Author's Note: OK, this is a departure for me. It's a song parody AND it doesn't really fit in with the rest of my fanfics, in which Palpatine and Sidious are two separate people. However, I couldn't come up with a better substitute for "baby" than "Palpy", so that's what I used. Oh well, what can I say - I wrote it in about three minutes.
