Sirius had always thought that Autumn was the most beautiful season all year, the changing of the colors on leaves, as they fell gracefully through the air. How the sky had the perfect tint of blue and brownish, it seemed to match a certain fellow Hogwarts student's eyes. Remus Lupin was his name, he was also his best friend, other than Head Boy James Potter.

As he sat by the old usual oak tree, his friends and himself always sit under after break, a cold breeze drifted by his face followed by red, yellow and brown leaves. When he went to turn his head to enjoy the breeze fully he noticed someone standing by his side with a red cotton blanket.

"Moony..." he said as he jumped by Remus' sudden arrival.

"Hello Padfoot, it feels really good outside doesn't it?" Remus said as he sat beside him and spread the blanket over there legs.

"Did you and James finish that paper he needed?"

"Yes, just got finished. James went off to find Lily." Remus leaned his head back against the tree and closed his eyes, it was getting colder outside.

It is maybe seven or eight clock, Sirius thought trying not to stare onto Remus' closed eyes, he could open them at anytime and wonder why he was staring at him.

Slowly Sirius crept his arm up from under the blanket from Remus' leg, his hand had became to feel teased. Even though Remus wasn't doing anything, as his arm moved up the blanket, another hand that surely wasn't his own grabbed a hold of his fingers and strangled into his.

He looked up at Remus' face, his smile could make the stars shine brighter.

"Wha..." Sirius tried to speak but Remus slowly raised a finger to rest in the middle of his lips.

A hand which belonged to a Mr. Lupin caressed the side of Sirius' cheek and slowly sailed to the back of his neck, pulling Sirius' lips in.

Closer and closer.

As the bats fluttered across the darkening brownish sky, Sirius saw no more of the beautiful Autumn sky he fully loved, his eyes closed, him and Remus pulled the red blanket over their heads and left the talking and the colorful leaves to a other day.
