Behind these crimson eyes

You can see the pain

That lingers in his heart

In his eyes

You can see

A bitter sadness

Hidden from others

Behind these crimson eyes

Lies a man

Whose heart and soul

Is broken

From the endless torment

He is forced to endure

Til the day

He walks into the light

He remains a shadow

That wander the Earth
