Sorry had to write about Albus Potter

Chapter 1

The morning dawned cold and gray and all Albus wanted to do was to go back to sleep. He knew he couldn't, though, because it was his first day of classes at Hogwarts! He felt a rush of pride that he had been sorted into Gryffindor last night. He recalled what the Sorting Hat had said to him

'You know I could put you in any of the houses, I see intelligence, loyalty, bravery and you're a pure-blood of course, but I can see you want to make your parents proud so it better be GRFFINDOR!'

Albus got out of bed and looked around the room. Everyone had already gone downstairs. He quickly dressed and went downstairs into the Great Hall. He glanced at the Gryffindor table, looking for his fellow first years. Albus spotted them at the end of the table. He went over there and squeezed between Tom Finnagin and Ally Thomas. Ally had brown hair and brown eyes. Tom had blonde hair and blue eyes. Albus said hi to them. They nodded their mouths full of food.

Ally's parents were Parvati Patil and Dean Thomas both were his dad's old classmates. Dean was also Ginny's ex-boyfriend. Tom's parents were Seamus Finnagin and Lavender Brown also Harry's old classmates. Lavender was also his uncle Ron's ex-girlfriend.

Albus looked up at the enchanted ceiling. It was partly cloudy with the sun peeking through the clouds. Perfect, Albus thought, for Herbology. He looked at the plate in front of him. For breakfast there was porridge with eggs and bacon. He ate hurriedly so he could get his schedule and be off.

After Albus finished eating he glanced up at the staff table. The headmistress, Professor McGonagall, was sitting in the middle of the table, surveying the hall. To her immediate right was Hagrid's chair. Albus looked around and saw Hagrid already passing out schedules to the Gryffindor students. He glanced back at the staff table but didn't recognize any of the other professors but Professor Longbottom. Neville was also one of Harry's old classmates and friends and the professor of Herbology. Neville- Professor Longbottom winked at him.

Hagrid was almost here passing out schedules very hurriedly now. Finally Hagrid was here. He gave Albus his schedule. He saw he had Herbology first.

"It looks like we have Herbology first" Ally said also picking up her schedule.

"We should probably start heading down there" said Tom. Albus agreed and they started to go down to the greenhouse. Finally they arrived in front of the greenhouse. They went through the doors and waited for everyone else to show up. When everyone was here, Professor Longbottom asked "Mr. Potter would you mind closing the doors?" Albus obliged.

First day of classes had begun.
