Reid stared at the gurgling coffee machine blankly, before turning his attention to JJ. "It's broken," he said accusingly.
"I saw that, genius," JJ replied, calmly sipping her tea. "Want some of mine?" She pointed to the water-heater. "Camomile. Good for your nerves..."
Reid frowned. "I need coffee not to soothe my nerves but to achieve a higher level of efficiency. The amount of caffeine in tea isn't-"
"A simple 'no' would've been enough," JJ cut in, smirking to soften her words.
"Maybe if I add more sugar than usual..." Reid started tentatively.
JJ smiled and handed him a cup.
