The Joys of being a Woman

They were staying in their own house, a house not that big. The country they arrived knew of dimensional travelers, this country's name was Arial. It was not cold or a hot country, the weather was just right.

They had come back from a long tired day without the missing feather, thus made this far not their lucky day.

Fai was making dinner, he had sent the princess to take a bath, he had order the real Syaoran with Kurogane, "So you won't peek on the princess" he had teased, making Syaoran red and very uncomfortable.

"Mage!" the dark shinobi had screamed with fury.

Mokona helped Fai around the kitchen. "Thank-you Moko-chan" and kissed him on the jewel on his forehead which only made him blush.

Everything was fine when they heard Sakura scream from the bathroom.

All four of them hurried up the stairs, fearing the worse. Kurogane reached the door before the other three.

"It's locked" he told them.

Syaoran moved pass him and asked "Sakura-hime, are you alright in there?"

"Yes!" she answered hastily, "I'm fine, just go away!"

The adults shared a look. Kurogane receive Mokona from Fai's arms. He grabbed the kid's shoulder and signaled him to go back downstairs.

"Take care of dinner for me" he instructed the white bun.

He waited until everyone was downstairs and moved towards the door. He placed a hand against the frame.

"Sakura-chan" Fai said "Are you okay?"

"Yeah" she sniffed, Fai could hear her crying.

"Open the door honey" he said sweetly.

"It's just that…" He heard her unlock the door. He paused for a second before entering the bathroom.

She was sitting on the floor, towels around her; they were stained with water and blood.

"Sakura!" exclaimed "What happened?"

"I don't know" she cried harder he closed the door to shut the noise from coming out. He knelt down to her and hugged her.

"I tried to stop the bleeding, but it just won't." she muffled in his shirt. "I tried stopping it like you taught me to stop a wound from bleeding! It just never did" she put her arms around him. "I'm dying" He rubbed her back in a circular motion.

"No you're not" he reassured her "this happens to every woman"

"But why Fai?

He stopped to think, before fully answering her.

"It shows that a girl has become a woman" He continued, "You're physically mature to start your own family." he kissed her brunette head. "You've finally blossomed Sakura"

"That does mean I won't die?" she asked.

"Not from this" he told her.

He pulled her away from him, to take a look at her pretty face.

She smiled sheepishly up at him and he planted another kiss on her forehead.

"Now take a shower while I wash this towels, then I'll tell you all about it. For how long it will last. Other rules, such as why you don't tell boys nor men and sometimes not even other women. This Sakura is something sacred and a secret for the world. It is a gift and you must cherish it."

"Will you tell Kurogane-san and the others?"

"No"

"What are you gonna tell them?"

"Just that you felt a bit lonely"

"Thank-you"

She got up and turned the shower on. "Fai-san?" she asked once she was in, he had been picking up the towels and put them on a basket.

"How do you know about his, if you are a guy too?"

Fai smiled, "I Sakura was raised in an orphanage. Not all the girls were as lucky as you, they did not get told all about it and they told everyone about their misfortune, which is not."

Fai unlocked the door to leave, "I'll be back in a bit and give you some pads"

"Pads?" she asked, blinking twice.
