When they fall, she laughs.

Her laughter frightens everyone. So high, so shrill, so reckless and unleashed – it is a wild sound, ringing with madness.

Even the Death Eaters shiver at that sound, even the harder, harsher ones.

The Dark Lord hears it, and although his face betrays nothing, he wants to smile. Because he knows, he knows what hides beneath the surface. He heard her scream in agony and ecstasy, and he knows the exact tonalities of her high voice, until the breaking point.

The rage is the same, in her tears, in her laughter...

It calls for him.
