She's a true actor.

She knows how to brighten a room by walking in and her smiles are contagious.

Her teeth glisten in the light as she smiles and jokes with her friends.

Nobody notices the pain hiding behind her eyes.

Nobody knows that she cries at night.

Nobody sees that she's slowly falling to pieces, right before their eyes.

Nobody sees the longing she has to be the same carefree 12 year old she was.

The one that smiled because she was truly happy.

The one that didn't have to pretend.

The one that didn't have to act around everyone she knows.

No one knows that behind her fake smiles and twinkling eyes is a girl who just wants to be loved.

A girl who wants the attention she never got.

A girl who craves the attention of a man.

A girl who would do anything to have the father figure shes so much lacking right now.

No one can see that she hates what she has become.

No one can see that every time she looks in a mirror she hates herself even more.

No one can tell that she wishes she were good enough for her father to love her.

She wants so desperately for someone to see beyond the lies.

She wants someone to see past the fake smile.

She wants that fairy tale ending where the prince comes and takes her away from all her troubles.

But sadly reality isn't always like the stories.

So she keeps smiling.

Keeps pretending she has the perfect life.

Keeps lying.

After all… she's a true actor.

And that's what actors do.

Okay… I don't know why I wrote this. I think it was because I just read absolute nonsense's 'Welcome to Hollywood'. Wow. Very moving story. I was feeling a little morose so I decided to put one of these out there. Tell me what you think you guys. This is the first kind of thing I've ever done. Angst and all. Lol. I decided to put this in Sonny's POV just because I'm feeling like I do too many happy stories with Sonny. So here is this one. Hope you guys enjoy. Review and let me know! Love you guys! 3
