The next morning.

Hearing the radio, Olivia turns in her bed, hits the alarm and starts removing the covers from her. Starting to stand up from the bed she moans in pain, looking over to the alarm clock that is flashing 6 AM, she slowly walks over to her dresser to start preparing for her day.

45 minutes later she steps out of her bedroom, she walks out of her bathroom freshly showered and dressed ready to start her day. Putting on her coat, she grabs her items from the kitchen table. Holstering the gun and making sure she has everything she needs for the day, she walks out the door, locking it behind her.

Heading to the elevator, pressing the button to call for it, she takes out her cell phone to check the time. Noticing the time she decides to text El. 'Are you getting the coffee today?' she types, sending the message, and walking into the elevator when it gets to her floor.

As she gets out of the elevator she hears a ping letting her know she got a message. She walks out of the building to hail a cab. Pulling her cell phone out as she gets into a cab that stopped for her she sees it's a text from Elliot. 'Got court. See you tomorrow.'

Closing the phone she tells the driver where to go and just stares out the window watching the trees go by.

Later at the precinct.

"Hey, where's your other half, Benson?" Munch asked, realizing it's almost noon and he hasn't seen her partner yet.

"He has court today for the Gates case. He'll be back tomorrow morning." She says never looking up from her paperwork.

"So you finally admit he's your other half Benson. It's about damn time." Fin joked, looking towards her with a raised eyebrow.

Looking up at Fin she gave him a glare before looking back down at her desk to her current work.

"Whoa, why the hostility? Just saying the truth." Fin says, wide-eyed as he stood up to get more coffee.

Rolling her eyes, she replied, "Does that mean Munch is your other half?"

"He wishes he was that lucky." Much quipped, looking over at Olivia.

"No, I don't. I know I can do better than your bony ass." He commented, grabbing his coffee cup, and moving to sit back at his desk.

Sighing, Olivia stands, grabs her work, and moves towards the stairs to the cribs.

"Was it something we said?" Fin asked, his eyes flickering between Olivia and Munch.

"It's not you guys, I just have a headache. I'm going to work in the cribs, let me know if anything happens." She said giving them a small smile as she climbed the stairs.
