"When He Sings"

by: Ruemaja

Lord Tir McDohl sings a song with his gentle, beautiful voice. And just like that time when he was still the leader of the Liberation Army, everyone listens. He is truly beautiful, beguiling... almost ethereal as he stands there, eyes closed and arms open wide as if to embrace. The wind dancing around him, making his silk robes dance about him.

He has not aged a day but he continues to sing beautifully.

Wherever he was, people would turn their head and look, everyone can see him coming, And they rejoice at his coming. They may forget him, but in the end, he comes to all.

Beautiful, beautiful boy.

When he sings, the grass grows, the fields live, children are born and the world is alive. He beckons all life to him, and everything is bright.

And he sings.

"This is life."

Lord Tir McDohl sings a song with gentle, beautiful voice. And just like that time when he was still the leader of the Liberation Army, everyone listens. He is beautiful, beguiling... almost ethereal as he stands there, eyes happy-sad, arms outstretched as if to beckon a child home. The wind is dancing about him, making his silk robes dance.

He has not aged a day but he continues to sing beautifully.

Wherever he was, people would turn their head and look, everyone can see his coming, some may ignore him after a while, but in the end, all come to him.

Beautiful, beautiful boy.

When he sings, the grass withers, the earth turns brown, people die and the world mourns. He beckons souls to their eternal rest and everything is peaceful.

And he sings.

"This is Death."

Lord Tir McDohl sings, and the world obeys him for in the end all that lived must come to rest. The World is ever changing. But the cycle of life and death will remain the same.

And he will remain the same, forevermore...

Lord Tir McDohl sings a song with his gentle, beautiful voice. And just like that time when he was still the leader of the Liberation Army, one can't help but listen...
