Are you really leaving?

"This is annoying! It's been 2 days and yet I couldn't finish it," muttered Keima who was very annoyed. Yes, you guessed it right. The mighty Keima Katsuragi also known as Kami-sama, couldn't finish ONE game even though it's been 2 days.

Maybe the game was really difficult?

No, in fact it was an easy game. There was something else which was bothering our God.

"I quit! There is no way I can finish it!" He said angrily

"Nii-sama? Are you alright?" Elsee entered the room.

"Yes, I am fine. Don't worry," he lied and walked out of the room. Elsee stared at him with a worried look on her face.'What's wrong with Nii-sama? Shouldn't he be happy? Now that all the spirits are re-captured he can sit and play games all day. Then why?' she thought.

"ELSSSSEEE!" A voice shouted.

"Hakua?"

Elsee ran towards her best friend. Hakua grinned. But Elsee could sense that something is wrong with her.

"Hakua, is there something wrong?" she asked.

"Nothing's wrong! By the way, where is Katsuragi?" she asked.

"Hakua, nowadays Nii-sama-

Elsee began but was interrupted by the sound of door opening.

"Ahh Hakua! I wanted to have a chat with you," said Keima entering.

"What is it Katsuragi? Missed me?" asked Hakua.

"No. Not at all," he replied casually.

"Why you!" she started.

"Elseee! Could you please come and help me clean up?" They heard Mrs Katsuragi's voice.

"Coming!" Elsee yelled as she rushed downstairs.

Both of them stood still. No one uttered a word.

'Should I ask her? But I don't think she knows that yet,' he thought.

But at last Keima decided to break the silence.

"So Hakua. Now that-

"Yes. We have to leave as soon as possible," she replied and continued "Since all the spirits were re-captured we have no reason to be here anymore."

"But what if they escape again?" he asked hopefully.

"They won't. It's more like they can't. Diana and her three sisters re-established the broken seal making it impossible for for the spirits to escape for another 1000 years," she replied.

"What about Diana?"

"She has to return to her own place. It will be difficult for her to leave Tenri."

"When are you …leaving?" asked Keima slowly.

"Didn't I mention? As soon as possible."

Keima was still. He was unhappy with this and angry with himself for being sad. He always thought that these emotions were really pathetic. He never understood them until..now….

Then a last thought struck him. What about Elsee?

"What about Elsee? Does she know?" he asked.

"No. She doesn't I wasn't planning to tell her till the last moment," she replied.

"It will be too much for her," he said clenching his fist.

"Maybe, maybe not."

"What do you mean?"

"She was never that much attached to you." Her reply was simple. Anyone could understand that except him…

"What do you mean?" he repeated.

"All she wanted was for you to be safe, to be happy there was nothing else. Nothing at all," she said her bangs covering her eyes.

"How do you know?" he asked with much difficulty.

"I know how she feels more than anyone else," she replied.

"You don't," he whispered.

Hakua looked up in surprise.

"What did you say?"

Keima didn't answer.

"We should talk to Diana about this," he said.

"I know. We should. But when?" she asked.

"As soon as possible," he replied.

'Yeah as soon as possible,' she thought.
