Sweeney pounded his fist down furiously on the table. His eyes burned with rage as his lips curved into a sneer. He wasn't happy at all. "Mrs. Lovett!" He called out his accomplice's name with a hint of annoyance.
"Wha' is it now, love?" The woman came merrily into the room. Her hair bounced about on the top of her head every step she took. Sweeney snapped his head in her direction and gave her a stern look, she simply rolled her eyes.
"Where have you been?" He demanded as he tapped his fingers impatiently on the table. "I have been waiting-"
"Oh, please, love, it's only been fifteen minutes." Mr. Lovett sighed as she scurried about behind him rummaging through the cabinets.
"Only fifteen minutes!" Sweeney gasped as he whipped himself around only to come face to face with a bowl. A grin played it's way across his face. "Ah-ha!" He snatched the bowl out of Mrs. Lovett's hand and began munching away. "Mrs. Lovett," he paused, "you're a bloody wonder."
And so Sweeney was content once again. He had his trusty sliver friend in his pocket and he was greedily stuffing his face full of his beloved Cheerios. All was well.
