Whipped Cream
"Would you like whipped cream on that?"
Sasuke blinked his dark eyes at the smiling woman behind the counter. His eyes fell on the mug of hot chocolate in her hands and he shook his head.
"No thanks."
The worker looked confused for a moment and hesitated before handing him the steaming cup. Sasuke rolled his eyes and turned away. His gaze scanned over the people in the coffee shop, sitting in the deep leather chairs and nursing mugs of their own hot drinks. Through the large, glass windows one could see the snow whipping through the air as the wind pushed against the building. Sasuke sighed and finally spotted his companion, sitting in the corner at a dark brown wooden table. The Uchiha made his way over to him, being careful not to spill his drink.
Kakashi looked up as the teen approached, smiling at the boy from behind his mask. His one visible eye landed on Sasuke's hot chocolate and he raised an eyebrow.
"What, no whipped cream?" he asked as the dark haired boy took a seat opposite to him.
Sasuke glared at him, not bothering to answer. Instead he brought the warm cup to his lips and took a small sip, closing his eyes in contentment as the hot drink slid down his throat.
"I thought all teenagers loved whipped cream." Kakashi continued, ignoring Sasuke's silence. "Why, when I was your age…"
"I'm not like all teenagers and I'm definitely not like you." Sasuke growled from behind his mug.
But Kakashi just laughed, not at all affected by the genin's cold attitude. This just made Sasuke glare harder, pouting when he realized that Kakashi was already half done his own drink, but the teen hadn't seen him take off his mask once. How the hell did he do that?
The jounin leant forwards with his elbows on the table and rested his chin in his hands. His eyes were narrowed with amusement.
"Why, Sasuke, just think of all the things you're going to miss out on." He said slyly.
When Uchiha's black gaze rose to meet his, Kakashi waggled his eyebrows suggestively. The young boy choked on his drink, his cheeks flushing.
Kakashi smiled, though you could not see it because of his mask.
"I mean," he continued. "I like whipped cream so much that I'd lick it off anything." The grey haired man's one visible eye crinkled with malice.
At this Sasuke had to place his mug on the table as he proceeded to have a coughing fit. Kakashi laughed at the look on the younger's face.
When Sasuke finally got himself under control, he raised his angry black eyes to glare at his teacher.
"You're such a pervert."
"Oh, don't say that Sasuke. You never know," the older man leant closer. "You just might like whipped cream one day." He winked his grey eye, causing Sasuke to blush a shade darker as the Uchiha tore his gaze away to look intently into his emptying mug.
Kakashi chuckled and relaxed back into his chair, cradling his coffee cup in his gloved hands. The two sat in silence for a few moments before Kakashi spoke again.
"So… What about candy?"
"I hate sweet things."
"Now that's just sad."
