Sora is gold. And I'm silver; second place. After all, he is always first in your heart. And I'm always the afterthought. I'm always second best, runner-up, second string. I am the supporting actor in our play of hearts and Sora plays the lead.
Of course he gets the glory. He gets the love. He gets the girl; he's got you.
Sora is the type of guy that you'd have to be blind and deaf not to notice. Sora is just so loud, and he shines. His goofy grin makes him stand out and he gets noticed. I'm just the quiet one that rarely smiles and rarely laughs. I'm the one in the background, smiling only for you.
But it's hard to see the background when the foreground stands out so much.
I'm just silver and somehow you're blinded by Sora because he's gold and he just sparkles so damn bright.
But silver shines too.
(Sometimes it even shines brighter.)
So a little Roxas-centric drabble for you all. Hehe. I liked it but it is a bit too short and a bit odd. Whatever.
Anyways. I would like to say that if I haven't replied to your review yet I am really sorry. Life is sorta hectic and I don't have time to reply yet. I usually don't like posting new things before I reply to all my reviews so that's why I haven't updated in a while. I promise through, in three weeks (summer vaca) I will go and reply to all those sweet reviews you guys have given me. Please still review anyways. They never fail to put a smile on my face and I have needed that a lot recently.
