A/N: Hello my readers, and welcome to another crossover. This stuff had been in my mind for quite a while, and now, here it is.

Without further wasting of time, let's begin, but I request you all to be open minded, as i intend to go about this, differently.

Disclaimer: I don't own Naruto or The Avengers.

Chapter 1: Transcendence I

Of all his achievements, Naruto uzumaki would declare that the fact he grew to old age, saw his children grow up, become great, get married and have children was his greatest one.

Not many shinobi especially high profile ones get to live long lives, but he had manged and surpassed the Third Hokage in that regard. But unlike the man, and with no disrespect, he manged to keep his family together, happy and most importantly, he kept the world at peace.

After the fourth war, there was peace, but with that came the challenge of keeping it, since the world hadn't experienced such for a very long time, but he managed it with the help of Sasuke and all his friends. Thankfully, the next generation took over his ideals, so when his generation stepped down, the new ones took over and sponsored the peace, and that was something he was very grateful for.

The greatest threats to the peace, came in form of a familiar race of celestial beings known as, the Otsutsuki's. Yeah, they brethren of their greatest enemy of all time, Kaguya otsutsuki.

Dealing with them was difficult, but ensuring the damage they caused was minimized, was even more difficult. Thankfully, with his power and that of Sasuke's, they managed it, and they made sure to train the next generation, especially their children.

Even in times of peace, power was still important so that whoever challenged it, could be reasoned with, and if proven stubborn, crushed. But even as the peace reigned, there were still losses, painful ones, after all, time waited for no one.

First, he lost his wife, his beautiful Hinata, and man did that hurt. He was so hurt that it took him the better of a year to even recover at all before he began to move on. He didn't remarry though, because while half Uzumaki, which left him looking in his forties even when he was in his seventies, he didn't have the mind to replace Hinata, and no one blamed him.

Then after that, his friends began to die, one by one, and before he knew it, they were all gone, leaving him at 100 years old, and alone.

Then of course, Sasuke too died. It was even a miracle the Uchiha survived that long, but it seemed the powers of the six paths had strengthened his body to live that long, while still retaining his powers. But even he couldn't overpower the call of nature and the flow of Time.

Despite all the losses, Naruto lived a satisfied life, and his children, grandchildren and those of all his friends, ensure he lived happily in old age.

Then, his time came, at 120 years old, Naruto uzumaki, the child of prophecy, savior of the world and 7th Hokage, passed on, peacefully in his sleep.

Even though he could have lived longer than that, he didn't want to outlive his children or Grandchildren, because like him they also had Uzumaki genes, though theirs was less pure than his. So he most likely would live longer than they, but he didn't want that, after all children should be the ones to bury their parents.

The shinobi world would mourn, but what mattered was that the world, his world, was left in good hands. That was the wish any good parent and leader should have, thankfully, he had achieved it.

When one thought of death, what he experienced and what he was experiencing wasn't what he had in mind, not by a long shot. He didn't go to Hell, thankfully so, but he most definitely didn't go to Heaven. Maybe Purgatory perhaps, nah it didn't feel like it because where he found himself wasn't a void, not at all. Besides Kurama would have told him if it was.

Oh right Kurama.

Yeah he shouldn't have expected his old partner and friend to follow him death. Though the being wasn't old since he couldn't age, but he should have realized that while he died, Kurama would stay behind and reform, because his friend most definitely didn't want to be resealed in anyone, not that Naruto would allow it.

But back to his situation, Naruto believed that he should by all means be dead, that he should be in the afterlife with his dead loved ones, and with his late wife, Hinata. But no, he wasn't, in fact, he was very much alive, but in a very different circumstance.

When he had closed his eyes in what he thought would be his last time alive, he opened them again to find himself in a void of sorts and for how long he was there, he didn't know, then soon after, it all came crashing down. Hard.

One moment he was floating, then the next he dragged through a very long and narrow tunnel, seeing visions, all sorts of them and they were so many of them that he could hardly identify much from each of them. He was pretty sure that what he had seen while he dragged through that tunnel was a 1000 times more than he could ever see in a lifetime. The visions were just that much, with the only thing he remembered seeing, were a lot of, worlds.

World's, why was he seeing such and at a time like this?

It was like he traveled through the universe, but doing so at speeds way faster than anything he had ever experienced. But what he saw actually made him question a lot things, because he was pretty sure he saw many worlds, ones that he didn't recognize, and he also saw people, strange looking people that he also didn't recognize. It was like they weren't human.

Were there others out there that weren't humans? Yes he believed that, considering the existence of the Otsutsuki' where there other worlds?

While alive he had knowledge of there being other dimensions, but worlds?

The possibility wasn't out of the question since the Otsutsuki's did exist, but still, what were the odds of there being other worlds and races?

What he had saw no matter how little he did prove that there were others aside from what he knew, and it was almost like it wasn't just other worlds, but also other Universes.

It was strange, but nonetheless with what he had experienced in his life, fighting Kaguya and the rest of the Otsutsuki's, a multiverse was a possibility. But at the time, he couldn't think of such as soon after, he felt his entire being torn and ripped apart.

Body, mind, Soul, spirit, everything about his person was ripped apart and squeezed through a very tiny hole in the fabric of space and time, something that he didn't process at the time due to how painful the experience was.

Yeah, it was a painful experience, the most painful one he had ever and probably would probably ever feel, because after this he doubted he would be alive. Besides, he was supposed to be dead.

Was he dreaming, it felt like he was because what he was seeing and surprisingly, feeling, weren't things he was familiar with.

Did dead people dream? Well if they did, then maybe that's what he was experiencing, quite vividly if he might add.

He would see flashes of a life that wasn't his own, and not only that, he also felt and experienced the emotions that came with it.

What in Kami's name was going on?

It felt like he had lived a whole new life while still retaining memories of his old one and it was pretty confusing.

If he was dreaming, perhaps it was time to wake up. But wasn't he supposed to be dead?

That question was answered when he felt his consciousness returning to him, and by the time he had gained a reasonable semblance of it, he woke up with the most painful headache he had ever experienced.

The headache was painful, but the way his body felt, it was, different, too different.

Why was he lying on something soft and why did the air smell different?

Ignoring all these things including the strange flashes of memories he didn't remember having, he opened his eyes to scan his surroundings.

Firstly, he was a on a bed.

Secondly, he was in a room.

Thirdly, he was covered from his neck down to his legs.

Lastly and most importantly, he was alive.

Not well judging from how his body felt, but alive nonetheless. So all he just had to do was get out of the bed and figure things out. But a voice stopped him.

"Good morning" the voice said and judging from the pitch, it belonged to a female and it came from a few feet beside his bed.

He should have sensed the presence, but somehow this person eluded his senses and surprisingly, he still couldn't find himself sensing the person. In fact, he couldn't feel any extension of his senses whatsoever despite his attempt at stretching it out wide.

Perhaps it was because he wasn't well?

No matter, he would access his Chakra an-

"Good morning" the voice greeted again and interrupted his train of thought.

Now that he thought about it, the words sounded foreign, almost like he was hearing another language but could understand it.

So to correct whatever confusion he had, he turned in the direction of the voice and indeed it was a woman.

Naruto uzumaki even in maturity still had the tendency to be quite insensitive and stupidly blunt.

"Why are you bald?" Was the first thing he asked, and stupid or not, he felt he needed to know the answer because he had never seen a bald woman before.

The woman in question just smiled softly, not looking the least bit offended. In fact, she looked to be amused.

Before he could call her out on that and probably ask another stupid question, she interrupted him.

"You and I have a lot to talk about, Outworlder"

The confusion on his face, most probably due to what she called him, only made the situation more amusing. His response was also an addition.

"Huh"

Yeah, it was most certainly amusing, and they did really have a lot to talk about. But one thing was sure, things would never be the same again.

Nothing was ever the same when "Transcendence" was involved, especially when it was the first and most important of its kind, one that would change that universe in particular, forever.

A/N: Alright I gave Naruto a new body with new memories because such will have a great impact on his abilities, skills and personality. Even despite living to old age, I needed Naruto to be very different, to much less of himself especially since I took away his use of chakra and all his abilities. Having a new personality and conflict of perspectives as regards his identity and his principles, would play a huge role in that.

I want him to become the strongest avenger, not the strongest ninja, so with what I have in mind, i believe it would mould him into that, though at first it would be a little confusing due to the suspense and ambiguity

I believe if you continue to read this story with an open mind and patience, you will see my point.

Chapter two is out, so do read it because it will help make things more understandable and hopefully, less confusing.

So there will be a big time skip next chapter and the ones to come, so the holes in between the skips will be filled up in time and as the story goes on.

So stay tuned and please I would appreciate constructive reviews, not bat shit insults.
