This is my final arc. After this adventure the story will be completed. Start the fic.

The Titans X relaxed in the common room each attending to their own business. Danny walked in smiling as watched his team. Jenny was doing some maintenance on herself, Vexx and Isadora were reading one of Raven's books together, and Violet and Spidey were busy arguing about...who knows what.

"Alright team, wrap it up. It's time to go on patrol."

Vexx and Isadora shrugged putting their book down, Jenny quickly finished up, but Violet and Spidey seemed disgruntled.

"Patrol again, Danny?" miffed Violet.

"Yeah, don't we have a trouble alert for that?" agreed Spidey.

"Sorry to interrupt another one of your 'Oh So Important Spats' but as Teen Titans we have a duty to be diligent..."

"See what you did?!" Spidey whispered harshly to Violet. "You got him in to one of his 'We are the Teen Titans now so we got to live up to the bar' speeches!"

"Me?!" Violet whispered back harshly. "You're the one who brought up the trouble alert!"

"So let's get out there and do our job!" finished Danny.

Roof hopping across the city Jenny asked the question which was always on the others mind.

"Danny, why is it always so important to you that we live up to the old Titans? I mean, we're the Teen Titans now; so what if we don't reach the bar our predecessors set?"

"Sigh. I'll be honest, I faced some very hard times back in Amity Park. My parents trying to rip me apart molecule by molecule, becoming the town's number one enemy, random ghost attacks, and that's not even bringing up all of Vlad's plans. But whenever I would start to doubt myself I would turn on the News, it always seemed to have something about the Teen Titans. No matter what was thrown at them, no matter how dark their hours got, they never gave up and always managed to rise to challenge and save the day. They inspired me to hang in there, they were my heroes."

The others smiled as Danny finished his story. A sudden explosion alerted their attention, Danny squinted his eyes to try and see exactly where it was from. A cloud of dust poured out in to the street, from the building where the Titans X had experienced their first mission.

"Looks like the bank is being robbed." Danny noted.

"Well then..." Spidey walked past Danny. "Good thing the Titans X are here to handle it." Spidey fired a webline in to air and swung away.

As all the others raced off Danny couldn't help but smile, his team had become as close to him as Sam and Tucker were to him.

It didn't take long for Danny to catch up to the others, they were all closing in on the bank quickly.

"I wonder what morons are trying to rob the bank?" queried Jenny.

"I don't know, but what I do know is that they're no match for the Teen Titans!" answered Danny.

Entering the bank, they six stood in awe at the identity of the culprits. As if fate were trying to turn their whole worlds upside down. Enemies they thought they would never face or even imagine.

"I don't believe it!"

"No way..."

"It's impossible!"

"I'd never thought I'd live to see the day..."

"How..."

"It just can't be..."

There, standing in front of them with the open back vault behind them, was the original Teen Titans.

"Well, well, well..." Slowly from the shadows came Slade. "If it isn't the substitute Titans, you'll have to forgive my lack of excitement. You see just last week, I had a true victory...turning my most hated enemies in to puppets."

The original Titans glared at the Titans X with glowing red eyes.

Static appears on the screen and suddenly the entire intro is gone. The camera changes over to Slade who has Toonami Tom gagged and tied up behind him.

"This is MY story now! And I have quite a different theme song in mind! Role the one I picked!"

(Heavy Metal Version Of The Theme Music Starts Up)

Evil Titans!

Danny shook his head failing to grasp the situation. "How is this even possible?!"

"My dear boy, this was my plan from the very beginning. I lead the true Teen Titans to believe that they would have to break up as a team with falsified documents. Even my capture was a ploy to lead them in to a false sense of security. Once successfully divided, it was child's play to pick them off one at time."

As he explained he walked between the original Titans until he stopped behind Nightwing. Slade placed his hand on Nightwing's shoulder as if they were old friends.

"And one by one, they all fell under my control." When Danny didn't say anything Slade followed his gaze to the hand he rested on Nightwing's shoulder and smiled under his mask. "Impressive, no?" Danny tightened his fist much to Slade's delight. "I admit it took me longer than I originally thought, but I finally won. Now, thanks to some tech I stole from the Mad Hatter they obey my every command."

"And the first thing you have them do is rob a bank?" Spidey had jumped high upon the wall to better survey the situation. "I was always under the impression you were more of big picture kind of super villain."

"But of course, the whole point of this robbery was merely to draw you all out. Before I can begin any of my big plans, I still have one last formality to take care of... bumping off the knock offs! While I do feel your team doesn't measure up to the original Teen Titans, individually you may be trouble down the road. Evil Titans! Kill!"

The original Titans ran towards their replacements.

"I hate to do this, but..." Danny gritted his teeth.

"Whoa, Danny you can't be serious!" Spidey exclaimed.

"They aren't in control of their actions, if we don't take them down now they'll kill us. We have to do this for our own good as well as their's. Titans X! GO!"

The Titans X charged towards their original counterparts. It didn't go anywhere near as well as they had hoped it would.

Danny was being double teamed by Slade and Nightwing. They were fighting like mirrored images, attacking in perfect unison. Danny tried to duplicate himself to even the odds but the two punched him on both sides of his head in unison.

"You can't duplicate unless you concentrate, correct?"

Danny held his head in pain. "How do you know that?"

"I did my homework."

A kick to the chin sent Danny spiraling in to the air backwards. "The original Titans pushed me to my limits, but you losers are just a bunch of watered down knock offs. In comparison, you're all just pale imitations."

Meanwhile Spidey was on the run from Beast Boy, a webline to the roof quickly elevated his swing out of the T-Rex's mouth. Landing on the wall with a crouch, Spidey stared down at the green dinosaur "You know, I think the most surprising thing today is how big the bank is. I mean large enough to not only hold a dinosaur but to have him have enough space for battle? Business must be good! Which is actually kind of ironic given the history of this city."

Beast Boy turned in to a pterodactyl and chased after Spidey who quickly web swung away. "Come on, you're supposed to be the who actually enjoys funny stuff! How are we supposed to have a funny back and forth if you're acting like a zombie?"

The dinosaur quickly changed in to a boa constrictor and wrapped around Spidey making him fall to the ground. During his decent Beast Boy transformed into a rhino and bashed his horn in to Spidey's gut just before he hit the ground.

Meanwhile, Jenny was doing much better against Cyborg. He had an answer for her every gadget, when she transformed her arm in to a laser pistol he blasted it off with his sonic cannon, and when she threw her chain mace at him he dodged it and cut the chain with a chainsaw that came out of his arm.

"Alright Cyborg," Jenny steeled herself. "You've made it clear that the long distance gadgets aren't going to work." She activated her Shiva Swords and began to swing them around. "So let's see how the close range gadgets do!"

She was at first just running at him, but hoping to throw him off his guard she leaped in to the air. She let out a wordless battle cry as she brought her swords down on Cyborg. However, Cyborg threw his hands in to the air and caught all six of her arms in an iron grip. Jenny struggled in vain to escape from his grip, with a mighty pull he ripped Jenny's arms right out of their sockets.

"Break'em all you want!" replacement arms sprouted from her chest. "I can just make more!"

She quickly transformed her arm in to her Mighty Mallet and swung it in the air to bring it down upon the former Titan in front of her. Cyborg transformed his right arm in to his sonic cannon, it's barrel glowed with a blue light as he brought it up to meet Jenny's hammer. The collision caused a wave of blue energy to spread out as Jenny was sent flying backwards.

Crashing on the ground Jenny quickly picked herself up. Her arms extended and grew, when she put her hands together a giant buzz saw appeared between them. She put it on the ground and when it started to move, she started to speed towards Cyborg.

Cyborg's shoulders opened up and missiles launched out from within. Jenny tried to stop but it was too late, the missiles met the buzz saw with a huge explosion that sent Jenny skidding across the floor on her back.

As she laid on the ground she could hear her body sparking. Some part of her body was sparking, that was never a good sign.

But as bad as Jenny had it, Violet had it worse. She was completely on the defensive with Starfire, her ability of flight made her a hard opponent to hit.

Violet made two of her bubble shields appear around Starfire's hands, thinking it would finally end her attacks. Starfire stared at her enclosed hands before shooting out her eyebeams at Violet.

Violet scrambled to get out of the way, dropping the shields around Starfires's hands in a panicked fright. Realizing her error, she quickly turned invisible to try and hide from Starfire's next attack.

Starfire threw her arms in front of her, a green light glowed in front of her. The light fired a scatter shot barrage of starbolts at the ground. Violet became visible again as she flew through the air caught in the blast of one of the starbolts.

She landed roughly on the ground, looking up quickly to see Starfire speeding towards her. Violet put up a forcefield at the last second only to have Stafire land on it feet first. She created a giant starbolt, holding it over her head. Then with a wordless battle cry she brought it down on the forcefield shattering it. The resulting blast had Violet tumbling across the floor.

Across the room Isadora and Vexx stared up at Raven, floating above them staring down at them like a bird of prey.

"Vexx, I don't know anything about the original Teen Titans. Do you think you could fill me in on what we're in for here?"

Vexx never took his eyes off Raven but nodded to her question. "From what I understand, Raven was their resident magic user. She's known for locking herself in her room spending endless hours reading spellbooks, basically a complete shut in. I was supposed to replace her in exchange for her finding a way back to Astara."

Isadora stared at him in astonishment. "You mean SHE'S our trip home?!"

Vexx gritted his teeth. "She was supposed to be...but it looks like she was too busy getting BRAINWASHED!"

He recklessly charged at her, launching in to the air with a pulse jump. With a wave of her hand a giant claw made of dark energy grabbed him and started to squeeze.

She tossed him to the ground but landed softly on a white cloud courtesy of Isadora.

"This is a new one." he commented.

"I learned it last night." she admitted with a blush.

A shadow rose up from the floor and grabbed Vexx by the ankle. It yanked him in to the air only to whip him on the ground repeatedly, mimicking Raven's movements of it.

"LET HIM GO!" she cried.

Isadora sent up a ball of magical light which flared when it reached Raven's face. Losing her concentration Vexx fell to the ground landing with a painful grunt. He was pretty sure one of his ribs was broken now, at the very least.

As she tried to help him up they noticed the floor in front of them glowing with a dark energy.

"Azarath. Metrion. Zynthos." was the monotone command which came out of Raven's mouth. The floor rose up and smacked them both crashing them in to the opposing wall.

Back with Danny, to say he was having difficultly would be an understatement. Nightwing and Slade had brought out their staffs and doubled Danny's abuse. He had gone from an opponent to their personal punching bag.

Slade sent his staff flying forward, out of reflex Danny turned intangible but this was exactly what Slade was hoping for. He pressed a small button and sent an electrical charge through the staff and in to Danny.

Danny let out a scream as he fell to the ground in a smoking heep.

Slade scoffed at the sight. "Did you honestly think I've never gone up against an opponent with intangibility before? It's a big big world my boy."

Slade kicked him over to the opposite wall where he was soon joined by his fellow teammates who were in more or less equally bad shape.

Somehow, everyone had managed to painfully get to their feets.

"Danny, they have an answer for everything we try! What do we do?!" Vexx asked.

Danny stared at Slade and his new troops and then back to his injured teammates. He sighed heavily making quite possibly the hardest decision of his life.

"TITANS X!" Danny shouted before hanging his head in shame "Fall back."

The others stared at him shocked.

"What?!"

"Danny!"

"No way!"

"You can't be serious!"

"We can still beat them!"

"No we can't!" Danny snapped back. "If we don't bail out now, they're going to kill us! Isadora, can you open a portal back to the tower?"

"Maybe, but I'd be completely defenseless. You'd have to keep them off of my back long enough for me to finish the spell."

"You're kidding me!" Spidey snapped. "Can't you just Azarath Metrion Zynthos there or something?!"

"I'm NOT Raven!" Isadora snapped back. "I don't lock myself in my room with a mountain of spell books to read because I have nothing better to do! I learn my spells slow but steady!"

"No! It's fine!" Danny cut in. "Violet, I'm going to need your help. Everybody huddle up!"

"NO!" Vexx hollered. He tried to pick himself up but fell back on the floor wincing in pain."I can still fight! I can..."

Vexx felt a hand on his shoulder, he looked back to see a grim face looking back at him. "Vexx, that's an order."

Vexx pounded his fist on the ground, he didn't like it. Vexx was never one to run away from a fight let alone leave one unfinished... but just this once he would follow Danny's order to retreat.

Joining the others in the huddle, Danny was on the outside doing his best to put his arms around everyone while Violet was on the opposite side trying to do the same. Danny managed to turn everyone intangible just as their predecessors were ready to pounce. "This is good but it will only slow Slade down! Violet, make us invisible too; I'm going to be too busy focusing on the intangibility just in case."

Starfire fired some starbolts which went right through them.

"What?! Danny, I've never tried to make others invisible too! I'm not sure I can!" Violet panicked.

Beast Boy turned in to a rhino but failed to hit a single one of them with his charge.

Danny saw Slade squint his only visible eye, he was starting to catch on to their plan. "DO IT NOW!"

Violet shut her eyes tight, sweat was starting to form on her forehead. Slade started to slowly walk towards them.

"I'm sure what you think you're doing, but whatever it is, I assure you it isn't going to...work?"

The Titans X had faded out of sight right in front of him. "Curious... This isn't how the hybrid freak is known to turn others invisible...and my records hold no evidence to support the Parr child of having such an ability..."

As Slade was analyzing the scene in front of him, Isadora was chanting with her eyes closed in a language which seemed foreign even to Vexx.

"Hmm...Cyborg! Activate your scanners, see if you can find readings of any kind."

"Guys, I don't know how much longer I can keep this up!" Violet whispered.

However, luckily she wouldn't have to; Isadora opened her eyes finishing her chant. Her eyes glowed bright blue as a swirling white portal opened up behind them.

"What?!" Slade took a step back in surprise. He had seen his fair share of magic in his days but this...there was something 'refined' about the portal in front of him.

"NOW!" Danny shouted as he and Violet let go of the others. Jenny flew in to the portal without hesitation while Isadora helped Vexx in. Spidey almost went in but went back to pick up an unconscious Violet.

Before Danny himself went in, he sent one last glare at Slade and muttered. "This isn't over!"

Danny jumped in to the portal where it promptly closed behind him. Slade made no move to chase after him, instead he merely stood calmly with his hands behind his back.

"Go ahead and run." Slade narrowed his eye. "I know where you live."

Well this is my season finale, I hope you found it to be epic enough. I worked really hard on it, so I hope you enjoyed it.
