Lazy afternoon
Draco/Hermione AU Part 4
It was a lazy afternoon and the two of them had done nothing but curl up like kittens on the sofa, Draco laying half on top of her with his head cradled in the curve of her neck and an arm slung across her waist.
"We could watch a movie." Draco buried his head into her shoulder and she sighed, happy to stay where she was. "Or go visit Harry and Ginny while they are trying to make babies again, Ron says that he got a hold on their schedule. They made a schedule, can you believe it?"
Hermione, trying to be subtle, attempted to rearrange Draco's head into a more comfortable position such as on her mouth. Partly so she didn't have to listen to him talk about Harry and Ginny's weirdness about their procreating, and partly because she was cold and a kiss was always their signal to get things going themselves. Draco continued on blithely, ignoring her ineffectual attempts.
"We could go take a walk in the park. Or organize the library." Hermione paused for a moment to consider the last idea. It did have a certain appeal, but was not what she had in mind. She shrugged her shirt down lower, exposing a bit more of her chest and Draco's hand not tucked under him, automatically fidgeted to stroke her bare skin. She slid her legs under his and he moved to lay fully on top of her, letting his head roll forward to rest his nose against hers. He continued, "Or we could listen to the wireless and dance in the kitchen again. I liked that."
She ignored him still, fluttering her hands down his sides, her eyes locked into his.
"We could go out on the lake, but it is a bit chilly for that. You were already shivering earlier." He took a moment to rub her arms gently, and she gave a huffing breath across his face. "Mmm, you smell of my chocolate frog stash. What were you eating this morning?"
She made a small, disgruntled noise and he got up off of her to check the status of his chocolate frogs. There were two missing and he grinned at her. "Naughty, stealing my chocolates."
She blew out an annoyed breath and glared at him. "Draco come back here and ravish me properly or so help me-!"
He pounced. How the man cleared six feet in less than a second, she will never know or understand but was quite frankly suspicious that magic was involved somehow. He loomed above her, with a grin that would make the Cheshire cat himself roll his eyes, and said,
"Well darling, all you had to do was ask."
"Shut up, Draco."
"Yes, darling."
