Letters come in the mail by dump truck for Kyohei every day, but this one is special. The envelope is a simple black but has a red wax seal on the lip. Curiously, the four men of the Nakahara estate gather around and open it. There are two pages stapled to each other. The handwriting is neat and legible. Oda reads the the front aloud.

--

Takano Kyohei.

The object of my desire.

I wish to feel him under my hands,

His lean muscle rippling under my fingers.

Usually cool skin will be slick with sweat as he writhes;

I will, preferably, be on top.

The room will be dim and lit with rays from the waning moon.

Warm liquid will soak into me as he groans and lets go.

- Nakahara Sunako

--

There is a light flush on Kyohei's face when Oda finishes. The other three laugh and joke around, flipping the page over. Yuki screams as he peeks over the tall brunette's shoulder. The writing on this page looks like blood. Ranmaru grabs a bowl of water from the kitchen to revive the small blonde. Oda swallows thickly before reading.

--

Takano Kyohei.

The object of my killer intent.

I wish to feel him under my hands,

His lean muscle ripping under my fingers.

Usually cool skin will be slick with blood as he writhes;

I will, preferably, be on top.

The room will be lit with flames from waning candles.

Warm blood will soak into my skin as he groans and lets go of life.

- Nakahara Sunako

--

A dead silence falls among the four. Nobody speaks until Kyohei announces that he absolutely must buy a bulletproof vest with his next paycheck. The other three agree to pitch in.

Sunako breathes a sigh of happiness as she organizes her room. The horror movies are in alphabetical order from one wall to the other; Josephine and Hiroshi-kun have been dusted and wiped. She grabs the house phone in her room and dials Noi's cell. The cheerful girl answers and Sunako thanks Noi for imparting advice on dealing with her conflicting feelings toward Kyohei. Noi laughs and asks what Sunako will do with the letter. There is a pregnant pause. Noi asks if Sunako has hung up. The latter says no, then continues to ask a question.

Was the letter not supposed to be sent?
