Gilbert yawned and plopped down on the couch and clicked on the TV. Tomorrow was his first day of eleventh grade and he had just gotten back from school shopping with Ludwig. He could be so damn pushy at times. Just because he couldn't decide what color pen he wanted didn't mean that he had to drag him around the whole store for three hours.

Thankfully they had gotten done because school shopping with his 'little' brother was un-awesome. He tired out, he had to rest up for tomorrow! For some reason 10th grade had to start before the 10thj grade, un-awesome. Gilbert turned on his stomach and watched TV; before he knew it he had fallen asleep, sometime later Ludwig came in and turned off the TV.

Gilbert was having the awesomest dream when a light flashed in his face. He blinked his eyes open to see the kitchen light on, he sat up and glared at it. Ludwig must have been fixing something to eat.

Gilbert swung his legs over the side of the couch, stood up and walked into the kitchen leaning slightly on the entrance with his arms folded. He looked over where Ludwig was and tried to see what he was making, it sure did smell good.

He walked over, leaned against the stove and looked down at the round bread like food that his friend Alfred loved so much. "Pancakes?" Ludwig nodded. "Why so late?" Germany paused and looked at Gilbert. "Gil, its almost eight o'clock…" Gilbert just stared. "In the morning." Gilbert jumped up and ran out of the kitchen.

Grabbing his backpack, full of notebooks and stuff that he hoped he put in there yesterday, grabbed an orange, yelled a goodbye and went out the door, but once he got out he stopped. The sky was still dark and there were stars. Gilbert looked down at his watch, 7:59 P.M. He growled, slammed the orange down on the pavement making it explode from the force and stomped back inside. "Ludwig you jerk! That was not awesome!" Ludwig smirked as he took a bite of his pancakes. "I told you I'd get you back for switching my shaving cream with the whipped cream. Payback's is a bitch, no?"
