Archie let out a frustrated groan as he pummeled the punching bad in the training room. He had almost kissed Atlanta. Again. This was exactly the 10th time that he had been interrupted just as he was about to kiss her. And honestly speaking, it was infuriating. How could he not want to kiss her after watching her lick chocolate off those soft and pink lips in a way that had left him staring for more than necessary? How could he not want to kiss her after watching the way her lips parted when she smiled? How could he not dream of kissing her without being interrupted for once? He growled, and hit the punching bad so hard that it begin to sway violently. He had wanted to kiss her since the first time he had seen her. Especially when he saw her sleeping. She just looked perfectly irresistible, her creamy skin framed by that bright red hair, strands of it falling into her closed eyes. It was the first time he had ever seen her look so vulnerable. He cursed silently as today's scene played across his mind. He had her trapped between him and the one of the shelves in the library, in his arms, looking up at him with an expectant grin. He was leaning in, so close that their noses were almost touching. Until Odie decided to enter from stage left. That IRRITATING Odie just had to come and disturb them. He was too engrossed with beating up the punching bag to hear above redhead come into the gym and shut the door silently behind her. In fact, he didn't even notice her presence until she had crept up behind him and poked him in the back. He gave a startled jump and turned to face his attacker, his face black, that is, until he say who it was.

"Oh, Atlanta," he greeted awkwardly.

"Hey. What's up? You seemed pissed."

"How can I not be?" he murmured under his breath as Atlanta drew closer.

"What's up?" she asked, worried about her indigo haired teammate and well, unofficial boyfriend.

Archie didn't answer. He could hear people coming. Ares, Hera, Artemis and the rest of the titans in fact, after all, their training was due to start in a few minutes.

"Come on Archie, you can tell me," Atlanta pleaded, moving even closer, so close that he could smell that she smelled of freshly washed clothes and strawberries.

"You really want to know?" he asked softly, knowing that the door would open anytime soon.

Atlanta nodded. Archie knew he would never get Atlanta so quiet and "un-hyper" again. Just then, there was a click and the door opened. Atlanta seemed to only realize just then, how close they were. She begin to pull away from him just as the titans spilled in.

"Wait. You really wanna know?" he asked, and before she could react, he abandoned all other thoughts and pulled her towards him and kissed her on the lips. He could see her eyes widening in surprise, after all the whole team; Hera, Artemis and Ares were watching them. But he didn't care. He had waited far too long. Her lips were everything he had expected. Soft, warm and sweet. He smiled against her lips as he felt her kiss back, his hands snaking around her waist and pulling her so close that they were literally pressed against each other. By now, he had forgotten that they were being watched, after all, there were more important and enjoyable things to do right now. Finally, they broke away, cheeks flushed. The taste of her lips still lingered in his mouth.

"I was just fed-up with failing to kiss you, ten times." And leaving her to interpret his comment, he left her standing there and started to warm up, under the surprised gaze of his friends and mentors, as if kissing Atlanta in front of them was an everyday routine and no big deal.

Meanwhile, Atlanta stood there, thinking about it. She then gave a sly smirk. They had a lot more time after training, and she was sure there were a whole lot of places where nobody could disturb them.
