Disclaimer: Today I noticed I did not in fact own icarly…I was very disappointed so I wrote this fanfic…

Carly sat down next to Freddie, their hands barely touching as she turned and smiled at him. Freddie looked down at their almost touching hands, not feeling his heart pound in his chest and his arm get goose bumps. That was the day he noticed he didn't love her anymore.

Freddie recorded Carly and Sam doing their normal silly icarly segments when Sam looked into the camera and smiled brightly. That was the day he noticed how nice her teeth were.

Sam lay on the Shay's couch very much asleep when Freddie walked in. He looked down and examined how peaceful she looked and how her long blonde curls fell around her face. That was the day he noticed how beautiful she was.

Sam looked straight into the camera and announced to everyone that Freddie had never kissed a girl. He dropped the camera. That was the day he noticed how much he hated her.

Sam sat on the windowsill of the fire escape and said, "Well…lean" Freddie leaned in and they shared their first kiss. As she turned to leave he called to her and said, "I hate you." That was the day he noticed he really didn't hate her at all.

Freddie ran frantically looking around for Sam. She didn't go to school and missed icarly rehearsal. He was getting really frustrated, not knowing where else to look for her. He went to the last place he could think of…the fire escape. Sam sat on the ground sobbing into her knees. Freddie sat down next to her and pulled her into him while she sobbed onto his chest. That was the day he noticed how vulnerable she was.

Sam and Freddie were having an argument as usual when Sam decided to storm off. But before she could walk away, Freddie grabbed her hand and pulled her into a kiss. That was the day he noticed he liked her.

Freddie put his arms behind his head as Sam rested her head contentedly on his chest. That was the day he noticed how much he loved her.

Freddie got down on one knee as a shocked Sam began to tear up. She screamed, "yes!" And jumped into his arms. That was the day he realized he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her.
