I know it has been over a year and for that I am apologetic beyond words. So perhaps an explanation is in order? Well, in 2012 I went to university for the first time to study Chinese Studies, yes that means learning mandarin, and this year I graduate. Whilst that is terrifying enough I have also been in a steady relationship for over 4 years now, both of these cut into my time (not that I'm complaining). I hope that these experiences will make my writing more mature as I am at a stage in life where I am looking into full-time work, I wish to become a translator, and I am dreaming and hoping that my relationship will develop into marriage. It is all terrifying and yet reassuring, I hope that I can express these feelings as I explore Kyouko's and perhaps Ren's development in these areas too. Thank you all of you who are still reading as you started years ago, your loyalty humbles and amazes me.

So this chapter is dedicated to you.

Kyouko woke feeling overly hot, a fine sheen of sweat covered her very naked skin. Pressed against her back was the warm soft block of man-flesh, the source of the heat. Ren's body was pressed tightly against hers, his legs bent where her's were so that they continued touching, his currently flaccid penis pressed against her bottom and his right arm curled around her body holding her tight. Whilst this was what Kyouko had dreamed about for so long she felt incredibly uncomfortable, how was she meant to sleep in this stifling heat and with the weight of his body leaning against her? Apparently reality was a lot more uncomfortable than dreams. As Kyouko realised she couldn't move she sighed loudly puffing to create breeze to move her hair out of her face, Ren had moved it last night because it was apparently in his face. I hope he wakes up soon, my shoulder hurts Kyouko thought as she tried to shuffle her position to ease the pressure on her left shoulder, no such luck.

"Ren?" Kyouko whispered "Ren, you awake?" No reply, Kyouko frowned as she listened to his breathing, just as shallow as before.

"Ren! Wake up!" Ok, so not a nice way to wake your partner up but it wasn't her fault he was crushing her. A grown resounded from behind her and an unfamiliar pressure steadily grew on her backside as Ren woke.

"What?" A disgruntled voice asked as he rolled over and released her from the prison that was his arms.

"You were crushing me." Kyouko complained and then realised she had a crick in her neck. "And you moved my pillow! Now my neck hurts, couldn't you have stayed on your side of the bed?" Kyouko rolled over to face Ren whilst continuing with her many complaints of that nights sleeping arrangements. A wounded look covered Ren's face.

"I just wanted to be close to you..." He muttered in a hurt voice. "You didn't like hugging facing each other so I decided to hug you from behind..."

"Yes, well hugging you during sleep is a nice idea its just impractical..." Kyouko muttered remembering the stifling feeling of being pressed against his chest with her breath hitting her face when she breathed. It had felt like being suffocated by a giant teddy. Ren frowned and looked ready to sulk when Kyouko lent over to kiss him gently on the lips. "Morning, anyway." Ren smiled briefly "What time is it? We have filming at 11." His smile disappeared to be replaced with a look of disgust as he began to roll over to check the bedside clock. A groan filled Kyouko with worry.

"9:15" Kyouko relaxed, they still had time. Ren rolled back over to grad Kyouko and her tight against himself "I was hoping for some more time in bed with you." He frowned and grabbed one of Kyouko's hands and kissed tips of her fingers gently sending shivers down her spine to her toes. "Oh well. Work calls." Letting go of Kyouko Ren sat up and started to peel the sheets back with a dissatisfied look upon his face. "I hate mornings." he mumbled and ran his hand through his hair. Kyouko giggled Funny, I always thought he was a morning person because he always seems up early.

"I always thought you were a morning person." Kyouko explained after seeing Ren's confused face at her mirth.

"Nah, I hate mornings but my scenes nearly always have morning shootings. I have to be up early." Ren flashed a blinding smile at Kyouko "It's why I like coffee so much." Kyouko grinned back, somehow talking in bed in the morning seemed right and the fact that she was getting to know more about Ren was a bonus.

"Well, I like mornings." She stuck her tongue out at him and hopped out of bed before remembering she was stark naked. Kyouko let out a yelp seeing Ren's expression which was a mix of bemusement and arousal. She pulled the sheets to wards her accidently uncovering Ren, earning her a glare and bigger blush covering her face as she saw the evidence of his arousal. Ren laughed at her shyness.

"Go on, go get a shower, just the leave the sheet for me please?" Ren smirked daringly at Kyouko as she shook her head. "Or should we shower together?" Kyouko blushed a deeper red and Ren laughed deeper. He got up and wandered butt naked to the bathroom. "Don't worry, I'll shower alone today." And with a wink he shut the door behind him.

Sorry it isn't long but I kinda wanted to get back into knowing the characters again :S

Hopefully it isn't too much of a disappointment but I also felt that Ren and Kyouko don't really know each other well enough. Yeah sure they know the personalities and stuff but likes and dislikes? Not really. I feel that they need time living together, working together, arguing and talking in order to TRULY know each other.
