Wilson has never seen anyone do that with a coffee filter; but then again House wasn't exactly anyone.

Wilson had learned that early on, and had to face it; the man was a genius. House could pull a diagnosis out of thin air – or from licking a used coffee filter.

"What bane of human existence are you solving?" Wilson motioned toward the filter.

House quirked an eyebrow, "I needed caffeine. Cameron hasn't made a fresh pot yet." He shrugged, licking the inside of the filter again.

Wilson cringed, and sometimes he had to face it; the man was an idiot.
