Boring Summer

"You're stupid!" she groans and falls limp against the couch. "You except me to spend my first day of summer vacation inside?" She shifts and stares at the ceiling.

"Yes," he states honestly as he leans against a doorway and eyes her. "There's never anything to do on the first day of summer. You know that."

"So!" she whines again. "Your still suppose to do something! We're 16 for Rainbow Monkey's sake! 16 year olds do stuff during the summer!"

"We will," he shrugs. "We're going swimming with the guys tomorrow when the pool opens."

"That's tomorrow," she continues. "We have to do something today. As in right now!" She was getting that hidden fury in her words.

"Okay. We can watch TV," he suggest.

"Wally!" she cries again. "That is not what I meant." She's about to get really mad, really fast.

He pushes himself off the wall and walks over to the couch and looks down at her. She's laying down on her back on his brown couch. Her arms are crossed over her pink tank top and she's glaring at him with her green eyes.

She pouts her lips as she see's him flick his blond hair out of his blue eyes. His hands are resting in his jean pockets he's staring at her in a bored manner and she did not like that at all.

"Wally, I want to do something fun." She is not going to back down.

"I'm fun." He shrugs again.

"Not now your not! You're stupid and boring right now!" She sticks her tongue out at him.

"Boring? How so?" His face is blank. She does not like this whole "no emotion" stuff.

"Boring as in bored. As is tired and no adrenaline rush." She rolls her eyes.

He smirks. "Really?"

In one swift action he has her straddled by the waist and her arms pinned above her head. He puts his face barely half an inch away from her own. "Really?" he says again.

Her eyes are wide and her breathing has sped up. She can feel adrenaline now.

"R-Really," she whispers.

He smirks more and finally touches his lips to hers. A small kiss turns into a long make out. It's a minute before he finally pulls away, and allows her to breath.

They pant on each others faces. Smiling.

"Okay, so your not that boring," she states and smirks.

"Really?" he teases.

"Really."
