The story continues from right where 'Not letting you go' ended...
"Tell me Sora,"Taichi said as he sat up and looked at Sora who was putting back on her kimono, "Where is my sister? You know,don't you."
Sora turned her head around and looked at Taichi, "Yes,I do..."She finally said after a period of silence. "But I am not going to tell you.."She added before Taichi could say anything.
"Why?!"Taichi asked furiously,the thought of his precious sister in the hands of a vampire alone and unarmed is causing him to become more and more worried and irritated as seconds passed.
"Does it make a difference whether I tell you or not?"Sora answered calmly,not bothered by Taichi's anger, "You can't go help her even if you know where she is... But I can ensure you that she is in good hands and her life is not in danger.."
"How can you be so sure of that?! I'm sure you know how appetizing she smells to vampires like you!"
"But I didn't bit her..."
"That was because I was there to protect her!"Taichi said,his fist gripped tightly.
"You don't have to worry about her being bitten by the vampire... It will not be possible as long as that guy is with her..."Sora said.
"That guy?"Taichi repeated,confused. "What guy?!"
"The vampire who took Hikari away will not hurt her or let any harm comes to her so you don't have to worry.."Sora said before disappearing again,leaving Taichi as clueless and mad as ever. There is no way Hikari can be all right with a vampire by her side! Did Sora think that he is a child just born yesterday and would buy what she had just said?! But yet,no matter how much he wanted to fly to Hikari's side now and protect her,he can't. He could not escape not he does not know where she is! The only one who can help him now is out of the question,there is no way Sora will ever agree to help!
"Damn it!"He cursed,punching hard on the wall.
The moon shone brightly in the night sky,with clouds passing by from time to time. Under a huge tree,sat a pair of lovers,embracing each other for warmth and comfort in the cold and quiet night.
"Takeru,I think we should go back and explain to Taichi what is going on. I'm sure that he has mistaken me being kidnap and is looking for me everywhere now.."Hikari said,looking at her angel's sapphire eyes,comfortably settled in his embrace.
"We can explain things to him after that when everything comes to an end... I have already asked someone to take care of him so you don't have to worry,if anything happens,we will know.."Takeru said,gently stroking her hair.
"It is not his health that I am worrying about,it is you. I'm afraid that he will not listen to us and kills you..."Hikari explained,leaning onto Takeru's chest. "I can't live in a world without you..."
"Don't you worry,I will not allow myself to die before you,I promise."Takeru said,hugging Hikari tightly. Both of them closed their eyes,enjoying this moment and letting it last as long as possible.
