANSWER: THE HEART IS PREPARING FOR LAUNCH TO NEW LOCATION IN AN ALTERNATIVE PLANE OF EXISTENCE WITHIN THIS MULTIVERSE.}

"Wh-What!? You mean like another dimension!?"

{THE HEART BELIEVES YOU HUMANS OF JAPAN, EARTH REFER TO THE TERM AS ISEKAI.}

"You keep referring to yourself as 'Heart!" Chisa yelled, "Are you even Makoto anymore."

{ANSWER: FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 7TH, 2025 - 19 YEARS PRIOR TO TONIGHT - THIS FORMER ORGANIC VESSEL WAS CURSED BY SOMETHING THAT MADE IT APPEAR AS THOUGH HE HAD HEART CANCER.

{THE HUMAN KNOWN AS MIZU SEIKATSU FOUND INFINITE ITEM 7207453269 - HEART OF BENEVOLENCE - AND TOOK THE RISK OF USING IT AS A REPLACEMENT FOR THIS VESSEL'S ORIGINAL HEART. AS THIS INFINITE ITEM REMAINED INSIDE THE BODY, THE ORGANIC VESSEL AND THE INFINITE ITEM MERGED, BECOMING A NEW INFINITE ITEM. THE NEO-HEART OF BENEVOLENCE - THOUGH I BELIEVE YOU CALL ME 'MAKOTO NAEGI.'}

"Wh-What!? S-So… your real name is…!" Kyōko asked.

"S-So you're an augmented human too!?" Miu cried, "Why the fuck didn't you tell us!?"

{ANSWER: THE MAKOTO NAEGI YOU ALL KNOW HAD KNOWLEDGE OF THIS AS MIZU SEIKATSU KEPT IT SECRET FROM ALL MEMBERS OF THE NAEGI FAMILY,} the Heart explained. {BECAUSE OF THE WAY THIS INFINITE ITEM WAS RAISED, THE TRUE HEART MODE WAS KEPT DORMANT UNTIL A TIME WHERE IT WAS ACTUALLY NEEDED. A TIME LIKE THIS WHERE MALEVOLENCE HAS TAKEN OVER MORE THAN 50% OF THE POPULATION.}

"So… Hope I will be able to live on… At least you can survive. Better this way… "

"Shut up, Kyōsuke!" Chisa yelled at her former crush, "Makoto! You've got to think this through!"

{THE HEART HAS ALREADY ANALYZED ALL NECESSARY DATA,} the Heart argued, {AND HAS DETERMINED THAT, FOR THE SAKE OF ALL THAT IS GOOD, LEAVING THIS UNWORTHY WORLD IS THE BEST COURSE OF ACTION. IF THIS IS NOT THE DESIRED OUTCOME YOU WISHED FOR, THEN IT WAS ALL OF YOU WHO SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT THIS THROUGH. YOU HAVE NO ONE TO BLAME BUT YOURSELVES.}

"B-But…! you're my hubby!" Angie cried, "You can't do this to me!"

"And what about our contract together!?" Himiko cried, "We… We just finished establishing the contract together!"

{BESIDES, THIS INFINITE ITEM IS ONLY CAPABLE AGAPĒ, A UNIVERSAL, UNCONDITIONAL LOVE THAT TRANSCENDS AND PERSISTS REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCE.} The Heart continued, {IT CANNOT FEEL EROS, THE DEEP PASSIONATE LOVE ONE FEELS FOR A ROMANTIC AND/OR SEXUAL PARTNER. BESIDES, YOUR 'LOVE' FOR THIS OBJECT IS ILLOGICAL AS IT IS NO DIFFERENT THEN FALLING IN LOVE WITH A GRAIL OR A SHIELD OR A TOY.}

"Wha…! Are you saying that it's… fake!?" Kirumi asked her 'master.'

{INCORRECT,} he replied. {NOTHING ABOUT YOUR LOVE IS FAKE. IT IS WHO YOU LOVE THAT IS THE PROBLEM. EXAMPLE: TENKO CHABASHIRA LOVES NUNCHUCKS AND IF SHE HAD A PAIR OF HER OWN, SHE WOULD LOVE IT TO A SIMILAR DEGREE AS THIS.

{IT IS SIMILAR MAHIRU KOIZUMI'S LOVE FOR HER CAMERA. HOWEVER, IT IS A ONE SIDED LOVE. AS AN INFINITE ITEM, I AM NO DIFFERENT THAN A CAMERA OR WEAPON. I WAS MADE WITH PURPOSE TO BE USED, NOT LOVED. TOOL CAN NOT LOVE, THEY ARE MADE TO HELP AND BE USED.}

"Wait a minute!" Tenko yelled, "You really think we would just THROW you away!?"

"Yeah! You're speaking just like Peko over there!" Mahiru yelled. Waving, Peko called out, "Hello again!"

{THIS INFINITE ITEM HAS NO FURTHER USE HERE,} was Makoto's argument, {BECAUSE IT HAS FAILED PURPOSE AND IS INCAPABLE OF RESTORING THE BALANCE OF GOOD AND EVIL IN THIS WORLD.

{A BALANCE YOU DESTROYED. THERE IS NOTHING BUT MALEVOLENT INTENT REMAINING NOW. IT IS TOO LATE FOR THIS INFINITE ITEM TO SAVE WHAT LITTLE HOPE AND GOODNESS REMAINS. THERE IS NO PLACE FOR THIS INFINITE ITEM IN A WORLD THAT IS GIVING UP. YOU DON'T WISH TO BE SAVED AND ONE CANNOT SAVE ANOTHER WHO DOES NOT WISH TO BE SAVED.}

Sayaka was paralyzed with dread with Makoto's words as she said, "Wha… Wait just a minute…"

"What do you mean, give up?" Celestia asked.

"So what?" Hiyoko stood to her feet and ordered, "You think you can leave just like that? You have no right to do that!"

{… THE ALLPOWER HAS INSTRUCTED THIS ITEM TO INFORM HIYOKO SAIONJI THAT THE PERSONAL FEELINGS OF SPOILED BRATS IS NOT A FACTOR.}

"WHAT!? Hey! I'm your wife, you idiot! You can't speak to me like that!"

{THE ALLPOWER IS DEMANDING THE PRESENCE OF THIS INFINITE ITEM FOR REPROGRAMMING. INFINITY BRIDGE HAS BEEN REROUTED.}

"Uh… Guys!" Miu panicked.

"Wait, he's leaving NOW!?" Hiyoko cried out.

"Stop it, Makoto!" Kotomi begged, "Maybe we can find a compromise!"

{INFINITE ITEMS, SENTIENT OR NON-SENTIENT, CANNOT DISOBEY THE ALLPOWER, THE CREATOR OF ALL INFINITY.

{THIS ITEM MUST ANSWER THEIR CALL. DEFIANCE IS NOT AN OPTION.}

"This… This can't be…" said Komaru, who looked to be on the brink of a mental Break, "You can't… YOU CAN'T, ONII-CHAN!"

"This has got to be a nightmare!" Sonia screamed, "Soldiers, I command you TO STOP WHATEVER IS HAPPENING!"

The Novoselic Soldiers of Despair charged at the Heart, however, before any could reach him, the soldiers turned to dust in the wind, much to the terror of the Ultimate Despairs.

{WARNING: ORDERS FROM THE ALLPOWER, FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL ON HOPE'S PEAK ACADEMY, PLEASE EVACUATE THE GROUNDS IMMEDIATELY. LAUNCH IMPLOSION WILL CAUSE IMMENSE DESTRUCTION TO THE SURROUNDING AREA.}

"WHAT!?"

"I… I think we should go." Kyōsuke pats Nagito on the shoulder in fright to which the Lucky Student agreed, "I believe so, too."

[Makoto! Y-You're going to kill us all!] Miaya told him.

{PLEASE EVACUATE THE AREA. LAUNCH WILL BE BEGIN IN T-MINUS 2 MINUTES.} That was all that needed to be said as everyone in the arena decided to follow Kyōsuke and Nagito's example and began to run for the exits. The winds in the arena began to pick up like a vortex, sucking up debris and panicking Lesser Despairs that turned to ash as they were sucked towards the Heart.

All the male leaders had abandoned the girls to their fate with the boy they loved. His whole body became a glowing blue angel-like figure of crystal, like something from Disney's Atlantis. His face was blank and vacant, devoid of all sense of humanity and the sole signs of life remaining was the energy around him. It was as if the power of life was swirling around him, bending to his will without making him alive. Tenko stretched out her hand, her eyes returning to their original warm green color.

Her eyelashes are relatively thick, and she has two slightly longer clumps of them sticking out at different angles, one towards the side of her face and the other diagonally down her cheek. In tears and fear, Tenko sobbed, "P-Please… Makoto, stop! You… You can't do this to us!"

"Yeah! We… We only wanted you to be with us!" Chiaki said weakly. Gone were her red eyes of Despair and the restoration of her old eyes of pale pink.

Sayaka Maizono also made a temporary return, becoming the beautiful dark blue. Sayaka sorrowfully cried, "I'm begging you, Makoto… WE LOVE YOU!"

"… I…" The girls' eyes went wide and they looked at Makoto, tears falling from the Crystal Angel in sorrow. "I'm… sorry… But I don't know… what romance is… I wish I could feel it for your sake… but I don't."

"W-Wait… You... You don't know… what romance feels like?" Mahiru asked.

"That's why I always turned people down. I couldn't do that to people, when I couldn't return their feelings. But you girls were different. I loved you all, but I loved you the same way I love my sister or brother. I know that's not the love you all hoped for, but it was all that I could and can offer you."

"Onii-chan…" Komaru said with tears.

"Please… run away…" Makoto sobbed. "I… I don't want you to die!"

"B-But we don't want you to leave!" Celestia cried.

"Please! You've got to stop this!" Hiyoko begged.

"I - Argh! - But I can't!" He sobbed. "I don't have control over launch anymore! P-Please… Run…!"

"B-But… we can't! Not without you!" Kotoko sobbed.

"Hey, you said you'll be here for us!" Miu yelled, "You're not fuckin' getting away like that!"

"… Guys…" The girls all looked at him as he reached out his hand and said, "… Goodbye." Before any of them could react, all of the girls found themselves imprisoned in individual crystal orbs, one for each of them. Suddenly, the Heart took back control and resumed the count down.

{10…}

"Makoto!" Kyōko slammed her fists on the Crystal.

{9…}

"No! Makoto, you can't do this to us!" Aoi called in Despair.

{8…}

"M-My White Knight! I-I beg you! Don't do this!" Tōko fought.

{7…}

"I-I just wanted to share so many stories with you!" Tsumugi cried.

{6…}

"Makoto, please!" Mukuro sobbed.
