Disclaimer: Yeah. Right.
A loud banging noise snapped Leonardo out of meditation in the dojo of the lair. What the shell?
Leo stood up and picked up one of his katanas, in case it was an emergency.
"Hey, what's going on?" Leo asked, as he walked cautiously into the living room.
"Only the best thing to ever happen to me!" Michelangelo shouted happily from in front of the TV.
Leo put away his katana. "What? And what was that banging noise?"
Raph came in from the kitchen. "That woulda been Mikey. He came into the lair so fast the door almost put a hole in the wall."
"It's a good thing he didn't break the security system!" Don shouted from his bedroom.
Leo nodded. "Uh huh..." he slowly walked over to the television console where Mikey was enthusiastically pulling something out of a box. "And what was the best thing that ever happened to you Mike?"
"Yeah, did ya grow a brain?" Raph asked from the next room.
"Nope, even better!" Mikey said happily. "I found a brand new, never been opened, game of Dance Dance Revolution!"
Leo stared blankly. "And that would be...?"
"It's a game! A really really fun game!" Mikey looked up at Leo. "You wanna play?"
Leo shook his head. "Oh no. I'll just watch."
Mikey shrugged. "Okay."
"I'll play ya, Mikey," Raph said, coming back into the living area.
Mikey brightened. "Cool! Do you know how to play?"
"'Course I know how to play!" Raph said, scowling. In reality, he didn't, and Donatello knew this.
"This I gotta see," he said, coming out of his bedroom, and sitting next to Leo.
Mikey and Raph got on each of the mats, and Mikey picked the song.
"Are you ready!" The game asked.
"Yeah!" Mikey answered.
Raph shook his head. Mikey's talking to his video game.
The music started, and Mikey got a ten second head start on Raph.
Raph kept hitting the arrows too late to get any points.
"Are you reading the combos okay?" The game mocked. The song ended, leaving Mikey with a B, and Raph with a D.
"This game is stupid anyway," Raph grumbled, and left.
Leo decided to challenge Mikey, since he figured watching the arrows in synch with the steps were kind of like doing katas.
Mikey got an A. Leo got an E. "Do you have a cold?" The game ridiculed.
Donnie didn't even try.
Later that night, Mikey woke up to the sound of 'Lovin' You.'
"What the...Raph can't be trying to up his score this late at night," Mikey mumbled to himself as he climbed out of bed and headed to the living room.
"Raph, you'll never-" Mikey stopped in shock. "Master Splinter?"
"You are a super dancer!" The game praised. "Triple A!"
"Yes! You know who you are talking about!" Splinter said enthusiastically. He spun around. "Oh...hello Michelangelo."
"One more time!" The game yelled.
