A/N: So, this is the first story edited. I'm going through all of them. I added a few things and yeah.

Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter.

Summary: Lily practicies the word yes.

Yes.

It's beginning of seventh year. I'm head girl. James Potter is head boy. He wasn't that annoying last year, now that I think about it. He probably failed half his O.W.L.s, knowing him, and wanted to attempt to have a decent job as an adult. He was actually starting to be kind of sweet last year, too. I like this side of James Potter. I can't tell him though. It'll be the end of Hogwarts as everyone knows it! That'll suck! But what's a girl to do? Maybe, if he asks me out, I'll say yes. Yes. That's it. I should practice.

Yes.

Ouch.

I bumped into something. I looked up. It was the door to the third-floor broom closet. Lots of people have been there. I knocked. No one said anything. I opened the door slowly, regretting it as I peered in. There, was Sirius Black; and some girl who I have no idea what her name was. He probably didn't know either. I closed the door and I walked to the Gryffindor Common room.

Yes.

Yes.

Yes.

Yes.

Yes.

"Evans, Will you go out with me?"

"Yes?" Crap, wrong person.

"Sweet," Greg Mckinnon said.

"No," I said, "I... Uhm... No, I won't go out with you. Sorry." I said, looking back down to the ground.

Yes.

Yes.

Yes.

Yes.

Yes.

I walked into something… er… someone else.

"Sorry," I said, not looking up and walking around them.

Yes.

Yes.

Yes.

Yes.

"Lily, you okay?" It was James, my head perked up and I turned around to looked back at him.

"YES!" I shouted, wrapping my arms around him and giving him a deep, passionate kiss like I'd never kissed anyone before. Not that I have kissed anyone before, but you get the point.

"Uhm..." He looked bewildered once I pulled away. He looked like he just… well, the look on his face was priceless. Sirius would probably be wishing he wasn't snogging a girl in the third floor broom closet it was so priceless.

"Yes!"

"Yes?"

"Yes!"

"You'll go out with me?"

"YES!" James smiled and picked me up and swung me around. I giggled and wrapped my arms around his neck.
