To everyone who enjoyed "The Basics of Primary Ed." and "Learning As We Go";

I've come to love writing in this world, and though I thought the short stories would be enough for me, Jim, Bones, Jo, and all their extended family just keep talking. And, I figured as long as they're talking, I'll write.

To that end, a third extended-length story, "Becoming Our Own" was started. The sections tend to be longer, and now that some of RL's craziness is over, I will be able to post on a more regular basis. There are three parts up so far, and I'm currently 5,877 words into the next part, which I will be posting this weekend.

"Becoming Our Own" takes place five years after the end of "Learning As We Go". Jo is eleven, and there are new challenges and exciting changes happening for them, and their extended family.

As always, I love to hear what you think about the story, so feel free to drop me a note via review or privately any time!

Sincerely,

Caera
