Author's note: SLASH. Don't read if it offends you, cause flames will be laughed at. This is placed after II, so if you haven't beat it, there's some spoilers, but if your reading fanfiction, I bet you beat it. If you're reading it, you, like me, didn't sleep or eat until you beat it. Hehe. Anyway, yeah. Mindless drabble. Usually I have a plot, but I have writer's block and I figure if I write something, that's good.

Riku changed. It didn't take an idiot to notice. Even Sora noticed right of the bat. As soon as they were on the island again, Riku started acting different. He would sit on the Papou tree, all by himself, staring out at sea for hours, almost completely ignoring everyone who would try to talk to him.

When he went back to his house at night, he hardly slept. When he did sleep, he was always rolling around, mumbling things about the darkness. When he was awake, he would hardly eat.

It worried Sora, but he doesn't know what to do.

When he sits next to Riku, unless he asks him a direct question, he won't say anything. When he hugs Riku's arm, like he use to do before, Riku just sighs. Sora would cry, and Riku would look at him, smile a crooked, broken smile before wiping away the tears, and look back out at sea.

"Riku… please. What's wrong?" Sora's voice was pleading, as he took Riku's hands in his, on his knees before the taller boy. "Why won't you talk to us? Why do you only stare out at sea?"

Riku looked down at Sora, before getting on his knees and hugging the boy. Sora's arms went back around Riku's as he sobbed into his chest, he felt Riku lean over, and kiss the top of his head.

"Sora…" He said quietly. "I missed you so much… when I was in the darkness."

Sora looked up at Riku.

"I did it all for you. I thought I could help you, but I can't help anymore, Sora."

"What do you mean? You helped me fight Xemnas." Sora ran his hands up Riku's bare arms.

"Anyone could help you fight Xemnas, but I can't be an emotional support anymore. I'm worthless to you. I should just go back into the darkness."

Riku opened his mouth, to continue his rant, but Sora kissed him. Riku felt his wall break apart as he moved his hands around Sora's waist, pulling him closer, shutting his eyes. Sora's fingers went into Riku's hair, keeping him close. After a few seconds, it broke, and Riku looked at Sora.

Sora smiled, "We'll always be there for each other, Riku. You've always been my support, even when you were in the darkness. My obsessing thought was finding you, even though I should have thought of other things… I missed you so much. I had to find you."

Riku smiled, genuine, for a change. "I'm here, now."

Sora smiled back. "I'll never let you go."
