Relaxation

Every time Hiccup and Toothless want to relax from a hard day of work (or just to relax) they go to their small canyon, where they first met. No one knows about their hang out but Astrid and Toothless hated when his time spending with Hiccup was interrupted by her coming to see what he was doing.

The only thing Toothless wanted was to relax an hour or two with his best friend. Every time Astrid came close to them, Toothless will look up and have his ears straight up, Hiccup will know that Astrid was coming.

"Hi Hiccup" she always says as she walks to him. Toothless will just walk away and lie next to a tree or a rock and cover his face with his wing. "Hey Astrid" Hiccup would reply back to her and the two will talk for minutes or even hours till Hiccup realized that he forgot Toothless was still here.

When Hiccup sees Toothless not enjoying himself and is waiting for him to spend time with him he has to abandon Astrid and cheer up Toothless. "Can we talk some other time I promised Toothless that this afternoon it will just be me and him with no interruptions." He tells her hoping she will understand. "Ok I'll talk to you later then" she says and walks back to the village.

Once she is gone Toothless looks up at Hiccup and he walks to him and gives him a look. "I know I said it will just be me and you for the afternoon but she just will not listen" Hiccup tells him. Toothless then jumps on him and puts him to the ground and licks his face to tell him to play.

"Ok, how about we play some tag? He asked him. He then nodded and bumped into his side and runs off. "Oh come on why do I have to be it? Hiccup said as he ran after him, which is hard when you have one false leg and one real leg.

Hiccup ran trying to tag Toothless but he was not fast enough. Toothless was doing laps around the pond that was in the middle of the little canyon. Hiccup then realized this and stopped and waited for Toothless to run around the pond until he was close enough.

Toothless ran around the pond and was almost by Hiccup. When Toothless saw him waiting for him he jumped at flew over him but Hiccup jumped and tagged him on his stomach. "Ha now you are it! Hiccup said Toothless looked at him and smiled and then gave a little laugh.

He didn't waste anytime. As soon as he knew he was it he jumped on to Hiccup and put him to the ground. "That's not fair. You gave me not time to even run" Hiccup said Toothless then got up off of him and waited for him to start running. Toothless knew it will be easy to get him but he decided to let him have fun. He ran after him trying to tag him but right before he was going to he slowed down to let Hiccup get farther away from him.

After a few minutes of letting Hiccup run around he ran to the side of him when he was by the pond and nudged him a bit. Hiccup then fell right into the pond and came up out of the water laughing. "Ok you got me. I think that's more then enough running for today" he told Toothless as he was trying to dry off his cloths by lying in the sun. Toothless walked next to him and laid next to him. Then they both enjoyed the rest of the day without any interruptions.
