A small drabble idea for the House universe. Take it how you wish, pre-slash or friendship. Can take place at any point in the House universe so bring your own history.

Disclaimer: I do not in anyway own House or make any claims to it. Made purely for fun and there is no money being made.

House flinched as the front slammed open and closed. He turned slowly to face the doorway, a look of curiosity on his face as he watched James Wilson appear, angrily ripping of his coat. The brown crown of hair, usually so immaculately neat, flew about as Wilson tried to shake off the brown duster.

"You have no idea what a day I'd had," Wilson seethed, as e gave up trying to place his coat on the hook and let it fall to the floor. He dragged a hand through his hair as he moved into the living room.

"I bet your going to tell me about it," House murmured, turning his attention back to the television. Wilson grunted, tugging his tie loose and rolling his sleeves to his elbows. As he shoved the blue sleeve up on his left, button popping from its hole he leaned over, placing a kiss on House's rough cheek.

House went rigid, unable to hear the beginning of Wilson's story as his cheek burned from the feel of Wilson's lips.

Now that was quite unexpected.

"… so then Cuddy turned to her and was on the nurses side. I'm standing mouth open and wondering what –"

"Did you just…" House interrupted with his voice barely above a whisper. Wilson looked at his friend, hand frozen as it dragged through his hair.

"What," Wilson asked.

"You just…" House murmured. He lifted a hand from his cane and motioned between the two of them. His fingertips brushed the pocket of Wilson's dress shirt and drew the younger doctor's attention to his Rolling Stones T.

Wilson's eyes widened as he realized what they were talking about. He began to shake his head, cheeks reddening.

"No, nope. Don't say it house," Wilson exclaimed as looked away.

"Wouldn't think of it," House retorted quickly.

Wilson swallowed and for lack of any other occupation stood to go to the kitchen.

A grin spread over House's face. Without turning he called to Wilson, "So what's for dinner darling?"
