Escape. CSI:NY Song Fic – Adam/Danny

Another day goes without any change

"Hey Adam, can you process these fibres for me please."

The feeling we live with still remains

"Sure thing Danny," Adam replied. As the CSI walked towards him, he could feel his heart stumble over itself in an all too familiar way.

"Thanks," Danny said as he threw a shy smile towards the lab tech.

We're stuck in a hole and we're searching for anything to hold onto

Danny gasped as the younger man pushed him against the wall of his kitchen and hands that shouldn't be so experienced glided around his body.

There has to be somewhere that we can be safe from the lives we live each day

"Let's go on holiday," Adam suggested as they lay in bed together, hours later. "Get away from it all, no work, no one telling us where to be or what to do, just us."

There has to be somewhere that we can be far away...

"I always liked the look of Greece," Danny smiled.

We have to escape and I will go anywhere if you just lead the way

"As long as you're there, I'll be there with you," Adam replied before leaning in and kissing Danny gently on the head.

Escape to a place where we'll be together, together everyday
