Snapped

Watching Arthur and Eames was exhausting let alone trying to get work done around them. It still amazed him that they pulled off inception. Although he couldn't help but think that the bickering had gotten worse after the job was completed. They were in a perpetual game of cat and mouse. Eames always chasing, Arthur always running. Dominick Cobb was not an idiot.

"Eames. Stop," Arthur warned.

"It seems you're enjoying it," Eames purred. This had been going on for a while now. And Cobb could practically hear Eames' smirk. A pencil snapped.

"I'm working Eames," it was a halfhearted protest.

"A continuation... perhaps after dinner, tonight?" Eames covers the question as a joke.

Arthur will make an excuse. Cobb thought, knowing exactly how this turned out. Always same outcome just like his totem.

"Why would I want to go to dinner with an unfashionable, insufferable prick like you?" Arthur questioned. "Go do some work, Eames."

"How can I possibly work in such a hostile environment? Arthur you wound me."

"You'll get more than that if you don't move," Arthur warned. Cobb looked up for the first time seeing Eames practically on top of Arthur.

"Darling, pain then pleasure? I had no idea," Eames leans in further, winking and smirking suggestively.

"Eam-" Arthur starts.

"Enough! I can't even think! Both of you need to fuck and get it over with! Cobb yelled, leaving the warehouse. Arthur's face was red but he didn't say anything to shocked to even blame it on Eames. Eames held a pleased smirk happy that someone finally agreed with him. The warehouse was silent for the first time in days as the bottom half of a snapped pencill rolled to the floor from Cobb's desk.
