Let the Red Flower Bloom
We are the noble Fire Nation
Regal, strong, fierce, and free
Superior by the gods' decree
Tremble with fear or admiration
Wrong us, expect annihilation
Our nature is to consume
Land? Power? We lust for more
Bravely, we gain through force of war
Make way or rest in the tomb
Our power helps the red flower bloom
We charge onward with pride
It is futile to resist our fire
Submit or burn on your pyre
War makes our empire grow wide
Take heart, the Fire Lord will provide
Feel our presence bring closer your doom
We march onward to the beat of the drum
Our fire intense, as we rise with the sun
Your loss is inevitable, so make room
Forever let the red flower bloom.
AN: I wrote this as the Fire Nation's national anthem for American Government class. Just one of the many projects my teachers are piling on. For those of you wondering, Wounded Honor is currently on hiatus right now. I've got too much work! Count on spring break if nothing else. As always comments are GREATLY appreciated.
