Dean coughed until he could barely breathe. Sam doled out more juice and more pills.

"Yeah, Bobby. He's still running a fever."

Dean sneezed wetly, again and again. Sam gently placed the Puffs with lotion on the bed next to him.

"No, he won't eat, not even pie. Last Tylenol was four hours ago and his temperature isn't..."

Sam's voice faded as he walked into the bathroom. Dean shivered, tucking down in the covers. He tried to blow his nose, but all that did was close his ears so he couldn't hear anything, not even Sam. He lay back against the pillows, attempting to stifle another round of coughing. He moaned. He felt sick. He was sick. Sick and achy. He was sick of being sick. He sniffled hard and then wiped his dripping nose on his sleeve. His head ached; it felt like it was going to explode. Explode into a million fragments; like shrapnel. Dean smiled. His head was a weapon. That was soooooo cool!

"Dean."

Oh yeah, he was seriously gonna be kicking some Apocalyptic Ass. Four Horsemen? Bring It On, he was so ready…OH! And Lucifer was so going down…uh, ok, make that BACK down, that Son of a...

"Dean."

Dean blearily opened his eyes. Sam stood next to the bed holding a cool cloth he placed on Dean's forehead.

"Time for more antibiotics, so, this will be your second dose..."

Dean smiled up at Sam, his Rudolph nose and pale face a poster child for delirium.

"Sam, no meds...call Cas...secret weapon, I can save us..."

Dean fumbled to push the covers off. Sam stopped him with two fingers, guiding him back down, tucking the blankets tight.

"Gotta go, Sam..." he whined in a snot filled gravelly voice.

"Ok, Dean, its ok. You wait here; I'll go warm up the car." Sam slowly walked towards the table and waited quietly.

"K, Sammy." A mumbled yawn.

Dean nestled back into his blankets, propped up on all the pillows so he could breathe easier. Slowly his head drifted over onto his shoulder as the drugs kicked in. His glazed over eyes closed and he fell sound asleep. Sam smiled, shaking his head as Dean shifted, mouth open in a congested, snoring drool.
