Hello, my Maidens and hello my Canterellas,

I asked and you guys answered! I've had a few people state that I should just keep writing instead of going back and fixing my mistakes and, while I wish that was possible, it simply is not (insert crowd booing here). Before I go on to announce the fic that I will be rewriting first, allow me to explain. You see, when I first started this impromptu Vocaloid AU PPG series (that is a mouthful), I was but a wee lamb...I was fourteen, okay? Back then, life was all Taylor Swift (shudder), pink (must...not...vomit...), and fairytale romances. Now that I am older (and legally allowed to drink, but that's a story for another time), I look back at these tales with a sense of...WTFudge was I thinking? First off, Blue Cendrillion was too rushed and too unrealistic (well, all of them were...but the Blues were more so). I get that I was trying to capture the innocence that is Bubbles and Boomer's ship, but I mean, REALLY? Bubbles stabs a guy and still gets him in the end and the villians had the dumbest defeat I have ever seen...

I mean...poisoned BREAD?

I have come to understand how chemistry and baking work and that just is NOT likely.

Secondly, Red Canterella has no clear plot whatsoever. No really...I have no idea where I was going with it. Not only that, but as I stated in a previous author's note, I made the characters very OOC and it was difficult to actually relate to them. Blossom went from this strong willed, smart girl to a wimpy little damsel in distress. Brick turned from a cocky, but appealing bad boy to Mr. Casanova in a random black hat. And Dexter turned into a demonized monstrocity despite the fact that, in his show, he's really just a young boy who happens to be a genius. Yeah, he's egotistical at times, but so are Blossom and Brick (Come on, PPG Fandom, there's a reason BC calls her Little Miss Perfect). Really, Red Canterella wasn't a story meant to follow Blue Cendrillion in a different universe, but just a childish manifestation of my frustration with the fact that Powerpuff Girls Doushinji was going in a Blossom x Dexter route instead of my favored ship, Brick x Blossom. There was no plot, there was end in site. So, to those who say they want to know what happens at the end of Red Canterella, here is your answer.

I HAVE NO FREAKIN' CLUE WHAT WAS GONNA HAPPEN.

None at all.

That's the answer.

That's why it was on a haitus for so long too. I got older and then stared at the screen like "what now"?

Lastly, Green Maiden. Now, of all these stories...Green Maiden is my favorite, honestly. I was older when I started it and I was able to somehow keep Butch's personality and Buttercup's quirks in tact. Buttercup still comes off as a tough girl with a big heart. Butch still comes off as a goofy lunatic with a lot energy. I was able to get Brick to keep his hot temper. Blossom was still bossy. Bubbles was still softhearted and Boomer was still a cinnamon roll. But they just adapted too quickly to the situation. Buttercup was literally yanked from everyone she knew and cared about and put in a situation that she had absolutely no control over. She's suddenly thrust into a world that she knows nothing about.

And she was, more or less, cool with it!

She didn't even seem really freaked when Butch practically fried Mitch. She didn't seem too scared when Blossom and Brick had their little tiff. No attempts to escape, no attempts to return to her old life.

Ask yourselves...would you be like that? Could you be suddenly snatched away from your family, friends, and livelihood and just be like "okay, seems legit"?

I didn't think so.

Buttercup is the toughest fighter, but she's not a robot. She's not the Terminator. She's (in this story) a young girl who probably had hopes and dreams that were sacrificed when she decided to take her sister's place at that...admittedly weird alter. And Butch seemed more like a puppy than a dragon. He's had numerous wives, all who didn't last and some who left in really cruel ways. He's not jaded in the slightest.

Sorry, but it makes more sense if Butch held some sort of grudge because of it. I at least know where I'm going with Green Maiden, but I do believe it still needs a lot of work.

So, on to the important part! You guys have voted and (honestly) more than two weeks have past. The results are- (Brick - STOP STALLING ALREADY! THE HUMANS GET IT!)

Killjoy.

Green Maiden. I'm going to be rewriting Green Maiden. I'll be posting the new chapter next week and when that happens, I'm sorry to say, all the chapters after the one I write ARE GOING DOWN!

But I'll try to keep to a more...consistent schedule...no promises...

Blossom- We're going to keep her on a consistent schedule.

Boomer- We promise.

Crap baskets...
