Jacinto

As waters surge and twilight falls,

Jacinto comes to be no more,

Farewells are said and curses utterred,

As doom's final hammer falls.

...

The sun is setting in the sky,

As the city's fires begin to die,

And while the Hollow has been flooded,

Many weep and many cry.

...

Fifteen years of endless pain,

Both Man and Locust carry blame,

By-products of blind destruction,

Scattered across Sera's plains.

...

This is what is left to roam,

For humans now without a home,

The war perhaps is truely ended,

But fate is not yet set in stone.

...

The war has been both won and lost,

Across anger comes a frost,

But one last question is unanswered-

...was it worth the cost?
