A/N you should know the drill, not mine its all Stephenie's, the purring thing is mine though

Edward and I were in his room again, just listening to music. It was nice; something that I couldn't do with anyone else because they would've thought it was boring. Edward didn't though, he loved music.

Maybe not as much as I thought he would.

"Bella?" asked he angel.

"Mmmm?"

"What do you want to do, I am bored." He sounded as if it were just the opposite though.

"How about you go wrestle with Emmett?" I don't know why but I love to see him wrestle, it was nice when he left his guard down.

"How about…." Then he smiled so wide.

"How about?"

"I wrestle with you!" he didn't give me the time to answer he just scooped me up and put me in a head lock. I knew it was totally worthless to try and get away but I turned around in his arms. He wasn't having me go away so he laid me on his couch and lay on top of me, keeping his weight on his hands which were on either side of my head.

"I give in." I knew it was worthless to get away, I should've just stopped.

The angel didn't want me to give in though; he let out a growl, not a threatening one, just a playful one.

"Why do you have to growl in my ear?" I asked annoyed.

"Would you enjoy it if I purr instead?" I knew he said that sarcastically, but still I wonder….

"Can you?"

"Can I what?"

"Purr" I said simply.

"Maybe, maybe not." Now he was teasing me.

I gave him what I thought was a stern look. It but of looked like one because he sat up, pulling me with him

"Scratch me behind my ears." He ordered me as he moved my hand to his hair. My other one was on his knee. I did as he said. At first there was nothing so I stopped. He shook his head and brought my hand back. I kept on scratching.

To tell the truth, I felt a little foolish, treating him like a cat. Then I heard it. It was low at first, just a slight rumble coming from his chest and his throat. After a few minutes though, the whole room was filled with the rumble. It didn't sound like a cats purr, more like a lion, a big manly lion purr.

"Oh my God." Was all I could think to say. This boy was truly amazing.

He broke it off with a laugh that I knew he was trying to keep in for a while. All the rumbling in the room was cut off, replaced my his laugh.

"Wow." Was all I could say, again.

"So, now, I want a rematch. With that, he just right back into putting me into uncomfortable positions

A/N this just came to me during breakfast this morning, as I was patting my cat and I couldn't let it go. I really hoped you like it. Review even if you just want o say "Good job" I would really love it
