"Hey, Tidus," Yuna looked over at Tidus. She was using his stomach as a pillow as the two were laying amidst the tall grasses of the Calm Lands near one of the ledges. The land just seemed to go on forever, and then it abruptly ended with this huge gash. If someone was running and not paying attention, they could run right over the edge and fall into the ednless abyss of the beautiful landscape. Yuna thought that this must have been what it was like when people in Spira thought the world was flat and that you could fall right off of the world if you sailed to far in any direction past the mainland.

"Hmm?" he inquired, lifting his head so he could look into her eyes. His head was resting on his hands since he didn't have Yuna's stomach to use as a pillow himself.

"What's your favorite color?" she asked. Tidus sat up slightly, so as not to disturb Yuna's head, and looked at her incrediously. "Oh come on, if you want me to cherish you, you have to tell me everything. I told you everything."

"Of your journey to find me, but not the small details." Tidus layed back down and thought for a second. "I suppose the color yellow has grown on me, but I'm not really sure. Hey Yuna?"

"Yes?" Yuna closed her eyes as a breeze ruffled the grass around them. The calm lands usually stayed a pretty nice temperture because of the fact that Mount Gagazet's snowy winds occasionally blew through the valley, but the calm land was unusually hot and humid on this day, however Tidus and Yuna felt cozy where they were laying.

"Now that I told you what my favorite color is, you have to tell me yours. How am I supposed to cherish someone when I don't even know their favorite color?" Tidus joked.

Yuna rolled her blue and green eyes and sighed. Tidus' scent hung nicely in the air. He smelled slightly of vanilla and fish. Usually the two scents inc ombination would have made Yuna retch, but on Tidus, they were heavenly. "Purple, though I also like blue." Yuna rolled over so that she had her hands resting on Tidus' stomach and her head on top of her hands. She smiled at tidus, who seemed to enjoy the change of perspective from the back of Yuna's head, to her face. "Hey Tidus, what's your favorite food?"

"Dunno, I suppose cherries, but then again, I liked that coconut thing you made." Tidus smiled up at Yuna who was smiling playfully back. "Hey Yuna, what's your favorite food?"

"I like beets. I don't know why, but Rikku always made fun of me for that," Yuna laughed. Yuna's laughter was music to Tidus' ears. "Hey Tidus, what's your favorite number?"

Tidus shook his head. He wasn't sure what had gotten into Yuna, but he liked this little game. Than again, he liked any game that involved Yuna or Blitzballs...or any combination of the two. "3576 because it's an even number. What about you?"

"Hmm, I never really thought about it. I would have to say seven becaus eit took seven to get me through my pilgrimage. Tidus, what's your favorite letter?" Yuna's eyelids felt heavy as the gentle breeze and Tidus' scent was soothing to her.

"Well, Y of course. Yours?" Yuna sat up and stretched, then snuggled next to Tidus, resting her head against his shoulder.

"T for you, though you doesn't actually begin with a T." Yuna yawned and closed her eyes. "Hey TIdus, what's your..." Yuna, however, never finished her sentance as she fell asleep. Tidus smiled and put his arms around her slumbering form, holding her closely to him, glad that the fayth had brought him back so he could be with her. Tidus yawned and closed his eyes, falling asleep himself.
