Gaara's pack: Gaara, Hinata, Choji, Ino, Shikamaru, Temari, Kankuro, Matsuri, Draco, Aidan, Bevin, Quinn and Mave.
Naruto's pack: Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Kiba, Shino, Neji, TenTen, Tyson and Kara.
The night sky was filled with millions of stars and the moon could be seen glowing behind the few clouds that floated in the sky. In the forest below shadows could be seen dashing in and out between tree's. The sound of running and heavy breathing carried echoing the forest. The destination was the mountain which stood before them.
Reaching the entrance to the cave Kai stopped and watched as his father leader of the pack walked into the cave where his mother lay. Walking forward he stopped and waited unsure if he could enter. He looked to see the other's sat down below waiting. Turning his gaze to the moon he watched it watch over the land. The moon had always watched over him when something happened in his life but now what stood before him was a blood red moon something he had never seen before. He wondered was this a new beginning and let his mind return to the past.

The first time he opened his eye;s he was met with the sight of a beautiful creature. At once he knew he loved this person. Wanting her to look his way he bagan making nosie;s hopeing she's turn to him. When she turned to him he tried to move closer to her on his wobbly paws which couldn't seem to hold his weight. He was picked up and placed in front of her and soon began getting cleaned.
"Gaara come see your son his eye's have finally opened." Hinata called to her mate who was sitting outside. Leaning down she kept licking him but turned to see if any of her other pups had opened their eye's also but alas the were all still fast asleep. Gaara stood beside her now looking down at his pup crying out for Hinata to keep licking him.
"I see he's the first to open his eye's." Gaara said looking at the other pups still curled up next to Hinata. He lay down and nudged the pup wanting his attention. The pup playful swatted his paws at Gaara. " Have you picked a name for him?" He asked Hinata.
"No you should name him He's your son after all." Hinata said looking at her small son trying to reach Gaara.
"His name will be ..." Gaara looked at the other's by their mother's side. "Draco for he will be as strong a dragon." Gaara stood leaving his son in the care of his mother as heft to go hunting. Draco was Gaara's first born and would one day take over the pack as the only male pup born. The four pups which still slept at their mother's side were all female.
Time passed quickie for HInata as she watched her pups grown. They could now play outside and could leave the den when they wanted. " Draco" Her eldest daughter Bevin called to her brother. "Lets race to the river." Bevin meant white lady and was snow white all over with the same eye's as their father. Running to caught up to her he passed Aidan whose name meant little fire. Taking after their father she had the blood red fur as him. She was quit and smart and was a born leader. When he finally reached the river as winner he came across Quinn. Quinn also looked like there father apart from white patches on her fur. Mave rarely left their mother's side, she was the unlike the rest of sister's. While she to got her looks from her father, she had the same in personality.
Looking at his refecltion in the river he found he looked nothing like his sister's. Taking after his mother his fur was just as dark as her's and along with a small white mark on his chest. He hadn't been graced with his mother's moon like eye's but his father's. Alsa running across his left eye were three scars from when he had been attacked by a outside wolf had clawed at his face leaving a mark that would last a life time.
His father had quickie rushed to his aid and the outsider hadn't lived to see another day. When his mother had seen him she hadn't let him stray from her sight for over a month. That night he had slept curled up alone deciding he needed to grow up and become stronger just like his father. Draco watched as his father walked into the cave and took his place beside his mother, licking her cheek before laying his head down to sleep. His sisters all spelt on the other side of Hinata. His father only slept when next to Hinata. He rarely show affection to anyone other then her even his pups rarely got affection from him. Once more the moon was bright in the sky and shown upon him his family where the slept while he reminded in the dark.

"Uncle Kankuro, come on get up." Aidan said pulling on his ear trying to get him up. " Dad's gonna be so mad that your not up yet." She kept on pulling his ear in hopes that he would get up.
"Ok, ok. I'm up." Kankuro yawned before making his way out of the cave to join the hunting party.
His mother along with the rest of the pack would be leaving them so they had been warned to stay close to the den. Leaving the den along with Aidan the two made there way to the river where his other sister's were playing. They were playing hunter and pray and Draco didn't feel like joining so wondered off alone. It was only when it began to rain did Draco realize just how far he had wandered. The rain was so heavy that he found himself lost nothing being able to follow any scent that could lead him home. Soaked to the point his fur felt heavy he had nearly been washed away a number of times by large amounts of water he didn't know was in the area. Out of no where he was picked up and carried off, being so tried he fell asleep in the jaws of whoever was carrying him.
He came too in was surrounded by the warmth of his mother. Looking around he noticed that they were alone in the den. His sister's were no where to be found and his father sat at the entrance alone. Draco watched as Kankjuro came to stand beside his father. " I'm sorry Gaara but they didn't make it." His eye's felt heavy once more and without knowing what was going on he returned to his dreams.
When he came too the next morning in was to the sight of his father still sitting at the entrance looking at something below. His mother wasn't around and his sister's were also missing. Standing he made his way to his father's side and was shocked to find the land below covered by water. He could see a herd of deer swiming in the distance. He quickie looked to his father. "Where is mother?"
Turning Gaara looked upon him with cold hard eye's. " Your mother is fine but the same can't be said about your sister's." Gaara repiled.
"Gaara go easy on him, its not his fault." Temari said walking towards them with Shikamaru at her side. " If he'd been there he would have drowned too." Temari took hold of him and began cleaning him like his mother would but he felt nothing but shock.
"She hasn't returned?" Shikamaru asked looking into the cave but finding it empty it left a bad taste in his mouth.
"No. I've tried but she wants time alone, so i have Kankuro watching her from afar in encase she does anything." Gaara awnsered looking at Draco who looked confused and hurt by how his father was treating understand what was going on, where was his mother, why was Temari cleaning him when it was his mother who always did this and just where were his sister's."
"Hinata shouldn't be out there to long. Even she does want to do anything Kankuro won't be quick enough to stop her." Shikamaru wondered what Gaara was thinking leaving her out there.
" She will return after all she still has him." Gaara nodded in Draco's direction before walking away.. The words were cold and hit Draco like the heavy rain from yesterday. Draco watched as Temari beganing crying and tears fell upon his fur. Ino sat away from everyone looking down below her face hidden in Choji's bulk form. Choji who had always been happy and cheerful had not spoken a word. Matsuri appeared and walking over to Draco she gave him a quick lick before before leaving to go to Kankuro.
"Where's my mom and where are my sister's?" Draco asked looking to those around him before meeting the eye's of Temari. He didn't understand why his father was so angry or why his mother and sister's weren't here.
Temari looked at him sadly. "Your mother is fine, Kankuro will keep her safe and Gaara would never let anything happen to her." Her voiced cracked. " Draco your sister's they've passed away."
Backing away Draco shook his head in denial. "No your lying, It can't be promised to stay together forever no matter what, I told them I'd always protect them. They can't be gone." He cried before turning to run run back inside the den. It was cold and quite without his sister's there at his side. Crying for so long he wore himself off and fell off to sleep.

He was stood at the river side along sister his sister's. Turning he looked at each of them and though he had never said it he loved his sister's dearly. They were family and he realized he didn't know what he would do without them at his side.
"Draco, were going to miss you so much. We've had so much fun being your sister's." Quinn said looking like she had the whole world at her feet. She had always been the smart one, always been the one to get them our of trouble and she had looked out for him and they other's all the time.
"It won't be the same not being able to wake Kankuro up each morning without me but don't let him sleep in just because I won't be there." Aidan said laughing from where she sat in front of him.
" It feels like this I'm saying goodbye to you all but I don't want that. I want you all to stay here with me." He cried not wanting them to be gone. They looked back at him sadly.
"If there was away we could stay with you we would take it. We will never forget out promise and even though you won't see us we will always stay by your side." Mave said as she looked at him and he was reminded so much of his mother in that moment.
"Beside we'll be waiting here for you, so don't go forgetting about us just because you can't see us. You got that." Bevin asked grinning at him.
"Our time together grows short my brother. Just know that I shall watch over you as the start that shines brightly to the east of the moon.I shine to remind that we are here and we will never leave." Quinn stood giving his a quick lick she stepped back.
"Before I go know that I watch over you as the star to the south. I shine so that you may know we still love you." Bevin said followed Quinn giving Draco a lick before stepping back.
"Make sure you take over Kankuro wake up duty for me and know that i watch as the star to the west of the moon. I shine so that you remember all the times we played together." Aidan bumped against Draco playfully before stepping back.
Lastly Draco turned to Mave his youngest sister. Mave walked forward to stand before him. Mave had been there for all of them and like there mother would always be close by no matter what. She too licked his cheek before moving back into line with the rest of his sister's. "Father will forgive what happened to us in time and mother will need you more then ever now. Look over them all for us while you watch over them from the land we will watch from the sky. Know that I watch over you as the star to the north may I shine to remind that you never forget our promise to one another."
Draco looked upon each of his sister's . They had been born together and had grew together now it was time for him to go it alone without them by his side. " I love you all so much and swear to never forget our promise."
They were fading away but each smiled at him one last time. "We'll never be far just look to the stars and we will be there." Was the last thing he heard before the vanished.
X End of Dream X
Opening his eye's Draco found himself once more in the cave. His mother lay beside him asleep but Draco could see the tear tracks across Hinata's cheeks. Leaning in he whispered to her all the things his sister's had told him and about how much they loved her. Turning his head Draco looked and that the moon did indeed have four stars surrounding it. His sister's hadn't lied they were watching over them just like the promised to do and they shone more brightly then any other in the night sky.
Months passed and he grew in size and strength. He and Gaara no longer spoke to each other and his mother had found herself once more after the lose of her pups. Gaara would still look at him with cold eye's and Draco realized that Gaara blamed him for the deaths of his sister' would still sometimes wake hearing Hinata crying and Gaara trying to consul her.
Draco was no longer the pup he had once been and now stood as a mature wolf. He stood now at the boarder his pack land about to leave behind his family and start a new life for himself. He didn't feel sad about leaving his pack behind but he would miss his mother dearly. Taking the first step he began his adventure.
After traveling for weeks and meeting many different wolves Draco stopped to rest awhile. They forest was filled with pray of all kinds he noticed and finding that this would be a good place to hunt he took off in search of pray. Draco failed to notice a pear of deep blue eye's watching his every move.
After taking down a good sized boar for himself Draco relaxed next to the kill. He took in area, there was many tree's of all types and and long lush grass to hind and hunt in. He could hear rushing water near by letting him know that there was a fresh water source. Getting up he explored his surrounds finding a waterfall and lake close by. It would give him perfect view of the moon so he decided to stay the night.
It was hours after he had fallen asleep that he woke to the sound of growls. Quickly getting to his feet he readied himself for a attack but it never same. " Who are and why have come into our territory." The Alpha spoke to him. Draco stood his ground and looked at those surrounding him 10 in total. Draco having grown up with Gaara as a father was not afraid of those before here.
Stretching up with pride he answered the Alpha. "I'm Draco, I hail from a pack for the east of here. I have left my old pack in search of a new home. I'm just passing though." One of the female wolves began moving closer and began sniffing him. The other's all watched her not moving forward but staying in place.
"What you smell Tenten?" The Alpha asked the she-wolf.
"Can't you smell it Naruto and just look at him its like looking at her double apart from those eye's but you should know those well shouldn't you?" Tenten asked Naruto returning to her place back in line.
"I see it to Naruto but the question is why would he allow for his own son to leave." Neji said looking at Draco closely.
"Your right he'd be Hinata's copy if it wasn't for those eye's of his." Naruto looked him over with wonder.
Draco growled. "Just how do you know my mother outsiders have never been allowed to see her and live?" He questioned.
"Well we were once her pack. Gaara came one day and took her away. Look why don't you stay we us for a while we love to know how Hinata's keeping." Naruto said.
Draco nodded and followed behind as the pack. As they walked he learned who each of them and learned about his mother and learned just how she had left the pack. He had also told them of his sister's and the lose they had suffered. Naruto the alpha learned that Naruto had two pups who were grown and just a little younger then himself. His mate had sadly been killed by hunters.
When the reached the den Draco stood in shock before him was the biggest tree he had ever laid eye's upon. There was a den located under it and it was large and gave off a feeling of warmth. This was the den his mother had been born.
The next few days were spent with Kiba and Shino who trained him in the art of team work. Hinata had been apart of there team so Draco quickie filled in the missing member. The three were prefect hunting partner's and quickie found a grove which worked for them. Neji whom he found was his blood uncle and Tenten had shown him all his mother's favorite spots and Draco seen found that he enjoyed these place's also. Sakura had told him stories of Hinata and herself growing up together. Naruto and Sasuke brought him out to patrol the forest to see if there were outsiders in the area.
Tyson Naruto's son was much like his father and Draco and him quickie form a strong friendship. Waking early the two would train together and Tyson shown Draco how to climb and use berries to attract prey. For Kara Naruto's draught it was love at first sight when she laid eye's upon Draco. Draco found her beautiful but never though anything else on the matter. Kara unlike her father was a dusty white with blue markings on her fur and she had decided that if Draco would make the first move then she would.
" Hey Draco, would you like to come on a walk with me?" Draco looked around confused. He had been thinking of his mother and he wondered how she faired. He had lived as a member of the pack for a few months now and never had Kara asked him for anything. Not realizing it but that one walk would change his life forever.
Draco and Kara had been mates for a while and he even if he hadn't loved her before he had fallen in love with her the more time they spent together. They were making there way towards the waterfall. He would go there to spend time talking to his sister's at night where he could clearly see them. He had brought Kara with him one day and told her their story. It was on that day that Kara had told him she loved him.
"Kara how bout a midnight swim." Draco asked already paddling into the lake. Before Kara could join him a howl ripped though the air alerting them to danger. Quickly the two took off running in the direction of the howl and came across the pack and standing in front of them was none other then his father and the rest of the pack. Draco looked but found that his mother wasn't among them. If it came down to a fight Draco was unsure if he could harm any of his old pack.
" Draco, long time no see." Kankuro said when he caught sight of him. " So this is where you've been hiding all thia time."
"See you've found yourself a girl?" Matsuri called from her place behind Kankuro.
Draco and Gaara locked gazes. "Its time you return home." Gaara said and with those words Naruto and other moved to stand in font of him.
"Don't think we'll let you take him like you did Hinata,Gaara." Naruto warned standing face to face with Gaara.
Gaara grunted. "I said it was time to return home not that he would be staying he's nolonger one of us."
Naruto growled. "Fine, if you don't want him why has he to return with you?"
It wasn't Gaara who spoke next but Ino. " Draco, its Hinata."
"What do you mean its my mother?" Draco never got a answer as Gaara turned and walked away.
"Were leaving you can follow and see for yourself." Shikmaru said before he too turned to follow Gaara.
Draco didn't wait he took off after Gaara and the other's, Naruto's pack followed as well.
X Present Time X
Draco could hear sounds coming from inside the cave but he couldn't tear his eye's from the moon and stars. He did however look when his father came back out and motioned him to go inside. He stole one more quick glance at his sister's shining in the sky before following his father inside.
Draco felt the wind leave his lungs at the sight before him. There lay his mother just like he remembered as a young pup but now instead of him and his sister's there lay a new batch of pup's. He moved forward to get a better look at his siblings.
"Draco." His mother asked in wonder at the sight of him. The sound of her voice reminded him of just how much he had missed her. Leaning down he licked her cheek and she copied the action licking him all over.
Hinata turned away to look back at Gaara but was met to dark blue eye's instead. Naruto stood next to Gaara looking at her and behind him stood the two packs together.
Gaara turned and looked to the moon before releasing a howl and the other's soon followed with howls of their own. Draco joined in their howls of joy and he hoped that the future to come for these new pups would be bright. May their lives be filled with happiness and with his sister's watching over from above he couldn't help but think that they would be safe.
Looking at his two families joined together here he couldn't help but hope that these pups fast asleep at his mother's side would join his two families together.
