Roommates
Never had he thought it would come to this. He opened the door with a silent groan and dropped his duffel bag in the doorway, oblivious to the tall man behind him.
"Jag," said the tall one, "if you don't move your bag I'm going to force shove it out the window."
"Feel free" replied Jag, but picked it up anyway.
They strode throughout the apartment inspecting the small kitchen unit, dining area, and living room. Next stop: the bedrooms. There were two, exactly alike.
"Reminds me of the temple quarters."
Jag snorted, "reminds me of the barracks."
Zekk strode past Jag and into the first room, "I'll take this one."
"Fine, I guess…" but the door had already closed. Once inside his own room Jag dropped the bag and collapsed on the bed, muttering that he would get his vengeance on Jaina. It was on her advice that he and Zekk take up quarters together as roommates. He didn't really mind Zekk; it was just…just…just like vicious beast battles. Not knowing which would survive and which would succumb while others made bets behind your back. A wild gamble. A Jedi trick.
