Lera: This is the poem that Draco writes in our story Misconceptions during chapter 11. This is the final revision. Yes I wrote this myself so I do take full credit for it.

Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter or it's characters.

Draco stretched and stared at the paper before him. The poem had taken a long time to revise but at last the final copy was done. He read through it smiling.

Midnight Hallucinations

Fairies play harps and Imps the fiddles
Make me dance along the narrow path
Singing in alien harmony
Wary step young one
We've played this game longer than you

The words are there
But I can't seem to grasp them
Amused the small beings grin
Dancers do not speak
Keep step or fall petty toy

A daring sideways glance as I'm twirling round
A startling sight
That form beneath the tree
Misstep, I'm stumbling
While the creatures cackle
Let the aching heart cry
As the dry brook lies
Beneath the withered weeping willow

If I could stop I would
Take back the steps I've made
Close my ears
Dance to a different tune
The tiny monstrosities play on

It doesn't matter how I change the clock
The metronome keeps ticking
I can't bottle time
To alter the past of stone
Forward on the narrow path, dancing

So there you go! That's the full poem. Reviews?
