A desolate, hollowed place that exists within the gray, sandy desert that was known as Hueco Mundo… Menos Forest, the root of where most Hollows above Gillian are born… One day however, the Soul Society ordered for 2 Shinigami to begin exterminating all possible Vasto Lordes since Aizen only needed 10 just to guarantee victory…
"Hado Number 4: Byakurai!" a black haired Shinigami called out. A blast of pale, pasty white energy shot forth, destroying a random Hollow without much effort. "Phew, looks like I took out yet another one," he grinned. He had long, flowing black hair that was spiked from the top without support. He wore the standard Shinigami Shihakusho. He had light, tan skin. Bright, sky blue eyes and devilishly handsome looks that caught the attention of most female Shinigamis.
His Zanpakuto was located on his left waist, inside its orange sheath. The hilt guard was a regular red, whereas the hilt guard was a simple, circular design with silver metal. The blade was a regular, half white, half black blade of course!
"Can we head home now, I mean seriously, I doubt I need to fight again…," he yawned.
"I apologize that you feel that way, however though, we still have to deal with the others in Menos Forest. If they are to be allowed to evolve, then we may be looking at a possible Vasto Lorde on our hands here," his partner explained.
"I doubt that these guys are even good enough to become that level. So far, we've only dealt with the Hollows that are much below the Gillian class… Why not we start battling Menos Grandes? Seriously, I'm still only warming up…," he then grinned.
"I don't recommend asking for things like that, and besides, we haven't seen any of those Menos ever since we came here. So far, we've been eliminating possible candidates of the beginning branch of Menos," his partner said with a grin.
"Eh, not as amazing as fighting the real thing. You forget that I still vanquished one with only a combination of Bakudo Number 61 and Hado Number 33. Come on, lets wait until at least one makes their appearance!" he flailed his arms as he complained.
"No."
"YES! PLEASE DAMNIT!"
"No."
"WHY NOT!?!"
"Because then what if you don't get as lucky as you did before?"
"Then we'll cross that bridge when we reach it!"
"I'd like to not take those hasty chances…"
"Screw off then!" he turned around and crossed his arms like a spoiled child whom did not receive the answer he/she wanted.
"… You realize that doing that will not falter my decision, right, Seigi Nikkoo," the partner chuckled, amused by the childish acts.
"Oh be sile--" suddenly, the roars of a mighty creature echoed through the hollow grounds of the Menos Forest. The roar shook several of the crystallized trees as several of them cracked and fell down. What the hell? Could that actually… be a Menos…? Seigi blinked a few times. He returned to the reality, watching more of the crystallized trees tumble onto the ground. "Come on, Rikumei, we could really have a challenge after all!" Seigi instantly scampered off deeper into the forest.
"Wh-wha?! WAIT FOR ME!" Rikumei followed behind.

A large, tall, ominous figure completely covered in black with a large, white mask-like shape for a face rampaged unrestrainedly. Suddenly, a crimson blast of energy screamed forth, engulfing the existences of other random Hollow as it roared with might. This, ladies and gentleman, was a Menos Grande, Gillian of course.
Seigi stopped and stared at the figure with a grin, "Seems like I'll at last be enabled the ability to check if that kill was mere luck… or just pure skill." Immediately, he vanished within a Shunpo, appearing high above the sky, face-to-face with the Menos Grandes' Hollow hole. "Bakudo Number 61: Rikujokoro!" he thrust his left palm forth as a white light shone from his palm. Upon the next second, six thin, but wide beams of light forged themselves around the Menos Grande.
The Menos Grande roared with might once again as a crimson light took formation in its mouth. Next, the Cero screeched forward, intent on killing the enemy quickly.
Rikumei quickly ran in, witnessing the Cero nearing Seigi menacingly, Crap! I'm too late, he initiated battle with it and is underestimating it!
Seigi immediately clenched his left hand into a fist as the beams of light then slammed into the Menos Grandes' midsection. He looked at the Cero that was flying at him and he closed his eyes as his right hand radiated an orange-ish aura. The Cero detonated, covering his entire existence within a thick, dense miasma.
"SEIGIIIII!" Rikumei screamed. The smoke began to vanish at a snail's pace. Revealing Seigi, whom appeared perfectly fine!
"You really need to stop worrying about me, I'm not that stupid…," Seigi grinned as an orange, circle-shaped entity vanished immediately.
"You idiot! You almost had me thinking that you were dead! I'm gonna guess that you used Bakudo Number 39: Enkosen?" Rikumei grinned.
"Lets discuss this later when a Menos isn't trying to kill us!" Seigi disappeared with the familiar movements of Shunpo. He reappeared high in the air, a pure white light molding at the tip of his left hand's forefingers. On his right hand, glowed blue Spirit Energy. "Hado Number 4: Byakurai! Hado Number 33: Sokatsui!" both blue and white blasts of Spiritual Energy screamed forward. The blue one widened as it jetted forward, whereas the Byakurai remained straight as a line, darting towards the enemy without relent.
The Menos Grandes roared and struggled with movement.
Perfect, Rikujokoro worked its trap perfectly! Seigi grinned as the Menos Grandes' head was engulfed by both the white and blue energy bursts.
The energy bursts suddenly were countered by a strange, white beam of light, utterly overpowering it. Hmph, who has been causing problems here in the Menos Forest? Tch, looks like its just another annoying Shinigami… a voice resonated within the forest creepily. Suddenly, the captive Menos screamed in pain and disintegrated into Spirit Particles that vanished instantly.
Seigi scanned the area, looking for the origination of the voice, as well as Rikumei. A figure appeared behind Rikumei, and Seigi looked to see the figure. Quickly, he screamed, "LOOK OUT!"
Rikumei spun into the other direction, but it was much too late, for a pure, snow white blade pierced through his torso. "D-damnit…," he coughed blood. The blood splashed onto the blade, staining it as it dripped down the edge.
"Too late, my friend. Your partner's lift ended the moment he reacted to your call, I just simply needed to thrust my blade forward. I cut not only his own Saketsu Chain and Hakusui Soul Sleep, but I also ripped his own torso in half…," the figure spoke ominously. The figure then majestically extracted the blade from the enemy. Next, it grabbed Rikumei by his face as the palm of the person began to glow an ominous, blue radiance. "I may as well tell you that you should best return to Soul Society with your legs between your legs, like a good stray dog," the figure spoke coldly. Suddenly, Rikumei shattered into nothing but Spiritual Particles after a few seconds that were then absorbed into his body
Seigi was horrified at the sight of seeing his partner shatter into just particles… His eyes widened in fear… Next, his face hardened in anger as he then gripped his Zanpakuto tightly. "What in the hell did you do to him?!" Seigi disappeared within a Shunpo and reappeared next to the figure. He then unsheathed the Zanpakuto that was on his waist, swinging upwards with it in an overhand position.
The figure blocked it simply with their arm. As the blade came into contact, sparks showered between the two, dimly revealing the opponent's torn, ragged, white Shihakusho. "You're becoming annoying…," the figure sighed. (Author's Note: EPIC FAILURE! XD). Next, the figure said coldly, "I'll tell you may name, since you'll live to scream it in fear in your pitiful nightmares... Antigua, Cero Espada... Adios, Shinigami...," the figure then grasped Seigi by his Zanpakuto blade and flung him into the direction of the Garganta that Seigi and Rikumei used to enter the Menos Forest.
The figure sighed as moonlight poured over their body, revealing a really light shade of white skin, ragged, curling light gray hair, the face of a man in his twenties. He appeared to have had no mask piece whatsoever on his face... Wearing a torn, ragged white Shihakusho, sandals with black socks. The figure of this person appeared to be masculine, male with a bored look on their face. His eye pupils were a golden yellow-ish color, glinting with intent against the light of the moon. Upon where his throat was a strange looking Hollow hole... It resembled a Crescent Moon, unlike any other ever seen before... "Looks like I'll have to start moving now that the Shinigami are as well… Guys, come on out."
Next moment, the sound of multiple Sonido echoed, three figures manifesting before him, hidden underneath the darkness of a large, crystallized tree. "Yes, Antigua?" one responded loudly.
"We have to start making our move… There's some asinine nearby that goes by the name of Aizen, correct?" he looked over to one of the figures hidden under the shadow.
"Yes, and he calls that structure, 'Las Noches'. There he houses his Espada. The ones that seemed to have succeeded us apparently," the figure answered emptily.
"I see… I guess it's time we waltz over there and see whom our successors are. Lets test them out, eh?" Antigua grinned in a confident manner.
"Yes sir!" all three figures responded. At that moment, the four vanished instantly using Sonido, never to be seen once again…
